Abstract

橡塑板片炸药的制造方法是工业炸药领域中猛炸药板片制作工艺及配方。其特征是:选用定型猛炸药,以石油化工副产物作粘结剂,无需固化剂,按一定的比例配制轧压成橡塑板片炸药。本发明制作工艺简便,橡塑板片炸药的最低极限爆速为7000米/秒,最低临界爆速为5000米/秒,极限厚度为5毫米,临界厚度为1.5~2毫米,冲击感度为10%,摩擦感度为14%,爆发点为296℃。

Description

橡塑板片炸药的制作方法涉及的是工业炸药领域中的一种塑性板片炸药的配方及制作工艺。
当前,制作塑性板片炸药一般采用树脂或橡胶作粘结剂和猛炸药RDX、PETN搓合轧制制片。由于采用了固化剂、制成的板片炸药具有一定的弹性和强度、需要用粘胶剂将板片炸药粘贴到工件上,不加固化剂具有塑性,但强度低、不易粘贴到工件上,且粘结剂成本高,边角料不能回收。(见《炸药加工》1981.7,P.648~654,郑哲敏等;美国杜邦公司生产的EL-506-A板状炸药、英国的“MetabLe”炸药,US4293351.)。
本发明的目的在于:为提高板片炸药强度,扩大高锰钢爆炸硬化品种和尺寸范围;提供成本低廉的粘结剂;采用橡塑板片炸药制作平面波发生器和作爆炸切割的射流刀用。
本发明的主要技术方案是:采用经钝化处理后的定型猛炸药混合粉料与油质塑料粘结剂搓合、轧制、裁片,在不发生化学反应条件下制成橡塑板片炸药。
上述技术方案中的猛炸药混合粉料是由TNT,特屈儿或RDX组成(TNT的含量为0~42%,余量为特屈儿或RDX),经筛分、筛下60目粒级的混合粉料加入1~5%的钝化剂混合均匀,再将配制好的油质塑料粘结剂25~5%揉搓均匀,而后经两辊轧机反复轧压使物料成片、裁下来的边角料回收重新轧成片,制成橡塑板片炸药。油质塑料粘结剂是由重油、沥青、无规聚丙烯按25~33%∶33~45∶17~27%的比例,在温度180~200℃的条件下搅匀呈糊状,倒入钝化后猛炸药混合粉料中,使其温度保持在70~80℃,(若为RDX,其温度为100℃);钝化剂可以为石墨、石蜡。
本发明的工艺流程如附图所示。
本发明的优点是:橡塑板片炸药具有一定的弹性又具有一定的塑性,无需固化剂。制作工艺简便,粘结剂原材料来源广泛,价格便宜。橡塑板片炸药的最低极限爆速为7000米/秒,最低临界爆速为5000米/秒,极限厚度为5毫米,临界厚度为1.5~2毫米,冲击感度为10%,摩擦感度为14%,爆发点为296℃,用一个8#雷管可以起爆。
实施例:按上述工艺流程制作的橡塑板片炸药,其配方及性能见下表中序号1,序号2,序号3。

Claims (6)

1.一种橡塑板片炸药,其特征在于:板片炸药的配方为:锰炸药75~95%,钝化剂1~5%,油质塑料粘结剂25~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡塑板片炸药,其特征在于:锰炸药为TNT、特屈儿或RDX、其TNT的量为0~42%,余量为特屈儿或RDX。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡塑板片炸药其特征在于:油质粘结剂为重油、沥青和无规聚丙烯三种物质组成,其比例为25%~33%∶33~45%∶17~27%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的橡塑板片炸药,其特征在于:油质粘结剂为重油和无规聚丙烯二种物质,其比例为50%∶50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的橡塑板片炸药,其特征在于:钝化剂为石墨、石蜡。
6.一种制造权利要求1所述的橡塑板片炸药的方法,其特征在于:油质粘结剂的配制条件是温度在180~200℃下搅匀呈糊状,与钝化后锰炸药混合粉料揉搓,此时的温度保持在70~80℃,若锰炸药为RDX,其温度约为100℃。
