高16%(P<0.05)。
Description
一种用恒磁场处理动物精液提高其后代生产性能的磁生物技术。
目前,用磁化水浸洗种蛋后提高孵化率,用磁化水浸种、浇地提高农作物产量等方法被广泛应用。用磁场直接处理动物精液,提高其性能的方法尚未见。
本发明的目的在于:用恒磁场处理动物精液达到提高动物受精率、母畜率、和初生重,增强后代的抗病能力,提高生产性能的目的。
采集动物精液并用精液稀释液按:1∶1.5或1∶1倍数进行稀释或用原精液装入中性玻璃容器内,经显微境下检验精子活力和密度符合输精要求。
对一次射精量在5毫升以下的动物如:鸡、鸭、兔、鹅、牛、羊、骆驼、鹿、大熊猫等,将其精液稀释后(或原精液)移入φ1.5厘米集液容器在特制的U型磁铁,极间磁场强度为300-400GS,极间距为2厘米,极面积为3×1.5平方厘米的磁场内垂直切割磁力线4-5次。完成磁化处理。
对一次射精量在100毫升以上的动物如猪、马等将其精液稀释后(或原精液)移入44厘米的玻璃容器内,在特制的长方形永久磁铁组成的“恒磁铁精液处理器”,其极间距为5厘米,表面磁场强度为2000-2500GS,极间磁场强度为600-800GS,极面积为5×3平方厘米的磁场内垂直切割磁力线4-5次,完成磁化处理。
以鸡为例:
采53只公鸡精液,并用自配公鸡精液稀释液作1∶1.5倍稀释(或用原精液)经4-5次在特制的U型永久磁铁,极间磁场强为300-400GS,极间距为2厘米,极面积为3×1.5平方厘米的磁场内垂直切割磁力线。切割磁场距离约12-15厘米。然后给母鸡输精5天后,收集662枚种蛋与未经磁化精液处理所得的662枚对照种蛋同时入孵。两者相比,其结果是:经磁化处理的种蛋,受精率提高7.44%(P<0.05),出雏率提高7.2%,(P<0.05),出壳12小时的幼雏重,每只雏鸡平均增重2.13克(P<0.05)母雏率较对照提高16%(P<0.05)。

Claims (4)
1、一种对动物精液进行处理,以提高动物后生产性能的方法其特征在于是对动物的精液通过磁化处理而达到提高动物后代生产性能的方法。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所说的磁化处理对一次射精量在5毫升以下的动物其极间磁场强度为300-400GS。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所说的磁化处理对一次射精量在100毫升以上的动物,其极间磁场强度为600-800GS。
4、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所说的磁化处理是将稀释后的精液或原精液在磁场内,垂直作4-5次切割磁力线。
