技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动外挂式临时电箱架，用于工程施工临时用电，属于建筑安装施工技术领域。
背景技术
工程施工过程的临时用电的特点是：线路易变动、接线点移动次数多，特别是在工程主体施工阶段，各工种的施工人员多、集中用电量大，用来给作业面供电的二级电箱需随楼层施工高度逐层上升。在已有的施工技术中，通常将二级电箱置于外脚手架上，这样占用了通道宽度，不利于施工安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，提供一种移动外挂式临时电箱架，能实现脚手架通道不被占用，保证施工作安全；并且在电箱架上设置吊环，能够用塔吊随时根据需要转移电箱，免去了人工搬运烦琐。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，移动外挂式临时电箱架，包括瓷瓶、钢筋电箱骨架、木质侧档板、木质底板及钢筋挂钩；所述钢筋挂钩与钢筋电箱骨架焊接形成整体电箱架，木质底板置于电箱架内，形成电箱架底板，木质挡板置于电箱架侧面。
所述电箱架四角固定有钢筋吊环。所述电箱架内设置有配电线缆固定于瓷瓶。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明结构简单、合理；能实现脚手架通道不被占用，保证施工作业安全；并且在电箱架上设置吊环，能够用塔吊随时根据需要转移电箱，免去了人工搬运烦琐。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1-图3所示，包括瓷瓶1、钢筋电箱骨架2、木质侧档板3、木质底板4、钢筋吊环5及钢筋挂钩6。
本发明先用Ф20钢筋焊接成电箱骨架2，Ф20钢筋挂钩6与电箱骨架2同时制作形成整体电箱架。再将木质底板4置于电箱架内，形成电箱架底板，木质挡板3置于电箱架侧面，然后将电箱放入电箱架。再将配电线缆固定于瓷瓶1后接入此配电箱。在电箱架四角固定有钢筋吊环5，钢索扣于四角Ф20钢筋吊环5上，用塔吊吊至使用位置后，用挂钩6挂于外脚手架外侧，供作业面内各施工机具接电使用；能够用塔吊随时根据需要转移配电箱，免去了人工搬运烦琐。

Claims (3)

1.一种移动外挂式临时电箱架，其特征是：包括钢筋电箱骨架（2）、木质侧档板（3）、木质底板（4）及钢筋挂钩（6）；所述钢筋挂钩（6）与钢筋电箱骨架（2）焊接形成电箱架，木质底板（4）置于电箱架内，形成电箱架底板，木质挡板（3）置于电箱架侧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的移动外挂式临时电箱架，其特征是：所述电箱架四角固定有钢筋吊环（5）。
3.如权利要求1所述的移动外挂式临时电箱架，其特征是：所述电箱架内设置有配电线缆固定于瓷瓶（1）。
