Abstract
现有的防水玻璃是在玻璃板上涂有憎水材料膜
层,但因膜层憎水性能受温度影响较大,不能保持稳
定可靠的憎水性能。本发明是在玻璃板与憎水膜之
间,增加一层透明导电膜,用电流加热透明导电膜,憎
水膜因而得到保持最佳憎水性能的温度;同时,因憎
水膜温度较高,又具有不结霜的好处。
Description
本发明涉及玻璃。
现有的防水玻璃,是在玻璃板表面涂有低表面能的憎水膜层(如甲基硅油等)。但因憎水膜层的表面能随温度变化较大在较低的气温下,憎水性能显著恶化,雨滴粘附于憎水膜表面难于滚落,不能在汽车等处使用。
为使防水玻璃能在汽车等处使用,必须保持憎水膜层处于合适的温度。
把太阳电池上常用的透明导电电极,与憎水膜层相结合,可以满足防水玻璃在汽车上使用的要求。这种复合憎水膜层可涂于玻璃板单面或双面。
附图为本发明的示图。
图中1是玻璃板,2是透明导电膜(如氧化铟锡等),3是憎水膜(如甲基硅油等),4是导线,5是电源。
在透明导电膜上接通电流(交直流均可),导电膜便因本身电阻而发热,热量传导到表面憎水膜上,使膜层憎水性能保持在最佳状态而滴水不沾。
本发明用于汽车风档玻璃,外面膜层可防水,省掉雨刷器,雨中行车透明度极好,滴水不沾;里面憎水膜因温度较高又可防霜,冬季行车无霜凝结于风档玻璃表面上,提高了行车的安全性。本发明也可用于商业厨窗或住宅门窗。
Claims (1)
1、现有的防水玻璃是在玻璃板的表面涂上憎水材料膜层。本发明的特征在于:憎水膜内面有用于加热憎水膜的透明导电膜。
