Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”的药物，其组成成分由大黄、秦艽花、蚤缀、角茴香、穿心莲、黄芩、干辣蓼、氟苯尼考、黄芪、蜂胶组成。本发明可以通过抗菌药物剂联合配伍，以提高药物的抗菌作用和防治效果，配伍具有有效预防和治疗作用，配伍使用能增强免疫疗效的中草药，目的是有效增强草鱼的非特异免疫力，提高药物的使用效果。本发明的药物治疗草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”治愈率可达到90％以上。

一种治疗草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”的药物
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种水产养殖中草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”防治药物。
背景技术
草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”是由嗜纤维黏细菌感染而引起的疾病。虽然目前国内外对草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”已做了大量的科学研究和预防治疗工作，但它仍是目前困扰草鱼养殖业的重要疾病。在草鱼养殖生产中，它的发病率最高，死亡数量最大，治愈率较低。由此引起的经济损失亦较大。因此，近几年来我们对此做了大量实验和工作，总结了治疗草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”的套技术方案，并筛选出了一种治疗草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”的特效药物。经过大量的实验证明，该药物与鱼饲料一起混用对草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”的治疗起到标本兼治的作用，即增强免疫力又达到杀菌的目的，治愈率达90％以上。
发明内容
我们选用了现代中草药和藏药、化学药物组成配方，利用现代中药提取技术，在低温低压的条件下，最大程度的保留药物的有效成份。组方原理：抗菌药与增强免疫剂联合配伍，以提高药物的抗菌作用和预防、治疗效果：配伍具有免疫作用的中草药，其作用是有增强草鱼的非特异性免疫力，提高其抗病力，以提升药物的使用效果。
本发明的是按照如下方式实现的
为了实现本发明目的，本发明的一种治疗草鱼病“细菌性烂鳃病”的药物其是将
大黄5-20％
秦艽花5-15％
蚤缀5-15％
角茴香5-20％
穿心莲5-18％
黄芩5-25％
干辣蓼5-20％
黄芪5-20％
蜂胶4-10％
混合在一起放在旋转蒸发仪内煎熬；煎熬的条件是：溶剂为水溶液，温度为40-50度，气压为0.001MPa；待药物成膏状在，0.2-2％氟苯尼考经搅拌混合后，再进行分装。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1 一种治疗草鱼病“细菌性烂鳃病”的药物组方：大黄10g、秦艽花10g、蚤缀10g、角茴香10g、穿心莲10g、黄芩10g、干辣蓼10g、黄芪20g、蜂胶9.8g、氟苯尼考0.2g。
取4000ml双蒸水，与大黄10g、秦艽花10g、蚤缀10g、角茴香10g、穿心莲10g、黄芩10g、干辣蓼10g、黄芪20g、蜂胶9.8g一起浸泡，浸泡2小时后将药物放入容量至少为8L的旋转蒸发仪的容量瓶内，设置温度为50度，接通真空泵，保持气压在0.001MPa，在此条件下进行药物有效成分提取，从沸腾开始计时，提取时间为40分钟，40分钟过后将药物残渣倒出，再进行旋转蒸发，设置温度为50度，接通真空泵，保持气压在0.001MPa，在此条件下进行药物有效成份浓缩，当药物浓缩至粘稠膏状时，停止浓缩，将0.2g的氟苯尼考与之混合，经充分混合后，将药物与鱼饲料混合后制成直径4-6毫米的小球，放在通风处阴干便于使用。
实施例2 一种治疗草鱼病“细菌性烂鳃病”的药物组方：大黄15g、秦艽花5g、蚤缀10g、角茴香9.6g、穿心莲5g、黄芩15g、干辣蓼10g、黄芪20g、蜂胶10g、氟苯尼考0.4g。
取4000ml双蒸水，与：大黄15g、秦艽花5g、蚤缀10g、角茴香9.6g、穿心莲5g、黄芩15g、干辣蓼10g、黄芪20g、蜂胶10g一起浸泡，浸泡2小时后将药物放入容量至少为8L的旋转蒸发仪的容量瓶内，设置温度为45度，接通真空泵，保持气压在0.001MPa，在此条件下进行药物有效成分提取，从沸腾开始计时，提取时间为40分钟，40分钟过后将药物残渣倒出，再进行旋转蒸发，设置温度为45度，接通真空泵，保持气压在0.001MPa，在此条件下进行药物有效成份浓缩，当药物浓缩至粘稠膏状时，停止浓缩，将0.2g的氟苯尼考与之混合，经充分混合后，将药物与鱼饲料混合后制成直径4-6毫米的小球，放在通风处阴干便于使用。
使用方法：
将上述药物添加到100千克草鱼饲料中，连续投喂5-7天，用与治疗草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”，预防时，药物的剂加量减半。效果能达到90％的治疗效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗草鱼病“细菌性烂鳃病”的药物，其特征在于由下列组分按照重量百分比组成：
大黄 5-20％
秦艽花 5-15％
蚤缀 5-15％
角茴香 5-20％
穿心莲 5-18％
黄芩 5-25％
干辣蓼 5-20％
氟苯尼考 0.2-2％
黄芪 5-20％
蜂胶 4-10％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗草鱼病的药物，其特征在于制备方法如下：先将上述大黄、秦艽花、蚤缀、角茴香、穿心莲、黄芩、干辣蓼、黄芪、蜂胶一起放在旋转蒸发仪内煎熬，待药物成膏状在与氟苯尼考经搅拌混合后，在进行分装。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗草鱼病的药物，其特征在于：治疗草鱼病是指草鱼“细菌性烂鳃病”。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗草鱼病的药物，其特征在于：在旋转蒸发仪内煎熬的条件是：溶剂为水溶液，温度为40-50度，气压为0.001MPa。
