本发明公开了一种粉煤灰地板,原料配方由粉煤灰、聚氯乙烯和PE蜡制成,制作过程为:(1)按原料配方比例称取粉煤灰80~90份、聚氯乙烯8~12份、PE蜡4~6份;(2)将上述称取的物料在封闭式加温搅拌机中充分混合搅拌,每次搅拌量为300升,每次搅拌时间为10分钟;(3)将混合物料放入挤出机上料斗内,温度在170℃~190℃,挤成长1200mm,宽180mm,厚8~15mm的长条状半成品;(4)砂光、打磨、四面开榫;(5)表面处理,喷涂UV漆;(6)成品包装入库。本发明实现了粉煤灰的资源再利用,变废为宝,同时,本发明的地板质地坚硬,不吸水,防污染,耐酸碱,抗老化,绿色环保,无放射性毒害,可安全使用。

本发明涉及一种建筑用板材领域,特别是涉及一种粉煤灰地板。
背景技术
粉煤灰是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物,随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加,污染大气,其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害,粉煤灰的资源再利用成为处理工业废渣最有效途径。目前,地板除了实木地板外,主要是复合地板,虽然较实木地板价格相对较低,但由于大部分是人造板,甲醛含量往往超标,使用这类产品,对人体的健康会形成重大危害,还有作为广泛使用的地板砖,具有辐射危害。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述产品存在的问题,提供一种粉煤灰地板,利用电厂排出的粉煤灰为原料,生产无甲醛,无污染的地板,同时实现粉煤灰的资源再利用。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种粉煤灰地板,原料配方比为:粉煤灰80~90份、聚氯乙烯8~12份、PE蜡4~6份。
一种粉煤灰地板的制作过程为:
(1)按原料配方比例称取粉煤灰80~90份、聚氯乙烯8~12份、PE蜡4~6份;
(2)将上述称取的物料在封闭式加温搅拌机中充分混合搅拌,每次搅拌量为300升,每次搅拌时间为10分钟;
(3)将混合物料放入挤出机上料斗内,温度在170℃~190℃,挤成长1200mm,宽180mm,厚8~15mm的长条状半成品;
(4)砂光、打磨、四面开榫;
(5)表面处理,喷涂UV漆;
(6)成品包装入库。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:所述一种粉煤灰地板,实现粉煤灰的资源再利用,变废为宝,减少了环境污染,同时,本发明的地板质地坚硬,不吸水,防污染,耐酸碱,抗老化,绿色环保,无放射性毒害等优点,可安全使用,经国家建筑材料工业建筑围护材料及管道产品质量监督检验测试中心检验,报告编号:JC2012BW0073,本发明粉煤灰地板的各项指标含量见表1:

1.一种粉煤灰地板的制作方法,其特征在于:其制作过程为:
(1)按原料配方比例称取粉煤灰85份、聚氯乙烯10份、PE蜡5份;
(2)将上述称取的物料在封闭式加温搅拌机中充分混合搅拌,每次搅拌量为300升,每次搅拌时间为10分钟;
(3)将混合物料放入挤出机上料斗内,温度在170℃~190℃,挤成长1200mm,宽180mm,厚8~15mm的长条状半成品;
(4)砂光、打磨、四面开榫;
(5)表面处理,喷涂UV漆形成成品。
