本发明涉及电线电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能发电专用电缆。 
背景技术
目前,太阳电池及组件产量逐年稳步增加,作为连接光伏组件和逆变器的太阳能电缆的需求量不断增加,但是现有的太阳能电缆外套易碎、不耐磨、抗拉强度低和柔韧性低,不能承受较大的安装落差。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的太阳能电缆外套易碎、不耐磨、抗拉强度低和柔韧性低的不足;本发明提供一种太阳能电缆,该太阳能电缆结构简单,重量轻具有高柔韧性和抗拉强度大,且其外套耐磨和不易分解。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:太阳能电缆的导体外包裹由辐照交联型低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃耐候型电缆料组成的绝缘层,绝缘层外包裹内护套,内护套外包裹芳纶层。 
本发明的的有益效果是,由于外护套芳纶层具有重量轻、韧性强和耐高温特性,使得此太阳能电缆抗拉、耐磨和耐分化;且绝缘层由辐照交联型低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃耐候型电缆料组成,使得太阳能电缆可以抵抗绝缘层分解。
