Abstract

一种能通过座椅的变形来调整公交车的载客空间,从而适应公交高低峰时期的乘客人数变化的可变形座椅。在支承架上设置有上下横轴,在上下横轴的左右端头上均连接有滑轮,椅背板连接在支承架上,椅背板的下板边与椅座板的后板边铰链连接,椅座板的前板边通过连杆与底座铰链连接。液压驱动杆连接在底座与支承架之间。滑轨连接在车箱的顶板和底板之间,底座与车箱的底板连接,左右滑轮分别与左右滑轨连接。使用中,通过液压驱动杆推动支承架沿滑轨向上移动,椅背板、椅座板和连杆将变形成纵向的隔板,因此车箱中的载客空间即可加大。通过液压驱动杆拖动支承架沿滑轨向下移动,椅背板、椅座板和连杆将变形成座椅,因此车箱中的座位数即可增加。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种公交车座椅,尤其是能通过座椅的变形来调整公交车的载客空间,从而适应公交高低峰时期的乘客人数变化的可变形座椅。
背景技术
目前,公知的公交车其座椅为固定式的结构,公交车的载客空间不能改变,因此无法适应公交高低峰时期的乘客人数变化。
发明内容
为了克服现有的公交车其载客空间不能改变的不足,本发明提供一种可变形座椅,该可变形座椅能通过座椅的变形来调整公交车的载客空间,从而适应公交高低峰时期的乘客人数变化。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括椅背板、椅座板、连杆、底座、液压驱动杆、联结板、支承架、滑轮和滑轨。支承架为矩形的框架结构,在支承架上设置有相互平行的上下横轴,在上下横轴的左右端头上均连接有滑轮,椅背板连接在支承架上,椅背板的下板边通过若干个联结板与椅座板的后板边铰链连接,椅座板的前板边通过若干个连杆与底座连接,其中连杆的上端头与椅座板的前板边铰链连接,连杆的下端头与底座铰链连接。液压驱动杆的底端连接在底座上,液压驱动杆的前端头与支承架连接。滑轨的上端头与车箱的顶板连接,滑轨的下端头与车箱的底板连接,底座连接在车箱的底板上,左边的上下滑轮与左边的滑轨连接,右边的上下滑轮与右边的滑轨连接。使用中,通过液压驱动杆推动支承架沿滑轨向上移动,椅背板、椅座板和连杆将变形成纵向的隔板,因此车箱中的载客空间即可加大。通过液压驱动杆拖动支承架沿滑轨向下移动,椅背板、椅座板和连杆将变形成座椅,因此车箱中的座位数即可增加。
本发明的有益效果是,通过座椅的变形来调整公交车的载客空间,从而适应公交高低峰时期的乘客人数变化。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3、图4中,支承架7为矩形的框架结构,在支承架7上设置有相互平行的上下横轴,在上下横轴的左右端头上均连接有滑轮8,椅背板1连接在支承架7上,椅背板1的下板边通过若干个联结板6与椅座板2的后板边铰链连接,椅座板2的前板边通过若干个连杆3与底座4连接,其中连杆3的上端头与椅座板2的前板边铰链连接,连杆3的下端头与底座4铰链连接。液压驱动杆5的底端连接在底座4上,液压驱动杆5的前端头与支承架7连接。
在图5、图6中,滑轨9的上端头与车箱10的顶板连接,滑轨9的下端头与车箱10的底板连接,底座4连接在车箱10的底板上,左边的上下滑轮8与左边的滑轨9连接,右边的上下滑轮8与右边的滑轨9连接。
在图1、图3、图5、图6中,通过液压驱动杆5推动支承架7沿滑轨9向上移动,椅背板1、椅座板2和连杆3将变形成纵向的隔板,因此车箱10中的载客空间即可加大。通过液压驱动杆5拖动支承架7沿滑轨9向下移动,椅背板1、椅座板2和连杆3将变形成座椅,因此车箱10中的座位数即可增加。

Claims (3)

1.一种可变形座椅,它包括椅背板、椅座板、连杆、底座、液压驱动杆、联结板、支承架、滑轮和滑轨,其特征是:支承架为矩形的框架结构,在支承架上设置有相互平行的上下横轴,在上下横轴的左右端头上均连接有滑轮,椅背板连接在支承架上,椅背板的下板边通过若干个联结板与椅座板的后板边铰链连接,椅座板的前板边通过若干个连杆与底座连接,其中连杆的上端头与椅座板的前板边铰链连接,连杆的下端头与底座铰链连接,液压驱动杆的底端连接在底座上,液压驱动杆的前端头与支承架连接,滑轨的上端头与车箱的顶板连接,滑轨的下端头与车箱的底板连接,底座连接在车箱的底板上,左边的上下滑轮与左边的滑轨连接,右边的上下滑轮与右边的滑轨连接。
