火灾探测器用于对现场复杂环境下火灾的监控，是报警器材中的重要组成部分。传统的老式火灾探测器通常由较多零件装配而成且装配工艺繁琐，当现场多次拆装火灾探测器时容易造成夹片与接触片之间的磨损和松动，此外，长期在现场使用，容易造成接触片的生锈与老化，在配接时不能很好地保证信号的可靠性与准确性，这样不仅影响了正常使用，而且对于技术人员来说也增加了工作强度。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种插接式火灾探测器，避免因多次拆装出现的磨损和松动的问题，节约成本，提高工作效率。 
通过下述方案实现的：插接式火灾探测器，包括上盖部分和底座，上盖部分和底座之间采用插接方式，所述插接结构具体为：在上盖部分的中罩上嵌装有螺母，螺母的尾部与接触片紧密结合，接触片设置在底座的凹槽内并通过螺钉固定在底座上，在底座上设有底座夹片，接触片与底座夹片连接成为一体，接线片螺钉穿过底座夹片与嵌在底座六角螺母孔里的六角螺母固定连接。
本实用新型的优点：本发明的火灾探测器采用嵌装螺母一体式结构，即嵌装螺母通过接触片与底座夹片紧密的结合在一起，嵌装螺母采用H62材质，耐磨损能力，抗拉伸能力较强，此外价格也比较便宜，与嵌装螺母配接使用的接触片采用不锈钢材料，有较好的磨损性能，受较强力时不能使其变形，保证电路的稳定性，因此，当本发明的火灾探测器经过多次使用时不会造成磨损和松动，节约成本提高工作效率，同时也保证了探测器工作的稳定性与可靠性，不仅使火灾报警系统的整体功能性也得到了提高，而且提高了火灾探测器使用寿命。

如图1至图3所示，插接式火灾探测器，包括上盖部分和底座，上盖部分和底座之间采用插接方式，所述插接结构具体为：在上盖部分的中罩7上嵌装有螺母6，螺母6的尾部与接触片5紧密结合，接触片5设置在底座2的凹槽内并通过螺钉4固定在底座2上，在底座2上设有底座夹片8，接触片5与底座夹片8连接成为一体，接线片螺钉3穿过底座夹片8与嵌在底座2六角螺母孔里的六角螺母1固定连接。

1.插接式火灾探测器，包括上盖部分和底座，其特征在于上盖部分和底座之间采用插接方式，所述插接结构具体为：在上盖部分的中罩（7）上嵌装有螺母（6），螺母（6）的尾部与接触片（5）紧密结合，接触片（5）设置在底座（2）的凹槽内并通过螺钉（4）固定在底座（2）上，在底座（2）上设有底座夹片（8），接触片（5）与底座夹片（8）连接成为一体，接线片螺钉（3）穿过底座夹片（8）与嵌在底座（2）六角螺母孔里的六角螺母（1）固定连接。
