发电机球轴承支撑件
技术领域
本申请涉及在发电机中使用的球轴承支撑板。
背景技术
通常提供发电机来接收旋转源,该旋转源驱动发电机定子内的发电机转子。转子在定子内的旋转产生电流,电流随后被利用以在别处使用。
存在许多其中旋转源是非常高的速度的应用,并且因此必须给旋转元件提供复杂的轴承支撑件。一个示例是与例如在航空器应用中的燃气涡轮发动机相关联的发电机。
在一个这样的应用中,球轴承在内座圈上支撑与转子一起旋转的旋转部件的一部分。外座圈被支撑在球轴承支撑板上。一种已知的支撑板具有大体上圆柱形的形状,不过,该支撑板被横跨其圆周的一部分地截短,以提供用于接收邻近的结构的空间。邻近的结构接收将外壳固定到外部部件的螺栓。
已知的球轴承支撑板由于这种被截短的部分而具有结构挑战。
发明内容

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有来自驱动齿轮22的旋转源的发电机20。该外部旋转源可以是燃气涡轮发动机转子。发电机可以是综合驱动发电机。在这种发电机中,发电机的结构补偿输入速度中的变化从而以恒定速度驱动发电机转子24。转子24在发电机定子26中的旋转产生电流,该电流被利用以在别处使用。使用示意性地在200处示出。
与转子24一起旋转的部分28可已知为轴承转子轴,并且部分28延伸到球轴承32的内座圈内。轴承转子轴28相对于球轴承32旋转。外壳34包括多个螺栓36(仅示出了其中的一个),这些螺栓被螺栓连接到螺栓接收外壳30。
轴承支撑件40具有支撑球轴承32的外周的圆柱形部分42。凸缘44从轴承支撑件40的中心轴线径向向外延伸,并且圆柱形凸台46在凸缘44上的径向靠内位置处延伸远离球轴承。
如图2中所示,轴承支撑板40具有凸缘44和圆柱形凸台46。截短部分52被形成在凸缘44上,凸缘44否则大体上会是圆柱形。外壳30的一部分50安置在截短部分中。螺栓孔102接收螺栓以将轴承支撑件40固定到外壳30。其它的开口100接收螺栓36(见图1)。如在该图中清晰所示,在圆柱形部分42上有由径向较薄部分66间隔开的径向扩大部分64。径向较薄部分66与销孔100对齐。
如在图3中所示,截短部分52也与径向扩大部分64对齐。螺栓孔100与每个径向较薄部分66对齐。在轴承支撑件40上有四个孔100、四个径向较薄部分66、和四个较厚部分64。
图4是轴承支撑件40的截面图并且示出了圆柱形部分42的内表面位于半径R1处而外周位于半径R2处。半径R2到达较薄部分66。凸缘44沿着中心轴线C延伸轴向距离d1。在这种轴承支撑件的一个实施例中,R1是1.21英寸(3.07cm)。R2是1.37"(3.47cm)而d1是0.135"(0.343cm)。
在现有技术轴承支撑件中,R1是1.21"(3.07cm),R2是1.35"(3.42cm),而d1是0.090"(0.229cm)。
在新轴承支撑件的各种实施例中,R1与R2的比在0.88和0.89之间。R1与d-1的比在8.75和9.12之间。
图5示出了径向扩大部分64延伸到半径R3。在一个实施例中,R3是1.38"(3.51cm)。在一个实施例中,R3与R2的比在1.00和1.02之间。截短部分延伸角度A。在一个实施例中,A是79.7度。在多个实施例中,A在78和81度之间。角度B是扩大或较厚部分64的圆周范围。在一个实施例中,B是65.4度。在多个实施例中,B在63和67度之间。

Claims (17)

1.一种用在发电机中的轴承支撑板,其包括:
径向扩大凸缘;沿一个方向从该凸缘延伸的第一圆柱形部分,该第一圆柱形部分将提供用于球轴承的外座圈的轴承支撑件;和径向靠内的第二圆柱形部分,其沿着将相对于所述凸缘远离所述球轴承的相反方向从所述凸缘延伸;所述凸缘大体上是圆柱形的,除了具有在圆周范围上的截短部分,并且所述第一圆柱形部分形成有周向上间隔开的径向扩大部分和在所述径向扩大部分之间的中间的径向较薄部分,并且所述凸缘包括周向上与所述径向较薄部分对齐的螺栓孔,其中所述第一圆柱形部分的第一内径与在径向较薄部分处到达所述第一圆柱形部分的外径的第二半径的比在0.88和0.89之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承支撑板,其中所述截短部分在78和81度之间角度的圆周范围上延伸,所述角度是从所述轴承支撑板的中心轴线测量的。

发电机转子;
发电机定子;
随所述转子旋转的、延伸到球轴承中的部分,所述球轴承与轴承支撑板相关联,并且有多个螺栓将外壳固定到螺栓接收构件,所述螺栓接收构件具有扩大部分;
所述轴承支撑板包括径向扩大凸缘、沿一个方向从该凸缘延伸的第一圆柱形部分,该第一圆柱形部分提供用于所述球轴承的外座圈的轴承支撑件;
径向靠内的第二圆柱形部分,其沿着相对于所述凸缘远离所述球轴承的相反方向延伸;所述凸缘大体上是圆柱形的,除了具有在圆周范围上的截短部分,并且所述第一圆柱形部分形成有径向扩大部分和中间的径向较薄部分,并且所述凸缘包括周向上与所述径向较薄部分对齐的螺栓孔;以及
所述螺栓接收构件的所述扩大部分延伸进入所述截短部分,并且有螺栓延伸通过所述螺栓孔并进入所述螺栓接收构件,其中所述第一圆柱形部分的第一内径与在径向较薄部分处到达所述第一圆柱形部分的外径的第二半径的比在0.88和0.89之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的发电机,其中所述截短部分在78和81度之间角度的圆周范围上延伸,所述角度是从所述轴承支撑板的中心轴线测量的。
