Abstract

本发明涉及一种借助于至少一个可塑化的连接元件(13)来连接物品的方法,首先将该连接元件加热并且而后借助于冲压器(11)将该连接元件变形。本发明的特征在于在输送空气流(17)中将用于加热连接元件(13)的热能均匀地输送给连接元件(13),所述输送空气流(17)在封闭的系统中仅仅被输送给连接元件(13),使得基本上仅仅连接元件(13)被加热。

Description

用于连接物品的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于借助于至少一个可塑化的连接元件来连接物品的方法,首先将该连接元件加热并且而后借助于冲压器将其变形。
此外,本发明涉及一种根据权利要求8的前序部分的相应的装置。
背景技术
这样的方法由实践已知,例如用于塑料的热铆接。这涉及使用热空气来加热塑料并且使得塑料可变形,从而冲压器能够将用于连接塑料的连接元件变形。
然而已知的用于塑料的热铆接的方法和装置的缺点在于塑料暴露在热空气中可能导致塑料被损坏
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于进一步改善开头所述类型的方法和装置,特别是克服上述缺点。
为了解决该问题,根据本发明的方法具有权利要求1的特征。相应地规定,在输送空气流中将用于加热连接元件的热能均匀地输送给连接元件,输送空气流在闭合的系统中仅仅被输送给连接元件,使得基本上仅仅连接元件被加热。
将热能均匀地输送给连接元件具有这样的效果,即连接元件的整个表面被均匀地加热,由此加热时间和连接过程的持续时间被减小了。
此外,热能在封闭的系统中的输送具有这样的效果:阻止待被连接的物品的在连接元件周围的区域被在输送空气流中携带的热能损坏。
根据本发明的方法的另外一个优选的改进,规定将在加热连接元件之后剩余的热能从连接元件排出到排出空气流中。
这种措施类似地有助于抑制在连接元件周围的元件区域的损坏。
此外,可以规定,输送空气流和排出空气流在彼此分离的系统中被引导。例如可以考虑在装置中设置单独的通向连接元件和离开连接元件的各通道。
另外一个特别的方面在于利用包含在排出空气流中的热能。这种能量借助于热交换器被输送给输送空气流。
该技术方案具有优点,即该方法的效率被改善并且此外系统的加热时间被减小。此外,这种方案具有减小用于产生热能的系统的负荷的优点,使得这种系统的总体使用寿命被提高了。
在此背景下换热器的使用也可以独立于输送空气系统的特定的引导进行,为此原因要求独立保护该技术方案。
根据本发明的装置具有权利要求8的特征。
此外其他的细节和有利的改进可以由从属权利要求和说明书中得出。
该方法和装置特别是适合于应用在使用热空气的塑料热铆接中。

具体实施方式
本发明下面基于使用热空气来热铆接塑料的装置进行描述。为了整体上清楚的原因,附图1仅仅示出装置的对于本发明的当前部分重要的主要元件。
装置10具有冲压器11。冲压器11设置在主轴12上并且能够在主轴12的纵向方向上移动。通过这种方式,冲压器11能够作用在连接元件13上并且将其变形。连接元件13是一个较大的元件14的部分,该元件14仅仅示意地示出。
装置10在一个自由的端部上在冲压器11的工作区域中具有一个口部件15,利用该口部件装置10被平齐地放置在元件14上,从而连接元件13被口部件区域侧向包围。
装置10具有输送空气通道16,输送空气流17经由该空气输送通道被输送至连接元件13。输送空气流17在通向连接元件13的路径中在未详细示出的热空气产生单元18的区域中被加热。不言而喻,热空气产生单元18不一定非要直接配置给装置10,也可以设置在装置10的外部并且通过管道与装置10连接。
在口部件15的区域内输送空气流17被朝向连接元件13转向,从而连接元件13被均匀地加热并且能够被冲压器11变形。
优选,设置一个或多个围绕连接元件13延伸的输送空气通道16。优选可以设置一个环状地围绕连接元件13延伸的输送空气通道16。在口部件的区域中,输送空气通道16可以具有喷嘴,利用所述喷嘴输送空气流17可以被侧向朝向连接元件13引导。
在连接元件13被加热和至少部分塑化之后,冲压器11进入使用,冲压器优选是未被加热的并且将连接元件变形以形成铆接。这个过程由现有技术已知并且无需详细阐述。
在输送空气流17中输送给连接元件13的热能而后从连接元件13排出。为此目的,装置10具有多个排出空气通道19,通过这些排出空气通道排出空气流20被从连接元件13带走。如同输送空气通道16,排出空气通道19也可以环状地围绕连接元件13或主轴12设置。如有需要也可以其中一些排出空气通道这样设置。
在当前的情况下排出通道19在输送空气通道16内部延伸。这两种通道16、19通过装置10中的相应的壁彼此分离地设置。
输送空气流17通过这种方式在封闭的系统中被引导至连接元件13并且被均匀地吹向连接元件13。由此实现了对连接元件13的均匀加热。剩余的热能在另外一个在输送空气通道16内部的封闭的系统中被排出。
另外一个特殊的方面是热交换器21的布置。热交换器21在图1中未详细示出,仅仅示出其位置。利用热交换器21的帮助,携带在排出空气流20中的热能被输送给输送空气流17。通过这种方式,减小了热空气产生单元18的负荷。可以使用由现有技术已知的热交换器21。
替代地,热交换器21可以设置在装置10的外部并且可以经由管道被连接至输送空气通道16和排出空气通道19。
另外一个特殊的方面可以是:冲压器11可以被冷却。优选冷却空气在这种情况下可以经由在主轴12内部的通道被引导至冲压器11。出来的冷却空气而后可以从冲压器11被排出到排出空气流20中。

Claims (13)

1.一种借助于至少一个可塑化的连接元件(13)来连接物品的方法,首先将该连接元件加热并且而后借助于冲压器(11)将该连接元件变形,其特征在于,在输送空气流(17)中将用于加热连接元件(13)的热能均匀地输送给连接元件(13),所述输送空气流(17)在封闭的系统中仅仅被输送给连接元件(13),使得基本上仅仅连接元件(13)被加热。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,而后将剩余的热能从连接元件(13)排出到排出空气流(20)中。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,将输送空气流(17)和排出空气流(20)在彼此分离的系统中引导至连接元件(13)和从连接元件(13)引导离开。
4.如权利要求1或上述其它权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将输送空气流(17)和排出空气流(20)分别在彼此分离的通道(16,19)中引导。
5.如权利要求1或上述其它权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在连接元件(13)塑化之后,将冲压器(11)冷却,相应的冷却空气从冲压器(11)被排出到排出空气流(20)中。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,与排出空气流(20)和/或输送空气流(17)分离地通过主轴(12)将所述冷却空气输送给冲压器(11)。
7.特别是如权利要求1或上述其它权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,通过热交换器(21)将存在于排出空气流(20)中的热能排出到输送空气流(17)。
8.一种借助于至少一个可塑化的连接元件(13)来连接物品的装置,该连接元件(13)能够被加热并且能够借助于冲压器(11)进行变形,其特征在于,通过热空气产生单元(18)在输送空气流(17)中能够将用于加热连接元件(13)的热能均匀地输送给连接元件(13),输送空气流(17)能够在封闭的系统中仅仅被输送给连接元件(13),使得基本上仅仅连接元件(13)被加热。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,在加热连接元件(13)之后剩余的热能能够从连接元件(13)被排出到排出空气流(20)中。
10.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,装置(10)具有彼此分离的用于输送和排出输送空气流(17)和排出空气流(20)的通道(16,19)。
11.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,冷却空气能够通过主轴(12)被输送给冲压器(11)。
12.特别是如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,设有热交换器(21)用于将热能从排出空气流(20)排出到输送空气流(17)。
13.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置利用热空气进行塑料的热铆接的应用。
