本发明涉及一种安装于造纸机的施胶机出口的第一、第二个烘缸处，作为引纸用的装置，尤其是一种烘缸用导索轮装置。按照本发明提供的技术方案，在机架侧壁固定设置安装板，在机架上横向转动架设有烘缸，烘缸的侧壁设有伸入其内部空间的冷却水管，在安装板的侧壁上固定有若干安装轴，在安装轴端部设置有轴承，在所述轴承上设有导索轮，所述安装轴设置在对应于烘缸上半侧壁的安装板上。本发明具有结构简单、引纸效果好且安装进度快等优点。

烘缸用导索轮装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装于造纸机的施胶机出口的第一、第二个烘缸处，作为引纸用的装置，尤其是一种烘缸用导索轮装置。
背景技术
目前，在造纸机的烘缸上的引纸装置一般采用在导索轮安装在轴承上的方式，但是该轴承非常大，购买价格昂贵，不仅使得交货期限延长，而且还会延误安装进度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、引纸效果好、安装进度快的烘缸用导索轮装置。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，在机架侧壁固定设置安装板，在机架上横向转动架设有烘缸，烘缸的侧壁设有伸入其内部空间的冷却水管，在安装板的侧壁上固定有若干安装轴，在安装轴端部设置有轴承，在所述轴承上设有导索轮，所述安装轴设置在对应于烘缸上半侧壁的安装板上。
所述安装轴在烘缸上半侧壁上的投影呈半圆弧状排布。
本发明具有结构简单、引纸效果好且安装进度快等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示：在机架6侧壁固定设置安装板7，在机架6上横向转动架设有烘缸5，烘缸5的侧壁设有伸入其内部空间的冷却水管4，在安装板7的侧壁上固定有若干安装轴3，在安装轴3端部设置有轴承2，在所述轴承2上设有导索轮1，所述安装轴3设置在对应于烘缸5上半侧壁的安装板7上。
所述安装轴3在烘缸5上半侧壁上的投影呈半圆弧状排布。
使用时，纸带从烘缸5侧壁最底端一侧的安装轴3上的导索轮1上导入，然后沿着位置依次上升的安装轴3上的导索轮1进行引导，直至导入位于最高处的安装轴3上的导索轮1，然后导入位置依次下降的安装轴3上的导索轮1，最后从烘缸5侧壁最底端另一侧的安装轴3上的导索轮1上导出，完成纸带的导出。
本发明可作为施胶机独立导索的组成部分，是断纸后，重新引纸用。而且本发明结构简单、安装方便、制造成本低。

1.一种烘缸用导索轮装置，包括在机架（6）侧壁固定设置的安装板（7），在机架（6）上横向转动架设有烘缸（5），烘缸（5）的侧壁设有伸入其内部空间的冷却水管（4），在安装板（7）的侧壁上固定有若干安装轴（3），在安装轴（3）的端部设置有轴承（2），在所述轴承（2）上设有导索轮（1），其特征是：所述安装轴（3）设置在对应于烘缸（5）上半侧壁的安装板（7）上；
所述安装轴（3）在烘缸（5）上半侧壁上的投影呈半圆弧状排布。
