固体石硫合剂的制取工艺,以生石灰加水制成氢氧化钙,置于反应锅中,升温至摄氏100度,加硫磺粉促进剂后充分搅拌15-60分钟,加入凝固稳定剂、表面活性剂、渗透剂,经搅拌混和后,入模成型。成品既可运输,又能贮存,对病虫害无抗药性。

固体石硫合剂的制取工艺
本发明与固体石硫合剂的制取工艺有关。
众知的石硫合剂对柑橙、苹果、桑树、棉花、甘蔗等果树和经济作物的红蜘蛛、黄蜘蛛、锈壁虱、蚜虫、吉丁虫、1—2龄介壳及水稻的稻飞虱都有显著的杀灭效果;对作物的疮痂病、溃疡病、黑霉病、褐斑病、稻瘟病防治效果显著。通常石硫合剂是用石灰水(氢氧化钙)加硫磺熬制而成,随制随用,不便于运输,也不能存放。
本发明向公众公开一种既方便运输、又可贮存的固体石硫合剂的制取工艺。
固体石硫合剂的原料有:石灰、水、硫磺、凝固稳定剂、惰性粉、渗透剂、促进剂、湿润剂。
凝固稳定剂是聚乙烯醇

R为烷基或芳基。
惰性粉是硅藻土,主要成份为SlO2;或为高岭土Al2O3·2SlO22H2O;或为滑石粉3MgO·4SiO2·H2O;或为轻质碳酸钙CaCO3
湿润剂:SAS为烷基磺酸钠RSO3Na,R是14—18个碳原子的直链烷基。或为十二烷基苯磺酸钙

R为C10至C18烷基。
渗透剂BX为拉开粉,即二丁基萘磺酸钠 分子式为C18H23SO3Na。
促进剂为乙撑硫尿C3H6N2S,结构式
固体石硫合剂的制取工艺是以全重量以100%计。取全重量15—20%的石灰Cao,加入8倍于石灰重量的水,使之制成氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2,置于反应锅中,煮沸后,加入硫磺50—60%,后加入促进剂0.3—1%,充分搅拌15分钟至60分钟。加入凝固稳定剂5—8%,湿润剂0.7—1%、渗透剂1—3%,充分搅拌混合均匀。
固体石硫合剂的成品呈灰褐色,块状,易溶于水,水溶液为黄色至深桔红色,有臭蛋气味和吸湿性。
固体石硫合剂能储存,未开封可储存10个月以上。方便运输,可运往石灰缺乏的地方使用。对病虫害无抗药性。
实施例:取生石灰Cao20公斤,加水160公斤制成氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2,过滤后置于反应锅,升温至摄氏100度,加入硫磺粉60公斤后加入促进剂0.6公斤,搅拌15—60分钟。取出放入搅拌锅,加入惰性粉硅藻土16公斤、凝固稳定剂聚乙烯醇1.5公斤、湿润剂烷基磺酸钠0.5公斤、渗透剂拉开粉1.4公斤,充分搅拌混合均匀。
本品使用时必须注意:果树花期和叶梢未转青时不使用;室外气温低于摄氏8度或高于34度时不宜用;不要与其它农药混合使用;用喷雾器喷洒。

Claims (2)

1、固体石硫合剂的制取工艺,取全重量20%的生石灰8倍于石灰重量的水,制成氢氧化钙,置于反应锅中,加温至摄氏100度,加放全重量(下同)60%的硫磺粉煮后加入促进剂0.6%煮15—60分钟,充分搅拌,再将上述物从反应锅取出置入搅拌锅中,加入凝固稳定剂1.5%,湿润剂0.5%,渗透剂1.4%,惰性粉16%,充分搅拌混合均匀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制取工艺,其特征在于凝固稳定剂是聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯醚,惰性粉是硅藻土或高岭土或滑石粉或轻质炭酸钙,湿润剂是烷基磺酸钠或为十二烷基苯磺酸钙,渗透剂为拉开粉,促进剂为乙撑硫尿。
