技术领域
本发明是一种换热器,特指一种除垢简快的换热器。
背景技术
现有的管壳式换热器、板式换热器、热管式换热器等各种换热器,其工作N时间后便附着一层难清除的污垢,使供热效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种除垢简快的换热器。
其技术特征是:用形状记忆材料做换热器,当其工作N时间有污垢后,用冷、热流体交替清洗换热器时,形状记忆材料做的换热器时便变形使硬脆的污垢脱落。
其优点是:除垢简快,尤适工作环境恶劣的车用水箱,海水冷却的(工业余热)发电站、地热发电站、垃圾焚烧发电站等。
具体实施方式
A、采用镍钛形状记忆合金材料做成板式换热器的换热板片,其厚度为0.2mm左右
B、用镍钛形状记忆合金做浮头式换热器的换热管,其管径为20mm左右,管壁厚0.5mm左右。
C、镍钛形状记忆合金做热管式换热器的吸热端及散热端。
Claims (1)
1.一种由换热板片、换热管、热管及外壳组成的一种除垢简快的换热器,其特征是:
A、板式换热器的换热板片采用镍钛形状记忆合金做成
B、浮头式换热器的换热管采用镍钛形状记忆合金做成
C、热管式换热器的吸热端及散热端采用镍钛形状记忆合金做成。
