Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型自锁轴套。其主要特征在于轴套两端外成一定的锥度,两端沿轴向对称的线切割一定的宽度,安装在轴上对称位置的凹槽内,当安装时用工具把轴套两端敲入凹槽中即可。优点:轴对称平衡好、结构简单、装拆方便、安全可靠、制造简单,成本低,值得推广应用。

本发明涉及一种新型轴套。 
背景技术
轴套是易损件,是为了保护主轴而设计的,它主要是起到保护和润滑作用。普通轴套与轴的连接通常是依靠键或螺钉固定在轴上,跟随轴一起旋转。键连接的轴套壁厚增加不能自行轴向定位;螺钉固定的轴套在高速旋转的过程中,螺钉容易脱落,容易造成转动失效。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提出一种结构简单并能够自行轴向定位的轴套。为了达到上述目的,本发明设计方案如下: 
在轴套端沿轴向对称锯开一定宽度,轴上相对位置开相同宽度的凹槽与其配合,然后在安装时用把锯开一段的轴套敲入轴上槽中,不但起到定位作用,轴套壁厚减薄,而且牢固可靠。 
本发明的有益效果是解决了对轴的轴向定位困难的问题。本发明结构简单、装拆方便、安全可靠、制造简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
有图1所示,使轴套两端成一定的小锥度。在轴套的一端,沿轴向对称的锯开一定的宽度和深度,其宽度与轴上对应位置上开的键槽相配合,安装时用锤子把轴套的锯开的敲入所对应的轴的凹槽中。这样就起到定位的作用,而且固定牢固可靠。 

Claims (2)

1.新型自锁轴套其主要特征是轴套两端外壁采用锥形设计,两端各对称的沿轴向开有一定宽度,轴上对应的开有凹槽可以自行定位固定,轴套在轴上高速旋转时既有轴向定位又有径向定位。安装轴套时,轴套两端较窄部分敲入轴的凹槽中。
2.根据1所述的新型自锁轴套,其特征是轴套两端各对称的开一定宽度,安装时敲入对应的轴的凹槽中。
