本发明涉及一种能重新激活三元催化转化器、延长其使用寿命并能增加汽车动力、降低油耗的三元催化转化器再生清洗剂,其中的各组分的重量百分比为:甲醇50%,乙醇20%,甲苯10%,环己烷10%。其中,甲醇、乙醇的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生氧离子,而甲苯、环己烷的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生烷基自由基,氧离子和烷基自由基这两者相结合,能更有效地去除三元催化转化器的表面覆盖物。本发明清洗剂的配制方法为:在常温下,将上述原料混合后,充分搅拌均匀即可。

本发明涉及一种三元催化转化器再生清洗剂,即重新激活并延长三元催化转化器寿命的再生清洗剂。
背景技术
三元催化转化器(也称三元催化器)是安装在汽车的排气系统内,其作用是减少发动机排出的HC(碳氢化合物)、CO(一氧化碳)、NOx(氮氧化合物)等大部分废气污染物。这使其在控制汽车尾气排放中发挥着不可替代的作用,是汽车的必备装置。由于受到燃油品质、润滑油中的硫磷化合物以及日益严重的交通堵塞等因素的影响,汽车在行驶一定距离后,三元催化转化器表面会被硫、磷化学络合物等覆盖,甚至进一步会发生堵塞,使催化器失去催化活性,从而导致汽车尾气排放超标,动力下降,油耗增加等一系列问题。长期以来,三元催化转化器的失效和堵塞没有有效的预防和治理手段,通常采取更换的方法。但三元催化转化器的价格不菲,一般在数千元至两万多元不等,从而增加了用户的负担。因此,三元催化转化器的失效和堵塞已成为汽车养护急待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能重新激活三元催化转化器并延长其使用寿命的三元催化转化器再生清洗剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的三元催化转化器再生清洗剂中的各组分的重量百分比为:甲醇50%,乙醇20%,甲苯10%,环己烷10%。其中,甲醇、乙醇的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生氧离子,而甲苯、环己烷的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生烷基自由基,氧离子和烷基自由基这两者相结合,能更有效地去除三元催化转化器的表面覆盖物。本发明清洗剂的配制方法为:在常温下,将上述原料混合后,充分搅拌均匀即可。
本发明具有的技术效果:(1)本发明的三元催化转化器再生清洗剂在使用时,将该清洗剂通过进气系统进入发动机燃烧室燃烧后产生的大量氧离子和自由基,在高温环境下将覆盖在三元催化转化器上的硫、磷络合物,不完全燃烧物和含碳化合物等转化为二氧化硫、二氧化碳等气体排出,从而疏通三元催化转化器,恢复其活性,增加汽车动力,降低油耗,避免了三元催化转化器高昂的更换费用。同时,该清洗剂还可清洗喷油器、进气道、进气门和燃烧室的积碳和沉积物,从而对排气和进气系统进行全方位清洗。(2)为使三元催化转化器长期保持活性、避免堵塞,一般汽车每行驶1-1.5万公里,应使用本发明的清洗剂清洗一次。据统计,目前全世界的汽车保有量已超8亿辆。我国的汽车保有量截至2009年8月底已超7千万辆,年增长率超过7%。按每辆车每年使用一瓶计,则中国每年的市场需求量就高达数千万瓶,因此本发明的清洗剂具有广阔的市场前景。通过该清洗剂对三元催化转化器的清洗,能有效地降低油耗和尾气污染物的含量,从而达到节能减排、大幅减小环境污染的目的。因此,本发明的清洗剂的实施能获取可观的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
本发明的三元催化转化器再生清洗剂的实施方式包括:
实施例1:按重量百分比将甲醇60%,乙醇25%,甲苯7%,环己烷8%混合,充分搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2:按重量百分比将甲醇50%,乙醇20%,甲苯10%,环己烷10%混合,充分搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3:按重量百分比将甲醇50%,乙醇35%,甲苯9%,环己烷6%混合,充分搅拌均匀即可。
实施例4:按重量百分比将甲醇50%,乙醇40%,甲苯5%,环己烷5%混合,充分搅拌均匀即可。
实施例5:按重量百分比将甲醇40%,乙醇40%,甲苯10%,环己烷10%混合,充分搅拌均匀即可。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种三元催化转化器再生清洗剂的配制方法,其特征在于:该三元催化转化器再生清洗剂的原料的重量百分比含量为:甲醇40-60%,乙醇20-40%,甲苯5-10%,环己烷5-10%;在常温下混合后搅拌而成;
其中,甲醇、乙醇的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生氧离子,而甲苯、环己烷的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生烷基自由基,氧离子和烷基自由基这两者相结合,能更有效地去除三元催化转化器的表面覆盖物;
所述的配制方法为:在常温下,将上述原料混合后,充分搅拌均匀。
