Abstract

[0002] 基于环保与节能的趋势,具有低耗电、高效率等优势的发光二极管(LightEmitting Diode, LED)已逐渐取代传统的鹤丝灯泡等高耗电的光源。
[0003] 由于发光二极管的温度对于其寿命及发光效能的影响甚巨,因此灯具的散热能力一直是相关厂商的发展重点之一。
[0004] 为了利于散热,灯具的灯壳通常为铝制品,以提升其散热能力。另外,灯壳上还可设置有多个散热结构,以进一步地提升散热能力。尽管如此,当发光二极管在发光时,灯具的温度仍然常常维持在高温的状态。为了避免灯具长期处在高温的状态,还有部分厂商采用风扇等外部散热装置,将风吹向灯壳,以带走灯壳上的热量。然而,这样的方式不可避免地会造成额外的能源浪费。
发明内容

[0024] 图1为本发明灯具的分解图。图2为图1所示的灯具的组合图。如图1及图2所示,本实施方式的灯具10包含透光灯罩100、灯壳200以及发光装置400。灯壳200与透光灯罩100共同构成灯腔300。发光装置400容设于灯腔300内。具体来说,灯壳200具有外露表面210及顶面230,顶面230设置在外露表面210上方,而外露表面210是在顶面230的边缘向下延伸而成。发光装置400设置于顶面230上,透光灯罩100覆盖于顶面230上,以同时罩住顶面230与发光装置400。也就是说,当透光灯罩100组装于灯壳200上时(如图2所示),灯壳200的顶面230与发光装置400会被透光灯罩100所罩住,而外露表面210则不会被透光灯罩100所罩住。于本发明的实施方式中,透光灯罩100与灯壳200可组合成灯泡型灯具(如图2所示)。
[0025] 灯壳200包含多个散热鳍片220,这些散热鳍片220凸设于灯壳200的外露表面210,相邻两散热鳍片220间的距离可为相等或不等。图3为图1所示灯具的局部剖面图。如图3所示,灯壳200的外露表面210覆盖有吸水层500。也就是说,灯壳200的外露表面210并非裸露地暴露于外界环境中,而是被吸水层500所覆盖。由于吸水层500无论温度高低均具有很强的亲水性,故即使灯壳200的温度高达摄氏80度左右,吸水层500仍可吸收大量的小水珠,直到饱和为止。当这些小水珠吸收到灯壳200足够的热量时,自然会挥发成水蒸气,从而带走灯壳200的热量,如此加速散热的效果,且不需要消耗任何额外的能源。
[0026] 当然,在上述实施方式中,该灯壳200也可以不设散热鳍片220,而是仅利用吸水层500进行散热,只是散热的效果会较差;或者也可选用其它的结构去代替散热鳍片220,也可达到较佳的散热效果。因此,该散热鳍片220的选用仅为例示,而非用以限制本发明。
[0027] 由于上述实施方式的灯具利用水进行散热,故此灯具较佳位于高湿度的环境中(例如澡堂或河边),以使吸水层500能够吸收到大量的小水珠。
[0028] 于部分实施方式中,如图3所示,每一散热鳍片220具有相对二表面222及224。每一散热鳍片220表面222及表面224均被吸水层500所覆盖。也就是说,吸水层500不仅可覆盖灯壳200的外露表面210,还可覆盖散热鳍片220,如此便能够增加吸水层500的表面积,以进一步增加其吸水量及水蒸气的挥发量,从而进一步地提升散热效果。于其它实施方式中,吸水层500亦可仅覆盖灯壳200的外露表面210而已,而不一定要同时覆盖外露表面210及散热鳍片220。
[0029] 于部分实施方式中,吸水层500的吸水性能够吸收不低于吸水层500的重量的500倍的水。也就是说,假设灯壳200的外露表面210上具有10克的吸水层500,则这10克的吸水层500可吸收至少5000公克的水。如此以来,吸水层500可吸收大量的水以便挥发。应了解到,上述吸水层500的重量仅为例示,而非用以限制本发明。

[0032] 于部分实施方式中,灯壳200的材质可为金属(例如招),以帮助发光装置400散热。值得注意的是,由于金属锈蚀通常在同时具有空气及水的环境下较为容易发生,因此,虽然吸水层500会将大量的水保持在灯壳200的外露表面210,但由于吸水层500将外露表面210与空气隔绝,故吸水层500反而可以减缓灯壳200的锈蚀发生。
[0033] 图4为本发明另一实施方式灯具的局部剖面图。如图4所示,本实施方式与图3的实施方式基本相似,两者间的主要差异在于:本实施方式还可包含防锈层600。防锈层600设置于灯壳200的外露表面210与吸水层500之间。由于防锈层600可将外露表面210与吸水层500隔绝,故可进一步地避免灯壳200的锈蚀发生。防锈层600可利用在外露表面210上涂布防锈材料所形成。
[0034] 于部分实施方式中,防锈层600的热传导系数等于灯壳200的热传导系数,如此以来,即便吸水层500与灯壳200被防锈层600所隔开,灯壳200上的热量仍能藉由防锈层600顺利地传导至吸水层500,而不会因为防锈层600的存在,影响了灯具的散热能力。防锈层600的防锈材料可以选择金属纳米主动防蚀技术添加金属银,其不仅可以达到防蚀效果,还可以使其导热系数大大提高,通过改变金属银的含量,使其导热系数高于或者接近灯壳 200。

2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,该灯壳包含多个散热鳍片,该散热鳍片凸设于该灯壳的该外露表面,且该散热鳍片具有相对二表面,该二表面被该吸水层所覆盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,该灯壳的材质为金属,更包含防锈层,该防锈层设置于该灯壳的该外露表面与该吸水层之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,该防锈层的热传导系数等于该灯壳的热传导系数。

9.如权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,该天然高分子材料为改性淀粉、纤维素、壳聚糖或上述任意两者以上的组合物。
10.如权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,该合成树脂为聚丙烯酸系树脂、聚丙烯晴系树脂、聚乙烯醇系树脂、聚环氧乙烷系树脂、非离子型合成树脂或上述任两者以上的组合物。
