本发明为工业窑炉材料领域，提供了一种新型高铝矾土砖。主要以煅烧后Al2O3＞52％高铝矾土熟料与烧结氧化铝、膨润土配合，机械混合后高压成型，高温烧成。具有气孔率低、耐压强度高、化学稳定性好主要用于炼铁高炉和高炉热风炉以及石油化工工业炉等。

技术领域：
本发明提供了一种新型高铝矾土砖，涉及工业窑炉材料领域。
背景技术：
目前我国市场上的高铝矾土砖有很高的常温耐压强度(可达340MPa)，很好的化学稳定性，但对酸性或碱性渣以及玻璃液等均有较差的抵抗能力，耐侵蚀性能不好，热震稳定性较差。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是设计一种具有耐压强度高、耐侵蚀性及热震稳定性良好的新型高铝矾土砖。
本发明采取的技术方案是：以煅烧后Al2O3＞52％高铝矾土熟料与烧结氧化铝、膨润土配合，机械混合后高压成型，高温烧成。
由于本发明采取了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，具有耐压强度高、耐侵蚀性及热震稳定性良好的等优点。

1.一种新型高铝矾土砖，其特征是：以煅烧后Al2O3＞52％高铝矾土熟料与烧结氧化铝、膨润土配合，机械混合后高压成型，高温烧成。
