技术领域
本发明涉及餐饮行业中厨房用具技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种制冰机。
背景技术
目前，在餐饮行业中普遍使用的制冰机，大多不具备排水超时保护的功能。随着人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对工作或生活中用到的各类电器产品提出了更高的要求。为此，我公司根据广大客户反馈的意见，研制出了这款具有排水超时保护功能的制冰机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷，能对水位进行实时检测的具有排水超时保护功能的制冰机。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种具有排水超时保护功能的制冰机，主要是由制冰机机组和储冰箱组成，其特征在于：制冰机机组内设置有一排水超时检测系统，该系统由控制电脑板和探针组成。
由于采用上述方案，不难得出如下结论：本发明结构合理，构思巧妙，制冰机工作运行，在排水过程中，水位探针脉冲信号检测水位，时间大于等于35秒时，未检测到水位下降（无排水），制冰机停止所有输出，显示排水超时代码。对相关辅助系统充分的安全保护，延长了元器件的使用寿命，具有较好的推广使用价值。

具体实施方式
一种具有排水超时保护功能的制冰机，主要是由制冰机机组10和储冰箱30组成，制冰机机组10内设置有一排水超时检测系统20，该系统由预设定程序的电脑板21和探针22组成。制冰机工作运行，在排水过程中，水位探针脉冲信号检测水位，时间大于等于35秒时，未检测到水位下降（无排水），制冰机停止所有输出，显示排水超时代码。
