Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗接触性皮炎的中药制剂，各中药原料的重量组成为：龙胆草3份、白藓皮3份、连翘3份、蒲公英2份、大黄2份、栀子4份、全蝎2份、冰片1份、芫花1份和商陆2份，具有清热凉血、除湿止痒的功效。具有见效快、治愈率高、无毒副作用、安全方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗接触性皮炎的外用中药制剂，属中医中药技术领域。
背景技术
接触性皮炎是皮肤或粘膜接触某些物品后，在接触部位所发生的急性炎症。现代医学认为其发生的原因可分为原发性刺激和变态反应两种。其中变态反应引起的接触性皮炎，其接触物基本无刺激性和毒性，如：油漆、化妆品、外用药等；临床症状为有明显的接触史，常突然急性发作皮疹、红斑，局限性肿胀、皮肤光亮、表面纹理消失、无明确边缘等；本病的主要病机是毒邪外侵、蕴结肌肤；通过辨证临床上采取清热凉血、除湿止痒为治疗大法，收到了很好的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗接触性皮炎（变态反应引起）的外用中药制剂，具有疗效确切、见效快、疗程短、安全方便等优点。
本发明所述的治疗接触性皮炎的外用中药制剂，各中药原料的重量组成为：龙胆草3份、白藓皮3份、连翘3份、蒲公英2份、大黄2份、栀子4份、全蝎2份、冰片1份、芫花1份和商陆2份。
其中：制剂为酊剂。
制备方法：按上述重量称取原料，共轧为2--3号粗末，过筛，置入容器内，加入60°白酒100份，密封浸泡30天，过滤、去渣，将滤液静置沉淀，取上清液装瓶。
本发明中的药物机理如下：
龙胆草：清热燥湿、泻肝胆火。本品大苦大寒、清热燥湿，尤善清下焦湿热，常用于阴囊肿痛、湿疹瘙痒等。
白藓皮：清热燥湿、祛风解毒。本品常用于湿热疮毒、湿疹疥癣等。
连翘：清热解毒、消痈散结、疏风清热。
蒲公英：清热解毒、燥湿消肿。
大黄：泻下攻积、清热泻火、止血、解毒、活血化瘀。
栀子：泻火祛烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒、消肿止痛。
全蝎：息风止痉、攻毒散结、通络止痛。
冰片：开窍醒神、清热止痛。
芫花：泻火逐饮、祛痰止咳、杀虫疗疮。
商陆：泻下利水、消肿散结。
以上诸药的主治及功效均参考于中医药院校本科教材第六版《中药学》，上海科技出版社。
以下为临床试验总结：临床试验治疗接触性皮炎患者150例。
接触性皮炎的症状：有明显的接触史，常急性突然发作皮疹、红斑，局限性水肿、皮肤光亮、表面纹理消失、瘙痒、发热等。
治疗方案：外用本发明制剂，涂擦患处，一日3次，10天为一疗程。
治疗标准：
痊愈：局部皮肤潮红、丘疹全部消失，全身无阳性体征可查。
好转：局部皮肤潮红、丘疹明显减轻，但仍有局部瘙痒现象。
无效：症状无改善。
治疗结果：患者经过一个疗程治疗后痊愈100例，占67%，好转36例，占24%，无效14例，占9%，总有效率91%。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者齐某某，男，39岁，因在工作中不慎将油漆滴到颈部，二日后，颈部皮肤潮红、肿胀，并起密集丘疹，瘙痒。2010年5月来诊我院，查，局部皮色潮红、肿胀、见有密集的丘疹，因发病前有油漆接触史，诊为接触性皮炎。给予本发明药物外用涂擦治疗一个疗程后，症状全部消失。
病例2：患者刘某某，男，50岁，因颈椎病外敷膏药后，局部明显瘙痒。2010年6月来诊我院，查，颈部见有密集的丘疹，局部皮肤潮红、伴肿胀、皮肤光亮、表面纹理消失，诊为接触性皮炎。给予本发明药物外用涂擦治疗一个疗程后，症状全部消失。
病例3：患者张某某，男，49岁，因右踝关节扭伤外敷止痛膏，二日后局部瘙痒、灼热感、有密集的丘疹。2010年5月来诊我院，查，局部肿胀、皮肤潮红、见有密集的丘疹、局部灼热，诊为接触性皮炎。给予本发明药物外用涂擦治疗一个疗程后，症状全部消失。
本发明药物临床使用表明有如下优点：
（1）本发明所选用的中草药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，根据配伍，本发明具有清热凉血、除湿止痒的功效。
（2）本发明组方合理、选药精良，见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、使用方便、易被病人接受。
具体实施方式：
实施例：龙胆草3份、白藓皮3份、连翘3份、蒲公英2份、大黄2份、栀子4份、全蝎2份、冰片1份、芫花1份和商陆2份。
制备方法：按上述重量称取原料，共轧为2--3号粗末，过筛，置入容器内，加入60°白酒100份，密封浸泡30天，过滤、去渣，将滤液静置沉淀，取上清液装瓶。外用，局部涂擦患处，一日3次，每次涂擦3--5分钟，10天为一疗程。

1.一种治疗接触性皮炎的外用中药制剂，其特征在于各中药原料的重量组成为：龙胆草3份、白藓皮3份、连翘3份、蒲公英2份、大黄2份、栀子4份、全蝎2份、冰片1份、芫花1份和商陆2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗接触性皮炎的外用中药制剂，其特征在于制剂为酊剂。
