本发明涉及一种环形轴承,其包括多个桶形滚动体,它们在具有滚道的外圈与具有滚道的内圈之间围绕轴承轴线滚动。
背景技术
环形轴承是具有桶形滚动体的单列径向滚子轴承,该滚动体在相应的凹形滚道上滚动并且不是通过一个或者两个边沿来引导,而是仅通过摩擦力来引导。环形轴承例如由EP0175858A1公知。
环形轴承具有在外圈和内圈之间的桶形滚动体的一定的径向间隙。该径向间隙产生相对较大的轴向间隙,从而环形轴承可以允许在外圈和内圈之间的轴向移动。由此环形轴承原则上可以在确定的应用中用作浮动轴承。基于凹形滚道以及桶形滚动体,环形轴承此外可以补偿待支承的轴的较小的倾斜位置。
包括作为固定支撑部位(festlagerstelle)的自动调心轴承以及作为浮动支撑部位(loslagerstelle)的自动调心轴承(例如具有径向自由的外圈)的轴支承件在某些情况下可以配有环形轴承,作为浮动支撑部位中的自动调心轴承的替代。在此,与浮动支撑部位的周边进行一定的结构匹配是必要的。此外,通常必须使用间隔垫片,以便将环形轴承装入提供的结构空间中。如果浮动支撑部位的再润滑可能性被需要,那么此外还要采取在单列径向滚子轴承中常见的措施:必须要实现沿轴向输送润滑剂。为此,与周边结构的部分非常昂贵的结构匹配是必要的。例如在实践中,在环形轴承中设置用于施加润滑剂的喷嘴或者将新的润滑剂通道施加到周边结构中。
发明内容
本发明所基于的任务在于提供一种按类属的环形轴承,其实现简单和有效的再润滑可能性并且由此提高了使用寿命,所述环形轴承在此尤其可以作为自动调心轴承的替代容纳在存在的周边结构中并且该环形轴承被简单且廉价地制造,尤其不需要特别匹配于环形轴承的周边结构。
该任务通过根据独立权利要求的环形轴承来解决。因此该按类属的环形轴承的特征在于,所述外圈和/或所述内圈在其远离其滚道的周面上具有至少一个润滑剂槽,其中,所述润滑剂槽通过至少一个润滑剂孔与所述滚道连接。
具有润滑剂槽的轴承圈可以通过径向地对置于滚道的一侧将润滑剂接收到润滑剂槽中,并通过润滑剂孔将润滑剂直接输送至滚动体空间中。
与传统轴向润滑剂输送相比,在环形轴承中,润滑剂可以直接在滚动体与滚道之间的接触部上输送。因而润滑情况明显更好。
两列径向自动调心轴承通常通过轴向居中布置的在外圈中的润滑剂槽来供应润滑剂。由此根据本发明的环形轴承适用于在存在的周边结构中装入这种自动调心轴承,并利用已经存在的润滑剂输送措施。由此如下是可能的,将已经存在的润滑剂输送保留在周边结构之内。
具有润滑剂槽的轴承圈是固定的轴承圈。按照典型方式,其通过外圈形成。其上布置有润滑剂槽的周面可以柱体地或者锥体地构造。
在从属权利要求中给出本发明的多个实施形式。
润滑剂槽的数量及其外形(例如槽横截面的轴向延伸部和形状)以及润滑剂槽在周面上的定位可以匹配于存在的周边结构。尤其可以想到的是,恰好设置一个关于所述轴承轴线轴向居中地定位的润滑剂槽。
为了避免在承受负荷情况下越过(überrollen)一个或多个润滑剂孔,根据一个实施形式设置如下,所述至少一个润滑剂槽具有多个润滑剂孔,其中,全部润滑剂孔位于具有45到180度,优选为90到130度的开口角度的润滑剂槽的周向区段中。轴承圈现在可以如此定位,以使润滑剂孔与负荷区沿径向对置。
原则上可行的是,所述至少一个润滑剂槽在所述周面上完整环绕。然而为了避免具有润滑剂槽的轴承圈在负荷区区域中的削弱,也可以设置如下,所述至少一个润滑剂槽仅在开口角度为45到180度,优选为90到130度的周面的区段上周向地延伸。在安装根据本发明的环形轴承时,所述区段与运行中预计的负荷区径向对置地定位。仅在一个区段上周向地延伸的润滑剂槽尤其可以以如下方式引进到轴承圈中,即,在垂直于轴承轴线的截面图中,所述至少一个润滑剂槽的圆弧中心点沿径向与所述轴承轴线错开地定位。由此润滑剂槽相对于周面沿径向错开。
如果在周向上润滑剂槽仅在周面的一个区段上延伸或者说润滑剂孔仅在润滑剂槽的一个区段上延伸,相应的轴承圈可以具有扭转止动件。这样可以确保,具有润滑剂槽/润滑剂孔的轴承圈在运行时关于负荷区的预计构造始终正确定位。也可行的是,在端侧给轴承圈配备视觉和/或触觉识别特征,以确保该轴承圈在装配时的正确取向。

图1示出根据第一实施例的根据本发明环形轴承1。该环形轴承1包括具有外圈滚道3的外圈2以及具有内圈滚道5的内圈4。这两个滚道3、5彼此面对并形成环形间隙,即,滚动体空间6,在其中,桶形滚动体7在滚道3、5上围绕轴承轴线8滚动。

外圈2在远离滚道3的(也就是说,径向对置的)周面9上具有润滑剂槽10。润滑剂槽10关于轴承轴8轴向居中地布置在周面9上。
润滑剂槽10具有梯形横截面轮廓并且周向地在整个外圈2上延伸。
润滑剂槽10通过润滑剂孔11与滚道3或滚动体空间6相连。从外部(也就是说,从未示出的周边结构)进入润滑剂槽10的润滑剂可以由此通过润滑剂孔11施加到滚动体7与滚道3之间的接触部上。
仅沿径向延伸的润滑剂孔11轴向居中地布置在润滑剂槽10中。
外圈2仅具有唯一的润滑剂孔11。这样能够实现将外圈2以如下方式装入周边结构,即,润滑剂孔与预计的负荷区沿径向对置。由此对环形轴承承载量的损害或者外圈在润滑剂孔范围内的不利的变形降至最低。
图2以透视图示出按照图1的根据第一实施例的环形轴承1的外圈。
图3示出根据第二实施例的根据本发明的环形轴承的外圈2。在此,外圈2可以与内圈4以及根据图1的滚动体7组合成根据本发明的环形轴承。
外圈2仍具有唯一的完整环绕外圈的润滑剂槽10。然而润滑剂槽10通过三个在周向上保持间隔的润滑剂孔11与滚道3或滚动体空间相连。
在由此改善了润滑剂输送期间,润滑剂孔以相对较小区段的周向布置确保了外圈2又不会由于润滑剂孔而必须在预计的负荷区中被削弱。三个润滑剂槽在周向上仅在具有开口角度为α=45度的区段上延伸。
图4和图5示出根据第三实施例的环形轴承的外圈。润滑剂槽10仍通过三个在周向上分布的润滑剂孔11与滚道3相连。包含润滑剂孔11的周面区段的开口角度在本例中为α=60度。
润滑剂槽10没有环绕完整的外圈2。相反,润滑剂槽10在周向上仅在周面9的一个区段上延伸。该区段具有开口角度β=125度。
虽然润滑剂槽10在周向上具有恒定的圆弧,然而其圆弧中心点12沿径向相对于轴承轴线8错开值'a',也就是说偏心地布置。
由此不仅润滑剂槽10而且润滑剂孔11均可以关于示意性地示出的负荷区14径向对置地定位。
此外外圈2具有呈缺口形式的扭转止动件15,以避免在运行时外圈扭转。此外,扭转止动件15简化了外圈2的正确装配。

Claims (6)

1.环形轴承(1),其包括多个桶形滚动体(7),它们在具有滚道(3)的外圈(2)与具有滚道(5)的内圈(4)之间围绕轴承轴线(8)滚动,其特征在于,所述外圈(2)和/或所述内圈(4)在远离其滚道(3、5)的周面(9)上具有至少一个润滑剂槽(10),其中,所述润滑剂槽(10)通过至少一个润滑剂孔(11)与所述滚道(3、5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环形轴承(1),其特征在于具有恰好一个关于所述轴承轴线(8)沿轴向居中定位的润滑剂槽(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环形轴承,其特征在于,所述至少一个润滑剂槽(10)具有多个润滑剂孔(11),其中,全部润滑剂孔(11)位于具有45到180度,优选为90到130度的开口角度(α)的润滑剂槽的周向区段中。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的环形轴承(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个润滑剂槽(10)在所述周面(9)上完整环绕。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的环形轴承(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个润滑剂槽(10)仅在所述周面(9)的开口角度(β)为45到180度,优选为90到130度的区段上周向地延伸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环形轴承(1),其特征在于,在垂直于轴承轴线(8)的截面图中,所述至少一个润滑剂槽(10)的圆弧中心点(12)沿径向与所述轴承轴线错开地定位。
