Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗小儿外感高烧不退的中药灌肠剂。小儿外感发热的病机乃由于小儿脏气未充，腠理不密，加之寒温不能自理，故易感外邪，患儿寒热错杂者为多。为此，本发明选择中药南蛇竻根、金果榄、山马豆根、山白菊、牛蒡子、升麻、桑叶、香薷、黄花紫堇、白背三七、黄羊角、甘草，由我院制剂室制成灌肠剂，经临床试验，总有效率达到96.9％，明显优于对照组，而且副作用小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗小儿高烧不退的中药灌肠剂。
背景技术
儿童外感发热系儿科常见病，多发病，多由外感热邪引起，或因风寒化热，积滞生热或阴虚生内热等而致。临床表现为发热、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、咽部刺激等症状，相当于现代医学急性上呼吸道感染的范畴。发热及各种症状影响患儿的正常生活学习和生长发育，因此，采取及时有效的药物控制发热，改善各种症状是非常必要的；灌肠治疗小儿外感发热，避免了小儿因药味苦不愿服用及静脉、肌肉注射增加患儿的恐惧与痛苦；小儿各个系统发育尚不完善，灌肠给药不通过肝肠循环，直接进入血液，可减少药物对肝脏的毒性和副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目是提供一种治疗小儿外感高烧不退的中药灌肠剂。小儿外感发热的病机乃由于小儿脏气未充，腠理不密，加之寒温不能自理，故易感外邪，患儿寒热错杂者为多。中医治疗宜采用寒温同用，使寒热温凉相互佐掣，既不遏寒邪表散，又不温燥助热，使表之寒热俱散，病证得以治愈。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗小儿外感高烧不退的中药灌肠剂由以下重量份的中药制成：南蛇竻根10-30份、金果榄5-8份、山马豆根7-10份、山白菊8-10份、牛蒡子10-15份、升麻3-9份、桑叶2-7份、香薷9-13份、黄花紫堇4-10份、白背三七6-9份、黄羊角1-4份、甘草1.5-3份。
优选的，南蛇竻根20份、金果榄7份、山马豆根8份、山白菊9份、牛蒡子12份、升麻6份、桑叶5份、香薷11份、黄花紫堇7份、白背三七8份、黄羊角3份、甘草2.5份。
制备方法按传统的制备方法，水煎成汤剂，过滤后备用。
方中：南蛇竻根、金果榄、山马豆根、黄羊角清热解毒，凉血止痛，散瘀消肿，利咽止痛，平肝熄风；山白菊、牛蒡子、桑叶疏散风热，祛痰镇咳，透疹利咽，解毒消肿；升麻、白背三七清热凉血，散瘀消肿；香薷、黄花紫堇发汗解表，解热止痛；甘草益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓解止痛。
临床资料
1、一般资料所选130例患儿均为2009年6月至2010年6月来我院治疗的门诊病例，其中男67例，女63例；年龄1～5岁者82例，＞5岁者48例；病程＜2d者47例，2～3d者83例；将患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组65例。两组患儿的性别、年龄、病程、病情及治疗前实验室检查等，经统计学检验无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准中医诊断标准依据国家中医药管理局《中医病证诊断与疗效标准》进行诊断。西医诊断标准依据全国防治感冒科研协作座谈会议标准进行诊断。
3、治疗方法治疗组使用本发明所述的中药灌肠剂，即取南蛇竻根15份、金果榄7份、山马豆根8g、山白菊9g、牛蒡子12g、升麻6g、桑叶5g、香薷11g、黄花紫堇7g、白背三七8g、黄羊角3g、甘草2.5g，水煎成汤剂，过滤后每次取25ml左右保留灌肠，药液保留20min左右自然排出，1次/d；对照组给予泰诺林口服液口服，按照说明书用量及服法服用。两组均以3d为1疗程。
4、疗效标准痊愈：用药24～48h内，体温恢复正常(腋温降至37℃以下，不再回升)，证候消失，异常理化指标恢复正常；显效：用药24～48h内体温恢复正常，主要证候大部分消失，异常理化指标接近正常；有效：用药48～72h体温恢复正常，异常理化指标改善；无效：不符合以上标准者。
5、治疗结果(1)两组治疗后疗效比较见表1。

从表1中可以看出，治疗组痊愈率、总有效率，明显优于对照组，差异具有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。

具体实施方式
实施例一：称取南蛇竻根15份、金果榄7份、山马豆根8g、山白菊9g、牛蒡子12g、升麻6g、桑叶5g、香薷11g、黄花紫堇7g、白背三七8g、黄羊角3g、甘草2.5g，按传统的制备方法，水煎成汤剂，过滤后备用.
实施例二：称取南蛇竻根10份、金果榄5份、山马豆根10g、山白菊8g、牛蒡子10g、升麻3g、桑叶7g、香薷13g、黄花紫堇4g、白背三七6g、黄羊角4g、甘草1.5g，按传统的制备方法，水煎成汤剂，过滤后备用。
实施例三：称取鬼灯笼根30g、金果榄8份、山马豆根7g、山白菊10g、牛蒡子15g、升麻9g、桑叶2g、香薷9g、黄花紫堇10g、白背三七9g、黄羊角1g、甘草3g，按传统的制备方法，水煎成汤剂，过滤后备用。

1.一种治疗小儿外感高烧不退的中药灌肠剂，其特征在于该中药灌肠剂由以下重量的中药制成：南蛇竻根15g、金果榄7g、山马豆根8g、山白菊9g、牛蒡子12g、升麻6g、桑叶5g、香薷11g、黄花紫堇7g、白背三七8g、黄羊角3g、甘草2.5g。
