本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域，具体涉及一种全断桥外凸窗。 
背景技术
现有建筑外凸窗均为钢筋混凝土浇注成型，不能隔断外界热的传递，影响节能保温效果。同时，施工难度大，生产效率低，不能实现平面装模生产工艺和工厂化批量生产装配。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：解决上述现有技术存在的问题，而提供一种全断桥外凸窗，有效隔断外界热的传递，实现节能保温，同时可实现工厂化批量生产，现场组装，方便施工，生产效率高。 
本发明采用的技术方案是：这种全断桥外凸窗具有外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板，外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板为具有隔热保温材料板的夹芯板，夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋斜向双向连接固定，在外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板上预埋角钢连接件，在夹芯保温外墙板和夹芯保温内墙板上分别预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒，外凸窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒连接固定。 
上述技术方案中，所述的非金属复合纤维筋为玄武岩纤维筋或玻璃纤维复合纤维筋。 
本发明的全断桥外凸窗采用平面装模生产工艺制造，现场拼接成型，平面装模生产工艺简单，断桥连接安全可靠，平板运输效率高。组装连接方式采用双向可调节机械连接，方便施工。外露铁件采用水泥砂浆封堵，防止水汽及腐蚀介质侵入，保证结构的耐久性和安全性。本发明采用常见隔热保温材料隔断热的传递，节能保温效果好，夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋连接，结构强度高。本发明可实现工厂化批量生产，现场组装，方便施工，生产效率高。

参见图1、图2，本发明的这种全断桥外凸窗具有外凸窗上台板2和外凸窗下台板1，外凸窗上台板2和外凸窗下台板1为具有隔热保温材料板5的夹芯板，夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋6斜向双向连接固定，在外凸窗上台板2和外凸窗下台板1上预埋角钢连接件7，在夹芯保温外墙板11和夹芯保温内墙板12上分别预埋连接槽8和预埋铁盒9，外凸窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓10与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽8和预埋铁盒9连接固定，所述的非金属复合纤维筋为玄武岩纤维筋或玻璃纤维复合纤维筋。

1.一种全断桥外凸窗，其特征在于：具有外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板，外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板为具有隔热保温材料板的夹芯板，夹芯板的内外板采用非金属复合纤维筋斜向双向连接固定，在外凸窗上台板和外凸窗下台板上预埋角钢连接件，在夹芯保温外墙板和夹芯保温内墙板上分别预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒，飘窗上、下台板通过高强连接螺栓与夹芯保温内、外墙的预埋连接槽和预埋铁盒连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全断桥外凸窗，其特征在于：所述的非金属复合纤维筋为玄武岩纤维筋或玻璃纤维复合纤维筋。
