本发明公开了一种三球销滑移式万向节总成,其包括滑套和设在滑套中的三叉轴承总成;所述的滑套内设置有供三叉轴承总成滑移的截面为弧形的滚道;三叉轴承总成包括中间设有渐开线花键的轴承架,轴承架上均匀设置的三个销轴和每个销轴上装有的轴承外圈、滚针、挡环和弹性卡环;所述的轴承外圈外球面与滑套的滚道相匹配,在轴承外圈外球面上开有凹槽或激光刻蚀有粗糙面;所述轴承外圈内表面与滚针相匹配,轴承外圈内表面和滚针分别为对应的纺锤形。本发明润滑充分、摩擦力小、总体传动效率高、运行振动小、工作摆角大。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件领域,涉及一种三球销滑移式万向节总成。
背景技术
乘用车的高性能等速万向传动轴总成通常由固定式万向节、滑移式万向节和连接于万向节之间的中间轴构成。滑移式万向节包括三球销式和球笼式,目前市场上使用三球销滑移式万向节较多,其包括滑套和三叉轴承总成,三叉轴承总成在滑套内可以滑移,三叉轴承总成包括轴承架,轴承架上均匀设置有三个销轴,销轴上均装有轴承外圈、滚针、挡环和弹性卡环,滚针的外端由挡环和弹性卡环限位,这种结构成本低、结构简单、重量轻,所以采用的比较普遍。但由于轴承外圈外表面与滑套滚道、外圈内表面与滚针、滚针与轴承架销轴运动时接触面积大,润滑不充分,产生较大的摩擦阻力,又由于外圈和滚针之间没有绕Y轴摆动的自由度,影响整车的传动效率、NVH性能和万向节摆角范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种润滑充分、摩擦力小、总体传动效率高、运行振动小、工作摆角大的三球销滑移式万向节总成。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种三球销滑移式万向节总成,其包括滑套和设在滑套中的三叉轴承总成;所述的滑套内设置有供三叉轴承总成滑移的截面为弧形的滚道;三叉轴承总成包括中间设有渐开线花键的轴承架,轴承架上均匀设置的三个销轴和每个销轴上装有的轴承外圈、滚针、挡环和弹性卡环;所述的轴承外圈外球面与滑套的滚道相匹配,在轴承外圈外球面上开有凹槽或激光刻蚀有粗糙面;所述轴承外圈内表面与滚针相匹配,轴承外圈内表面和滚针分别为对应的纺锤形。
本发明的轴承外圈内表面和滚针分别为对应的纺锤形,更容易形成油膜,提高了效率;同时增大了万向节的摆角范围。在轴承外圈外球面上开有凹槽或激光刻蚀有粗糙面,可以对工作区域充分提供油脂润滑。本发明润滑充分、摩擦力小、总体传动效率高、运行振动小、工作摆角大。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例包括滑套1和设在滑套1内腔内的三叉轴承总成。滑套1内设置有供三叉轴承总成滑移的截面为弧形的滚道,三叉轴承总成包括中间设有渐开线花键的轴承架3、轴承架3上均匀设置的与其一体的三个销轴,每个销轴上装有轴承外圈2、滚针6、挡环4和弹性卡环5。轴承外圈2外球面与滑套1的滚道相匹配,在轴承外圈2外球面上加工凹槽7(也可是激光刻蚀的粗糙面),油脂可以存储在凹槽7内或激光刻蚀内,运转过程中,提供两侧工作区域油脂,形成油膜润滑,减小摩擦阻力,从而提高整轴的传动效率。将轴承外圈2内表面8和滚针6加工成对应的纺锤形,更容易形成油膜,同时,因为加工成了纺锤形,外圈可以适当围绕销轴Y轴摆动,增大了万向节的摆角范围。滚针6在轴承架3销轴上滚动,销轴上加工凹槽或激光刻蚀,油脂可以存储在凹槽内或激光刻蚀内,运转过程中,提供两侧工作区域油脂,形成油膜润滑,减小摩擦阻力,同时滚针6加工成纺锤形,更容易形成油膜。

1.一种三球销滑移式万向节总成,其特征在于:其包括滑套和设在滑套中的三叉轴承总成;所述的滑套内设置有供三叉轴承总成滑移的截面为弧形的滚道;三叉轴承总成包括中间设有渐开线花键的轴承架,轴承架上均匀设置的三个销轴和每个销轴上装有的轴承外圈、滚针、挡环和弹性卡环;所述的轴承外圈外球面与滑套的滚道相匹配,在轴承外圈外球面上开有凹槽或激光刻蚀有粗糙面;所述轴承外圈内表面与滚针相匹配,轴承外圈内表面和滚针分别为对应的纺锤形。
