本发明公开了一种农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,该系统的沟体断面为梯形,沟渠两侧的沟壁及沟底设置有防渗砌块,砌块中间为六边形孔的结构,其上种植有植物,周边铺有卵石及纤维;沟体内每间隔10~20m的位置设置有潜流坝,距离潜流坝上游1m处设置有拦截板,拦截板的下部设置有小孔;潜流坝的坝体迎水一面设置有细格滤网,坝体下部设置有砾石、陶粒为填料的填料层,且填料颗粒沿水流方向逐渐变细,上部设置有粘土层,粘土层上种植有植物。本发明解决了生态工程占地过多的问题,具有处理效能高、应用范围广、景观效果好等特点,不但保证了正常水位下水体得到全断面的净化,同时也不妨碍大雨量期间正常的排水泄洪功能。

[0001] 本发明属于污水处理、环境保护技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于农田面源氮磷污染的生态拦截净化沟渠系统。
背景技术
[0002] 我国是世界上最大的化肥和农药使用国。近年来,以高量化肥投入为主的农业生产模式以及施肥结构的不合理导致肥料在降雨和排灌后流失严重,含大量氮磷养分的径流直接排入沟渠河道或河湖,农业面源污染形成了从水体、土壤、生物到大气的“农村立体污染”,成为我国水环境问题的重要因素。农业面源C0D、N、P的污染负荷已占水体污染负荷中的1/2~2/3,其中农田氮、磷等污染物的流失造成河流湖泊等水体的富营养化,引起水生生物和藻类的过度生长和繁殖,同时因渗流造成地下水污染。因此,研究制定有效的农田非点源污染物拦截措施,消减农田排水中氮磷等污染物负荷,遏制水体富营养化,成为控制农业非点源污染研究方面的重要内容。
[0003] 70年代,美国颁布了一系列法规,要求评价非点源污染对水质的影响,这期间主要是计算污染负荷量。国内关于非点源污染的研究由80年代开始,如武汉市东湖流域山地和农田区域氮磷流失、安徽巢湖流域氮磷流失及江苏太湖农业非点源污染及其控制对策研究等。根据国内外研究成果,目前生物一生态修复技术被公认为是人与自然和谐相处的治污思路和创新的技术路线,如植被缓冲区、湿地系统等。然而构建人工湿地、缓冲带、生态交错带等生态工程需要占用大量土地,难以满足我国人多地少的国情。王建国等(2010年)设计的农田径流污染生态拦截 沟渠,赵建宁等(2011年)设计的生态沟渠氮磷拦截潜流坝结构复杂,构筑物体型庞大,仅适用于大型沟渠的改造利用,对于基质填料的堵塞问题较难进行人工清理与管理,不便于大面积推广应用。

[0004] 本发明的目的,是针对目前农田面源污染的治污过程中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种集污水输送、拦截及净化于一体的阶梯式潜流透水坝生态沟渠系统。

[0006] 一种农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,包括潜流坝和基质填料,其特征在于,该系统的沟渠两侧的沟壁及沟底设置有防渗砌块5,所述沟壁的坡度为45°,沟体深度为Im,沟体长度为60m,沟体的断面为梯形形状,其上底为1.8m,下底为0.5m ;所述防渗砌块5为中间设置有六边形孔的混凝土结构,六边形孔中设置有土壤或者植物碎渣,其上种植有植物6 ;在沟底的防渗砌块5的上面设置有卵石及纤维7 ;

[0034] 如图1为农田面源污染阶梯式潜流透水坝生态净化沟渠系统的纵向结构示意图,该系统的沟渠两侧的沟壁及沟底设置有防渗砌块5,所述沟壁的坡度为45°,沟体深度为lm,沟体长度为60m ;所述防渗砌块5为中间设置有六边形孔的混凝土结构,防渗砌块5的两个侧面分别设置凸块和凹槽,用于连接各个防渗砌块,如图2所示;六边形孔中设置有土壤或者植物碎渣,其上种植有植物6,所述植物6为挺水植物或者沉水植物,植物6可以有效拦截农田径流中的颗粒物;在沟底的防渗砌块5的上面还铺设卵石及纤维7,以利于生物膜的形成与生长;
[0035] 沟体内每间隔10~20m的位置设置有小型潜流坝8,潜流坝8呈阶梯形状以便于自然跌水,其长度为2~5m,高度为50~70cm,坝顶高程高于沟渠正常水位10~20cm,但不高于大雨量径流水位和行洪水位,潜流坝8的断面为梯形形状,与沟体的断面相吻合;潜流坝8的数量为3~5个;所述潜流坝8的坝基设置在沟底以下的30cm水平面上,以减小潜流坝对小型农田排水沟渠的排水阻碍;根据农田现有沟渠的具体地形地势,将这种净化系统结构形式串连起来,使水体能够得到多级过滤净化。
[0036] 在距离潜流坝8的上游I米的位置设置有拦截板1,该拦截板为混凝土结构,其高度为50~70cm,厚度为20~25cm,其梯形形状与沟体的断面相吻合,其下部设置有若干个孔径为2cm的小孔,小孔的数量根据实际需要确定;
[0037] 潜流坝8的坝体迎水一面设置有细格滤网2,潜流坝8的下部设置有填料层4,所述填料层4采用砾石、陶粒为填料,砾石沿水流方向的颗粒逐渐变细,其上游方向粒径为7至10cm,下游方向粒径为I至3cm,填料层4的厚度为30_40cm ;填料层4的上面设置有粘土层3,粘土层3的厚度为20-30cm ;粘土层3的上设置有植物6。
[0038] 本发明的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,不但能够保证正常水位下水体得到全断面的净化,同时也不妨碍大雨量期间沟渠的正常排水泄洪功能。
Claims (8)
1.一种农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,包括潜流坝和基质填料,其特征在于,该系统的沟渠两侧的沟壁及沟底设置有防渗砌块(5),所述沟壁的坡度为45°,沟体深度为Im,沟体长度为60m,沟体的断面为梯形形状,其上底为1.8m,下底为0.5m ;所述防渗砌块(5)为中间设置有六边形孔的混凝土结构,六边形孔中设置有土壤或者植物碎渣,其上种植有植物(6);在沟底的防渗砌块(5)的上面设置有卵石及纤维(7); 沟体内每间隔10~20m的位置设置有潜流坝(8),潜流坝(8)呈阶梯状,其长度为2~5m,高度为50~70cm,坝顶高程高于沟渠正常水位10~20cm,但不高于大雨量径流水位和行洪水位;潜流坝(8)的断面为梯形形状,与沟体的断面相吻合;所述潜流坝(8)的坝基设置在沟底以下的30cm水平面上;潜流坝(8)的数量为3~5个; 在距离潜流坝(8)的上游Im的位置设置有拦截板(1),该为混凝土梯形结构,其高度为50~70cm,厚度 为20~25cm,其梯形形状与沟体的断面相吻合,其下部设置有孔径为2cm的小孔; 潜流坝(8)的坝体迎水一面设置有细格滤网(2),潜流坝(8)的下部设置有填料层(4),所述填料层(4)采用砾石、陶粒为填料,砾石沿水流方向的颗粒逐渐变细;填料层(4)的上面设置有粘土层(3 ),粘土层(3 )的上面设置有植物(6 )。
2.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,所述植物(6)为挺水或者沉水植物。
3.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,所述防渗砌块(5)的两个侧面分别设置凸块和凹槽,用于连接各个防渗砌块。
4.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,所述潜流坝(8)为小型潜流坝。
5.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,所述沿水流方向颗粒逐渐变细的砾石,其上游方向粒径为7至10cm,下游方向粒径为I至3cm。
6.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,所述填料层(4)的厚度为30-40cm。
7.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,所述粘土层(3)的厚度为20-30cm。
8.根据权利要求1的农田面源污染阶梯式潜流坝生态净化沟渠系统,其特征在于,将该净化沟渠系统串连起来,使水体能够得到多级过滤净化。
