发明涉及酒糟碱水解糖液及制备工艺,采用酒糟等原料,经原料调配、微波加热水解、液渣分离、浓缩、pH调节等制得酒糟碱水解糖液。发明涉及碱催化、微波加热、减压蒸馏等工艺,副产物水解渣可用作吸附材料,冷凝液与洗液复用,制备的酒糟碱水解糖液含有一定量矿物质与盐,可直接用于发酵制取燃料乙醇。

技术领域
发明涉及酒糟碱水解糖液及工艺。
背景技术
随着世界工业化的发展,能源需求的急剧增加与短缺矛盾日益加剧,寻找可再生性的替代能源,已经成为维持人类社会可持续发展的紧迫任务。中国是酒类生产和消费大国,在大规模白酒生产的同时,也产生了大量废弃物生物质——酒糟,对废弃酒糟的综合利用和专利主要集中于饲料、农肥、制取甘油、培养食用菌、提取复合氨基酸及微量元素等方面;以酒糟碱催化水解酒糟所含纤维素、半纤维素等获得的糖用于发酵制备燃料乙醇等,既可充分利用酒糟有用物质,又促进生物质能源的开发,故具有一定的现实意义与价值。
发明内容
发明目的在于结合我国白酒生产酒糟废弃物的减量化、资源化利用及缓解能源压力实际,提供可用于发酵制取燃料乙醇的酒糟碱水解糖液及工艺。
发明的目的以如下方式实现:
以酒糟为原料,不经干燥,添加水、碱,经微波加热、固液分离、浓缩、pH调节等处理制得。
原料调配
选用固态发酵白酒生产的丢糟——酒糟副产物,根据酒糟含水量添加水与氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氨水等碱催化剂中的一种,并使碱浓度约1-10%(w/w)。
微波加热
在具密闭、冷凝回流及搅拌功能的反应釜中,采用微波加热,控制在50℃-160℃下约0.5-3h。
冷却
将经微波碱水解的固液混合物自然冷却,至约50-60℃结束。
固液分离
将冷却的固液混合物经压滤或连续离心等方式进行分离,得碱水解糖稀液与湿态渣。
浓缩
将碱水解糖稀液减压浓缩至糖量约250g/L,此为碱水解糖浓缩液;冷凝液用于原料调配。
水洗
添加湿态渣量1-5倍量的水并搅拌水洗、固液分离,重复水洗至中性后分离结束,分离洗液用于原料调配或并入碱水解稀液或碱水解浓缩液,湿态渣干燥。
pH调节
以盐酸、磷酸、硫酸、亚硫酸、硝酸等酸中的一种调节水解浓缩液,控制pH约4.0-5.0。
检验
糖量约200-240g/L,pH约4.0-5.0,具有钙、铁、磷、锌、钾等矿物质及盐,满足酵母乙醇发酵营养要求。

Claims (10)

1.酒糟碱水解糖液,其特征是:含丰富矿物质与盐,可直接用于发酵生产燃料乙醇。
2.酒糟碱水解糖液制备工艺,其特征是:以酒糟等为原料,不干燥,添加碱催化剂,采用低浓度碱溶液、微波加热处理酒糟,经固液分离、pH调节等工艺。
3.选用固态发酵白酒生产的丢糟——酒糟副产物为原料,酒糟不经干燥预处理。
4.采用氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氨水等中的一种作为碱水解催化剂,浓度控制在约1-10%(w/w)。
5.采用微波加热处理,控制在50-160℃约0.5-3h。
6.碱水解分离渣经水洗、干燥、粉碎等处理后可用作重金属废液等处理的吸附材料。
7.减压浓缩分离获得的碱水解液。
8.浓缩冷凝液复用于原料调配。
9.采用盐酸、磷酸、硫酸、亚硫酸、硝酸等酸中的一种调节水解浓缩液,控制pH约4.0-5.0。
10.分离洗液复用不排放。
