Abstract

一种叉腿器，结构由支架、轴头、扇面齿轮、竖梁、脚蹬和扶手组成。支架和地平垂直相连成一体。在支架的上端设有轴头，在轴头上装有扇面齿轮，两个齿轮相啮合，在扇面齿轮上连接竖梁，在竖梁的下端连接脚蹬，脚蹬能够在竖梁的一端来回摆动，在竖梁的一侧设有扶手，扶手和竖梁固定相连成一体。

一种叉腿器，属于健身器材领域。
背景技术
在健身运动中，通过劈叉而拉开下肢的人们不在少数，但由于没有专用的器材设施，通常都在地上锻炼，很不方便。有的虽有简单设置，两腿的叉开也不够同步。
发明内容
本发明的目的，是要提供一种叉腿器，以满足人们的健身需要。结构由支架、轴头、扇面齿轮、竖梁、脚蹬和扶手组成。支架为一丁字形的框架，支架的底端和地平垂直固定相连成一体。在支架的上端一侧对称设有轴头，轴头的纵截面为凸字形，在轴头的一端设有一段螺纹，轴头和支架垂直相连成一体。在轴头上装有扇面齿轮(齿轮的一部分)，两个扇面齿轮相啮合，在轴头的螺纹上安装螺母，螺母将扇面齿轮固定在轴头上，扇面齿轮能够在轴头上灵活转动。在轴头下方的扇面齿轮上连接竖梁，竖梁的一端和扇面齿轮固定相连成一体。竖梁的下端为半圆形，在竖梁的下端设有销孔，在竖梁的下端连接脚蹬，脚蹬的形状为马镫形，在脚蹬的上方设有销孔，在销孔内设有轴销，脚蹬通过轴销和竖梁铰接相连成一体。脚蹬能够在竖梁的一端来回摆动，以适应脚踝的灵活变动。在竖梁的一侧设有扶手，扶手和竖梁固定相连成一体，扶手供人们定位上肢使用。
使用时，人体站立，两脚分别站在脚蹬上，手抓扶手离开地面，两腿用力向外一蹬，大腿就在扇面齿轮的作用下同角度的向外叉开了。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种叉腿器，以满足人们的健身需要。结构由支架1、轴头2、扇面齿轮3、竖梁4、脚蹬5和扶手6组成。支架1为一丁字形的框架，支架1的底端和地平垂直固定相连成一体。在支架1的上端一侧对称设有轴头2，，轴头2的纵截面为凸字形，在轴头2的一端设有一段螺纹，轴头2和支架1垂直相连成一体。在轴头2上装有扇面齿轮3(即齿轮的一部分)，两个扇面齿轮3相啮合，在轴头2的螺纹上安装螺母7，螺母7将扇面齿轮3固定在轴头2上，扇面齿轮3能够在轴头2上灵活转动。在轴头2下方的扇面齿轮3上连接竖梁4，竖梁4的一端和扇面齿轮3固定相连成一体。竖梁4的下端为半圆形，在竖梁4的下端设有销孔，在竖梁4的下端连接脚蹬5，脚蹬5的形状为马镫形，在脚蹬5的上方设有销孔，在销孔内设有轴销8，脚蹬5通过轴销和竖梁4铰接相连成一体。脚蹬5能够在竖梁4的一端来回摆动，以适应脚踝的灵活变动。在竖梁4的一侧设有扶手6，扶手6和竖梁4固定相连成一体。

1.一种叉腿器，结构由支架(1)、轴头(2)、扇面齿轮(3)、竖梁(4)、脚蹬(5)和扶手(6)组成；支架(1)的底端和地平垂直固定相连成一体；特征是：支架(1)为一丁字形的框架，在支架(1)的上端一侧对称设有轴头(2)，轴头(2)的纵截面为凸字形，在轴头(2)的一端设有一段螺纹，轴头(2)和支架(1)垂直相连成一体；在轴头(2)上装有扇面齿轮(3)，即齿轮的一部分；两个扇面齿轮(3)相啮合，在轴头(2)的螺纹上安装螺母(7)，螺母(7)将扇面齿轮(3)固定在轴头(2)上，扇面齿轮(3)能够在轴头(2)上灵活转动；在轴头(2)下方的扇面齿轮(3)上连接竖梁(4)，竖梁(4)的一端和扇面齿轮(3)固定相连成一体；竖梁(4)的下端为半圆形，在竖梁(4)的下端设有销孔，在竖梁(4)的下端连接脚蹬(5)，脚蹬(5)的形状为马镫形，在脚蹬(5)的上方设有销孔，在销孔内设有轴销(8)，脚蹬(5)通过轴销和竖梁(4)铰接相连成一体；脚蹬(5)能够在竖梁(4)的一端来回摆动，以适应脚踝的灵活变动；在竖梁(4)的一侧设有扶手(6)，扶手(6)和竖梁(4)固定相连成一体。
