Abstract

背景技术
近来,涉及可抽吸材料燃烧的常规吸烟物品已被可分送含尼古丁的加压流体的气雾发生器所代替。气雾发生器提供了一种使用者以非常类似于常规吸烟但不点燃可抽吸材料的方式来接纳诸如尼古丁的物质的装置。
迄今为止,气雾发生器已包含一定量的加压流体(对应于单个吸烟物品)-例如含有推进剂和尼古丁的流体。如WO2009/001082中描述的,虽然可以重新充装气雾发生器,但是这种方法需要所述装置与独立充装单元对接。这种布置非常麻烦和不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种气雾发生器,所述气雾发生器包括:存储腔室;定量配料腔室;和膨胀腔室,其中所述存储腔室、定量配料腔室和膨胀腔室安置在单个单元中,并且其中所述定量配料腔室限定可从所述存储腔室输送到所述膨胀腔室的流体的最大体积。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的气雾发生器1。气雾发生器1包括诸如罐的存储腔室10、定量配料腔室20、膨胀腔室30以及将所述膨胀腔室30与嘴端件50间隔开的漏孔40(在图2中示出)。气雾发生器1是整体单元并且可以容纳在单个壳体(未示出)中。备选地,气雾发生器1可以通过在不采用外部壳体的情况下将存储腔室10、定量配料腔室20、膨胀腔室30以及嘴端件50结合在一起来形成。
存储腔室10可以容纳预定体积的加压流体-例如含有尼古丁的物质或混合物。存储腔室10可以通过诸如氮气或二氧化碳或者对所属领域技术人员来说显而易见的任何其他适当气体的气体来加压。存储腔室10可含有诸如氢氟烷烃的推进剂,然而还可采用所属领域公知的其他推进剂。
存储腔室10通过阀60与定量配料腔室20间隔开。阀60可以是连续流动阀并且构成装填机构的一部分,所述装填机构调节加压流体从存储腔室10到定量配料腔室20的流动。阀60可以备选地是计量或非计量阀或者所属领域公知的任何其他适当阀。可以通过按压按钮70来打开阀60,所述按钮70定位在存储腔室10上或气雾发生器1的任何其他适当部件上。可以采用所属领域公知的装填定量配料腔室20的备选方式,例如通过用杠杆代替按钮70或者通过相对于气雾发生器1的其余部分扭转存储腔室10来打开阀60。
一旦阀60打开,加压流体就从存储腔室10释放到定量配料腔室20中。流体流动到定量配料腔室20中,直到所述定量配料腔室20内的压力等于存储腔室10中的压力。当压力相等时,流体从存储腔室10流入定量配料腔室20的净流动将会停止并且阀60可以关闭。
存储腔室10的尺寸可被设定成含有一定体积的加压流体(与预定数量的香烟或其他吸烟物品等同)。定量配料腔室20的尺寸可被设定成含有一定体积的加压流体(与吸或抽香烟或者其他吸烟物品的预定次数等同)。这种预定吸烟次数可对应于从单个吸烟物品获得的平均吸烟次数。这样一来,根据本发明的气雾发生器1拥有下述优点:将可能等同于单个吸烟物品的一定量的加压流体与可能等同于多个吸烟物品或一包吸烟物品的一定量的加压流体隔离。备选地,对应于一次吸食吸烟物品的一定体积的加压流体可在定量配料腔室20中与存储腔室10相隔离。使用者随后可以现在将描述的方式获得包含在定量配料腔室20中的含尼古丁的加压流体或者其他加压流体。
一旦定量配料腔室20已装填并且阀60关闭,使用者便可以通过嘴端件50并且致动定位在定量配料腔室20与膨胀腔室30之间的阀80来将加压流体从定量配料腔室20抽入膨胀腔室30。
图1所示的阀80可被抽吸致动,然而,也可使用例如计量或非计量阀的备选阀。
在膨胀腔室30内部,加压流体和推进剂膨胀并且被导向穿过漏孔40而形成气雾。在膨胀腔室30内部,某些液体推进剂从液体相变成气体相,从而导致压力增加以便迫使气雾穿过漏孔40进入嘴端件50中。
如从图2中可以看到的,嘴端件50包括通风孔90,以便当使用者通过嘴端件50抽吸时,随着嘴端件50中的压力低于环境空气的压力而形成的压差导致大气压下的环境空气被抽吸通过孔90。通风孔90提供气雾的稀释并且提供嘴端件50与环境空气之间的压差。在阀80被抽吸致动的情况下,该特征可导致阀80打开,从而将加压流体与推进剂的混合物从定量配料腔室20释放到膨胀腔室30中。
因此生成的气雾的粒度取决于输送到膨胀腔室30的加压流体和推进剂的体积、漏孔40的大小以及膨胀腔室30的大小。气雾的体积将取决于使用者每次吸食的持续时间或者取决于阀80的大小(如果阀80是计量阀)。
图2中的箭头代表气雾通过漏孔40的流动以及空气通过通风孔90的流动。膨胀腔室30中生成的气雾在漏孔40与嘴端件50之间的流率取决于漏孔40的大小。
环境空气通过通风孔90的流率取决于通风孔90的大小,并且所述通风孔90的尺寸可被设定成实现期望的流率,所述期望的流率类似于当抽吸香烟或所属领域中众所周知的其他吸烟物品时获得的流率。例如,已为人们所知的是,通过通风孔90的大约27毫升每秒(ml/s)的流率对应于强烈的吸烟条件。在嘴端件50的内部,气雾与通过通风孔90进入的环境空气混合,从而产生期望的吸食体积。
在使用者已停止通过嘴端件50抽吸气雾之后,阀80可以关闭。在阀80被抽吸致动的情况下,这种关闭将由下述事实引发:不再有使阀80打开的压差并且弹簧或其他此类偏压装置(未示出)可以将阀关闭。如果阀80不是抽吸致动的,那么可以手动关闭所述阀80。
使用者可以抽吸气雾,直到定量配料腔室20内的加压流体耗尽。可以通过致动阀60来将加压流体从存储腔室10释放到定量配料腔室20中以便补充或充装定量配料腔室20。一旦存储腔室10的容纳物耗尽,所述存储腔室可被移除并且用含有加压流体的存储腔室10代替。

Claims (12)
1. 一种气雾发生器,包括:
存储腔室;
定量配料腔室;以及
膨胀腔室;
其中所述存储腔室、定量配料腔室和膨胀腔室安置在单个单元中,并且其中所述定量配料腔室限定可从所述存储腔室输送到所述膨胀腔室的流体的最大体积。
2. 如权利要求1所述的气雾发生器,其中所述存储腔室与所述定量配料腔室通过连续流动阀间隔开。
3. 如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的气雾发生器,其中所述定量配料腔室与所述膨胀腔室通过抽吸致动阀间隔开。
4. 如前述任一项权利要求所述的气雾发生器,进一步包括嘴端件。
5. 如权利要求4所述的气雾发生器,进一步包括介于所述膨胀腔室与所述嘴端件之间的漏孔。
6. 如权利要求4或5所述的气雾发生器,其中所述嘴端件包括至少一个通风孔。
7. 如权利要求6所述的气雾发生器,其中所述嘴端件以及至少一个通风孔被构造成以预定流率输送气雾。
8. 如权利要求7所述的气雾发生器,其中所述预定流率为大约27毫升每秒。
9. 如前述任一项权利要求所述的气雾发生器,其中所述流体含有尼古丁。
10. 如权利要求9所述的气雾发生器,其中可以保持在所述定量配料腔室中的含有尼古丁的流体的体积对应于吸烟物品中含有的尼古丁的量。
11. 如权利要求9所述的气雾发生器,其中可以保持在所述定量配料腔室中的含有尼古丁的流体的体积对应于吸烟物品的预定吸食次数中含有的尼古丁的量。
