本发明涉及一种双苯基硫脲衍生物及其在抗菌和阴离子识别上的应用。
背景技术
双苯基硫脲衍生物,在抑菌、抗肿瘤、催化、磁性、光学、电化学、非线性光学和化学传感器等领域,有广泛的用途,因此成为当前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双苯基硫脲衍生物及其应用。
双苯基硫脲衍生物的结构式为:
所述双苯基硫脲衍生物应用于抗菌和阴离子识别。
本发明的双苯基硫脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果,对部分阴离子表现出高灵敏识别选择性。
具体实施方式
实施例:
(1)双苯基硫脲衍生物的结构式为:
(2)双苯基硫脲衍生物的制备方法为:
在100毫升的圆底烧瓶里加入10毫摩尔(1.2毫升) 异硫氰酸苯酯和20毫升无水甲醇,在磁力搅拌器上搅拌20分钟,再加入用5毫摩尔(0.33毫升)乙二胺和25毫升无水甲醇制成的混合溶液,加热回流反应3.5小时,过滤并分别用冷的无水乙醇、无水甲醇和无水乙醚洗涤3次,最后用体积比为3:1的无水乙醇和二甲基亚砜(DMF)混合溶剂重结晶,得到黄色晶体,放在真空干燥箱里24小时,即制得双苯基硫脲用衍生物,产量为0.43克(产率为63%)。
(3)双苯基硫脲衍生物的应用:
抗菌:在抗菌实验中,发现本实施例制得的双苯基硫脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。
阴离子识别:将本实施例制得的双苯基硫脲衍生物溶于二甲基亚砜(DMSO)制得溶液,再向制得的溶液中引入Clˉ、H2PO4ˉ阴离子,溶液颜色及吸收光谱均发生了显著变化,鉴于双苯基硫脲衍生物对这两种阴离子表现出高灵敏识别选择性,用于制作裸眼识别Clˉ、H2PO4ˉ传感器。
实施例中所使用的化学试剂均为分析纯。
