Abstract

一种插座连接器,适于组装至电路板以连接插头连接器。电路板具有相对的第一表面与第二表面。插座连接器包括绝缘座、多个导电端子、固定座以及盖体。绝缘座组装至电路板的第一表面并具有一凹槽。导电端子收容于绝缘座内。各导电端子具有接触端。接触端位于凹槽内。固定座组装至电路板的第二表面。盖体枢设于固定座。插头连接器适于推动盖体相对于固定座从闭合位置转动至开启位置。当盖体位于开启位置时,盖体与凹槽构成对接腔,以收容插头连接器。

插座连接器
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种连接器,且特别是有关于一种插座连接器。
背景技术
随着科技时代来临,大量的电子装置充斥在生活环境的周遭,也提供在生活上的诸多便利。在现有电子装置上用来与网络相关设备相连接的连接器,一般均采用RJ-45型的插座连接器,以与对应的插头连接器进行连接。
然而,随着电子装置朝向薄型化的市场趋势下,上述插座连接器其外观尺寸已明显的造成电子装置进一步薄化的瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明提供一种插座连接器,其组装在电路板的相对两侧,以降低插座连接器配置于电子装置的整体高度。
本发明提供一种插座连接器,适于组装至一电路板以连接一插头连接器。电路板具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面。插座连接器包括一绝缘座、多个导电端子、一固定座以及一盖体。绝缘座适于组装至电路板的第一表面并具有一凹槽。导电端子收容于绝缘座内。各导电端子具有一接触端,接触端位于凹槽内。固定座适于组装至电路板的第二表面。盖体枢设于固定座。插头连接器适于推动盖体相对于固定座从一闭合位置转动至一开启位置。当盖体位于开启位置时,盖体与凹槽构成一对接腔,以收容插头连接器。
基于上述,相较于已知的插座连接器,本发明将绝缘座与固定座分别组装至电路板相对的第一表面与第二表面,以降低插座连接器配设于电子装置的整体高度,来符合电子装置薄型化的需求。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合所附图式作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明一实施例的插座连接器的立体图。图2是图1插座连接器的另一视角的立体图。图3A为图1的插座连接器与所对应的插头连接器组合后的立体图。图3B为图1的插座连接器与所对应的插头连接器组合后的另一立体图。需说明的是,图3B省略盖体,以便于说明被盖体盖住的构件,为了清楚说明,请参考图1至图3B,在本实施例中,插座连接器100例如是RJ-45型的插座连接器。插座连接器100适于组装至一电路板50以连接一插头连接器200。电路板50具有相对的一第一表面52与一第二表面54。插座连接器100包括一绝缘座110、多个导电端子120(见图4)、一固定座130以及一盖体140。绝缘座110适于组装至电路板50的第一表面52并具有一凹槽112。导电端子120收容于绝缘座110内。各导电端子120具有一接触端122(见图4),接触端122位于凹槽112内。固定座130适于组装至电路板50的第二表面54。插座连接器100安装于一电子装置(图中未示)的壳体内部,且该盖体140是构成壳体的一部份。在部分实施例中以可省略盖体,直接利用电路板520及绝缘座110限制插头连接器200,或是利用电子装置壳体的一部份限制该插头连接器200。在其它实施例中,当插头连接器200插入该插座连接器100时,该插头连接器的高度高于该绝缘座110凹槽112的高度。
图4为图1的插座连接器的分解图。图5为图1的插座连接器的另一视角的分解图。请参考图3B、图4与图5,在本实施例中,插座连接器100更包括多个锁附件150(绘示为两个)。固定座130具有多个锁附孔132(绘示为两个)。锁附件150适于穿过锁附孔132而将固定座130锁附至电路板50,以使固定座130组装至电路板50。本实施例的盖体140枢设于固定座130,且盖体140具有多个盖体扣持部142(绘示为两个),而插头连接器200具有多个插头扣持部210。
在本实施例中,插头连接器200适于推动盖体140相对于固定座130从图1所示的一闭合位置P1转动至图3A所示的一开启位置P2。当盖体140如图3A所示位于开启位置P2时,盖体140与凹槽112构成一对接腔160,以收容插头连接器200。此外,本实施例的盖体扣持部142适于扣持相应的插头扣持部210,以将插头连接器200定位至绝缘座110。
在此配置之下,相较于已知的插座连接器,本实施例将绝缘座110与固定座130分别组装至电路板50的第一表面52与第二表面54,以降低将此插座连接器100配设于电子装置的整体高度。再者,本实施例对应于上述插座连接器100的组装方式,而将盖体140枢设于固定座130,也就是盖体140直接枢接在绝缘座110。然而,本发明不对盖体140枢设于固定座130的方式加以限制,以下对于插座连接器100的盖体140枢设于固定座130的机构作进一步说明。
在本实施例中,插座连接器100更包括一枢接机构170。枢接机构170设置于固定座130及盖体140之间,而盖体140经由枢接机构170枢设至固定座130。本实施例的枢接机构170包括一转轴172及一轴承174。轴承174套接于转轴172。转轴172固接于固定座130。盖体140固接至转轴172,且轴承174固接至固定座130。需说明的是,本实施例的轴承174与固定座130例如是一体成形的。但本发明不限于此,在其它实施例中,轴承可以是组装在固定座。
此外,插座连接器100更可包括一弹性件180。弹性件180例如为扭力弹簧且连接于固定座130与盖体140之间。详细而言,弹性件180的一部分套设于转轴172,且弹性件180具有一伸出部182。盖体140与伸出部182组装在一起。藉此,当插头连接器200适于受外力带动盖体140时,盖体140抵抗弹性件180的弹性力相对于固定座130从图1所示的闭合位置P1转动至图3A所示的开启位置P2。当插头连接器200适于受外力移离盖体140时,盖体140通过弹性件180的弹性力相对于固定座130从图3A所示的开启位置P2转动至图1所示的闭合位置P1。
综上所述,相较于已知的插座连接器,本发明将绝缘座与固定座分别组装至电路板相对的第一表面与第二表面,以降低插座连接器配设于电子装置的整体高度,来符合电子装置薄型化的需求。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,故本发明的保护范围以权利要求中所记载的内容为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种插座连接器,其特征在于,适于组装至一电路板以收容一插头连接器,该电路板具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面,该插座连接器包括:
一绝缘座,适于组装至该电路板的该第一表面并具有一凹槽;
多个导电端子,设置于该绝缘座内,其中各该导电端子具有一接触端,该些接触端位于该凹槽内;
一固定座,适于组装至该电路板的该第二表面;以及
一盖体,枢设于该固定座,其中该插头连接器适于推动该盖体相对于该固定座从一闭合位置转动至一开启位置,当该盖体位于该开启位置时,该盖体与该凹槽构成一对接腔,以收容该插头连接器。
2.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,更包括:
一枢接机构,设置于该固定座及该盖体之间,而该盖体经由该枢接机构枢设至该固定座。
3.如权利要求2所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,该枢接机构包括一转轴及一轴承,该轴承套接于该转轴,该转轴固接于该固定座,该盖体固接至该转轴,且该轴承固接至该固定座。
4.如权利要求3所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,更包括:
一弹性件,连接于该固定座与该盖体之间,其中该插头连接器适于受外力带动该盖体,而使该盖体抵抗该弹性件的弹性力相对于该固定座从该闭合位置转动至该开启位置,该插头连接器适于受外力移离该盖体,而使该盖体通过该弹性件的弹性力相对于该固定座从该开启位置转动至该闭合位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,该弹性件的一部分套设于该转轴,该弹性件具有一伸出部,该盖体与该伸出部组装在一起。
6.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,更包括:
一锁附件,其中该固定座具有一锁附孔,该锁附件适于穿过该锁附孔而将该固定座锁附至该电路板,以使该固定座组装至该电路板。
7.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,该盖体具有一盖体扣持部,而该插头连接器具有一插头扣持部,当该盖体位于该开启位置时,该盖体扣持部适于扣持该插头扣持部,以将该插头连接器定位至该绝缘座。
8.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于,该插座连接器安装至一电子装置的壳体内,且该插座连接器的盖体是构成壳体的一部分。
9.一种插座连接器,其特征在于,适于安装至一电子装置的壳体内的一电路板以收容一插头连接器,该电路板具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面,该插座连接器包括:
一绝缘座,适于组装至该电路板的该第一表面并具有一凹槽;
多个导电端子,设置于该绝缘座内,其中各该导电端子具有一接触端,该些接触端位于该凹槽内;
其中,当插头连接器插入该插座连接器时,该插座连接器通过绝缘座的凹槽及位于电路板第二表面的电子装置壳体的一部分限位该插头连接器。
10.一种插座连接器,其特征在于,适于安装至一电子装置的壳体内的一电路板以收容一插头连接器,该电路板具有相对的一第一表面与一第二表面,该插座连接器包括:
一绝缘座,适于组装至该电路板的该第一表面并具有一凹槽,其中,该凹槽朝向该电路板的该第一表面;
多个导电端子,设置于该绝缘座内,其中各该导电端子具有一接触端,该些接触端位于该凹槽内;
其中,当插头连接器插入该插座连接器时,该插头连接器的高度高于该绝缘座凹槽的高度。
