本发明涉及机床零部件，具体说是一种机床旋转工作台。
背景技术
旋转工作台是机床上用于装夹加工工件的装置，现有机床旋转工作台普遍采用多轴联动，进给和旋转分开的传动方式，其结构复杂，且传动振动大，定位精度低，因此严重影响机床加工精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采用同轴双蜗杆机构，提供一种定位准确，传动精度高的机床旋转工作台。具体技术方案是：一种机床旋转工作台，包括回转台、滑台、滑座、进给蜗杆、进给蜗轮、进给丝杆、传动电机，其与进给蜗杆同轴设置有回转蜗杆，中间加装换向离合器连接；回转蜗杆与安装在回转中心轴上的回转蜗轮相配匹。
本发明的优点是：采用同轴双蜗杆机构，由换向离合器调节控制，同一台电机驱动进给和旋转。其结构简单，定位准确，传动精度可靠，可明显提高机床加工精度。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明是对现有工作台的改进，同样具有滑台5、滑座6、进给蜗杆7、进给蜗轮8、进给丝杆9、回转台4、回转中心轴3，不同的是与进给蜗杆7同轴安装有回转蜗杆1，中间连接换向离合器10。接换向离合器10通常用拔杆操控。转蜗杆1与安装在回转中心轴3上的回转蜗轮2配匹。从而实现进给和旋转由同一台传动电机11驱动。另外设有手动摇柄12微调。

1.一种机床旋转工作台，包括回转台、滑台、滑座、进给蜗杆、进给蜗轮、进给丝杆、传动电机，其特征是与进给蜗杆同轴设置有回转蜗杆，中间加装换向离合器连接；回转蜗杆与安装在回转中心轴上的回转蜗轮相配匹。
