Abstract

一种电子装置,包括外壳及多个LED,该外壳开设有多个通孔,该多个LED设置于该外壳内并相应对准该多个通孔。所述电子装置还包括防静电装置,其由具有高透光率的防静电材料制成。该防静电装置位于该多个LED及外壳之间,且面向LED的表面间隔开设多个与上述通孔对应的凹槽,该多个LED对应地容置于该多个凹槽内。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防静电装置的电子装置。
背景技术
电子装置中经常使用发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)显示各种工作状态。通常这些LED安装在电子装置外壳的通孔中并部分露出。然而,在电子装置出厂前的静电测试中,静电可能穿过LED端部从外壳中露出的塑胶部分而传输到其两个金属引脚,从而可能导致静电测试失败,甚至对LED造成损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有防静电装置的电子装置。
一种电子装置,包括外壳及多个LED,该外壳开设有多个通孔,该多个LED设置于该外壳内并相应对准该多个通孔。所述电子装置还包括防静电装置,其由具有高透光率的防静电材料制成。该防静电装置位于该多个LED及外壳之间,且面向LED的表面间隔开设多个与上述通孔对应的凹槽,该多个LED对应地容置于该多个凹槽内。
所述电子装置通过防静电装置防止静电放电的电流传输到其LED,对LED起到保护作用。同时,电子装置使用该具有较高透光率的防静电装置,确保在防止静电损害的同时不影响使用者对LED的亮灭状态的查看。该电子装置具有较高的安全性且使用较为方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例的防静电装置10大致呈长条形块状结构,其包括相对的第一表面12及第二表面13。该第一表面12间隔开设多个凹槽14,该等凹槽14的凹槽深度大约为该防静电装置10厚度的一半。因此该等凹槽14的内部是形成从第一表面12向第二表面13下凹的容置空间。较佳地,所述防静电装置10可以为聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯等防静电材料制成,在具有较好的防静电特性的同时具有较高的透光率。
请参阅图3及图4,本发明的一个实施例提供一具有所述防静电装置10的电子装置100,其包括防静电装置10、多个LED20及外壳30。该外壳30开设有多个通孔32,所述多个LED20一一对准该多个通孔32,该防静电装置10设置于该外壳30与多个LED20之间。该防静电装置10可避免多个LED20直接裸露于外壳30的表面,且可将多个LED20发出的光传导出外壳30之外,在防止静电损害的同时不影响使用者对该多个LED20亮灭的观察。
所述外壳30包括周壁33及底板34。该周壁33与底板34相互垂直,该周壁33水平间隔开设多个通孔32。所述多个LED20间隔设置于底板34之上。该多个LED20包括发光部22,该多个发光部22一一对准该多个通孔32。所述防静电装置10设置于底板34之上,且其第二表面13连接于周壁33的内表面322。所述多个LED20的发光部22一一对应容置于防静电装置10的多个凹槽14中。当LED20的发光部22的状态为亮时,其光线可从防静电装置10的多个凹槽14及周壁33的多个通孔32传导出电子装置100,以供使用者观察。
对该电子装置100进行静电测试时,将静电释放到电子装置100的外表面324。静电放电的电流通过多个通孔32接触到防静电装置10后继续进入接触到LED20,不会对LED20造成损害。静电放电的电流全部经由电子装置100的外壳30传导至地。由此,该电子装置100通过防静电装置10对其LED20起到保护作用。并且,LED20的发光可经由该防静电装置10及外壳30的通孔32传导至该电子装置100之外,不影响使用者的观察。
所述电子装置100通过防静电装置10防止静电放电的电流传导到其LED20,防止该电流对LED20造成损害,由此对LED20起到保护作用。电子装置100使用该具有较高透光率的防静电装置10,在防止静电损害的同时不影响使用者对LED20的亮灭状态的观察。由此,该电子装置100具有较高的安全性且使用较为方便。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种电子装置,包括外壳及多个LED,该外壳开设有多个通孔,该多个LED设置于该外壳内并相应对准该多个通孔,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括防静电装置,其由具有高透光率的防静电材料制成,该防静电装置位于该多个LED及外壳之间,且面向LED的表面间隔开设多个与上述通孔对应的凹槽,该多个LED对应地容置于该多个凹槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述防静电装置的材料为聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯或聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述外壳包括周壁及底板,该周壁与底板相互垂直,所述多个通孔间隔开设于该周壁上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述多个LED间隔设置于底板之上,该防静电装置固定于底板之上。
5.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述防静电装置背向LED的表面连接于所述周壁。
