一种全断桥外凸窗,具有外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板,外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板为具有隔热保温材料板的夹芯板,夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋斜向双向连接固定,在外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板上预埋角钢连接件,在夹芯保温外墙板和夹芯保温内墙板上分别预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒,飘窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒连接固定。本发明有效隔断外界热的传递,实现节能保温,同时可实现工厂化批量生产,现场组装,方便施工,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种全断桥外凸窗。 
背景技术
现有建筑外凸窗均为钢筋混凝土浇注成型,不能隔断外界热的传递,影响节能保温效果。同时,施工难度大,生产效率低,不能实现平面装模生产工艺和工厂化批量生产装配。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种全断桥外凸窗,有效隔断外界热的传递,实现节能保温,同时可实现工厂化批量生产,现场组装,方便施工,生产效率高。 
本发明采用的技术方案是:这种全断桥外凸窗具有外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板,外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板为具有隔热保温材料板的夹芯板,夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋斜向双向连接固定,在外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板上预埋角钢连接件,在夹芯保温外墙板和夹芯保温内墙板上分别预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒,外凸窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒连接固定。 
上述技术方案中,所述的非金属复合纤维筋为玄武岩纤维筋或玻璃纤维复合纤维筋。 
本发明的全断桥外凸窗采用平面装模生产工艺制造,现场拼接成型,平面装模生产工艺简单,断桥连接安全可靠,平板运输效率高。组装连接方式采用双向可调节机械连接,方便施工。外露铁件采用水泥砂浆封堵,防止水汽及腐蚀介质侵入,保证结构的耐久性和安全性。本发明采用常见隔热保温材料隔断热的传递,节能保温效果好,夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋连接,结构强度高。本发明可实现工厂化批量生产,现场组装,方便施工,生产效率高。

参见图1、图2,本发明的这种全断桥外凸窗具有外凸窗上台板2和外凸窗下台板1,外凸窗上台板2和外凸窗下台板1为具有隔热保温材料板5的夹芯板,夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋6斜向双向连接固定,在外凸窗上台板2和外凸窗下台板1上预埋角钢连接件7,在夹芯保温外墙板11和夹芯保温内墙板12上分别预埋连接槽8和预埋铁盒9,外凸窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓10与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽8和预埋铁盒9连接固定,所述的非金属复合纤维筋为玄武岩纤维筋或玻璃纤维复合纤维筋。

1.一种全断桥外凸窗,其特征在于:具有外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板,外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板为具有隔热保温材料板的夹芯板,夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋斜向双向连接固定,在外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板上预埋角钢连接件,在夹芯保温外墙板和夹芯保温内墙板上分别预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒,飘窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全断桥外凸窗,其特征在于:所述的非金属复合纤维筋为玄武岩纤维筋或玻璃纤维复合纤维筋。
