Abstract

本发明为一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带。目的是解决现有砂带基材不具有磨削功能和力学性能差以及大幅度提高弹性模量困难等技术问题。包括基材，基材是通过浸刮或浸渍含有麻短切纤维或加砂的胶水，且在上述处理布基一面涂刮一层或根据需要凃刮多层含有麻短切纤维或加砂胶水，可以是正面也可是反面，然后涂底胶，底胶也可含麻短切纤维或加砂的胶水，然后在底胶上植砂并涂复胶，复胶也可是含有麻短切纤维或加更细粒号砂的胶水，利用了麻短纤杂乱的交构提高胶层抗冲击性能，同时麻短纤既能同步消耗又能具有一定抛光磨削性能，该工业砂带利用了麻布纤维本身因为有一定硬度和脆性而具有磨削能力，提高性能又降低了使用成本。

一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种砂布，特别是涉及一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带。 
背景技术
涂附磨具工业砂带主要用于金属部件表面的清理，抛光、去毛刺；木制家具的精磨；皮革砑光；服装布面料玻璃、陶瓷的抛光等，在抛光应用过程中发挥了良好的作用。然而，目前市场上普遍使用的砂布基材要么为机织布，使整个生产制作成本过高，要么为纸，使产品的抗撕裂性能很差。现有技术任何一种砂带的基材都仅仅具有承载磨料的功能，而其自身不具有磨削功能。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有砂带基材不具有磨削功能和力学性能差以及大幅度提高弹性模量困难技术问题。提供一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，该工业砂带利用了麻纤维本身的性能，通过在基材处理的过程中加入麻短切纤维，使其具有磨削功能，且大幅提升其抗撕裂性能，使产品的各项性能得到保证。 
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的：一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，包括基材，所述基材中植入有磨料或麻短切纤维中的一种，或两种都有。 
在上述技术方案中，所述基材是通过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理过的，浸渍或刮浸的胶水中包含有磨料或麻短切纤维中的一种，或两种都有。 
在上述技术方案中，所述基材面上通过胶水刮浸形成了一层或多层刮胶层，基材另一面背刮胶水，刮胶层上涂覆有底胶，底胶上通过植砂形成有磨料层，磨料层上涂覆有复胶，其中的刮胶层、底胶、复胶和背刮胶水，其中至少有一个当中包含有麻短切纤维。 
在上述技术方案中，包括多层基材，且多层基材经过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理植入了麻短切纤维后叠压在一起形成多层结构。 
在上述技术方案中，包括多层基材，且多层基材经过刮浸或背刮胶水植入了麻短切纤维后叠压在一起形成多层结构。 
在上述技术方案中，所述底胶和胶水为下列材料中的一种或多种：脲醛及其改性树脂、酚醛及其改性树脂、环氧及其改性树脂、丙烯酸及改性树脂。 
在上述技术方案中，所述麻短切纤维为剑麻、黄麻、亚麻、青麻、苎麻、大麻其中一种的短切纤维，或是多种短切纤维的混合物，以及一种或多种麻短切纤维与棉的混合物。 
从本发明的技术特征可以看出，本发明的优点在于：该工业砂带利用了麻纤维特别是剑麻纤维本身的性能，通过在基材处理的过程中加入剑麻短切纤维，使其具有磨削功能，且大幅提升其抗撕裂性能，使产品的各项性能得到保证。该砂布采用剑麻短切纤维，本身成本低，且通过处理后将大幅提升其纤维本身的磨削性能，使产品的各项性能得到极大的提升；特别是用作平面轮和千叶轮的加工将极大地提高性产品价比。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明做进一步的说明： 
如图1所示，本实施例以剑麻布为例，阐述本发明的制作过程为：在工业砂带基材上先用胶水刮浸或浸渍处理，可刮浸或浸渍一次或多次，基材另一面背刮胶水形成背刮层，然后涂覆底胶，涂覆底胶之后植砂将磨料植入，然后上复胶，经过固化即可得到工业砂带，本发明在涂覆底胶，或是用胶水刮浸，或是背刮，或是复胶的过程中，可以在任意一个过程或多个过程中将剑麻短切纤维加入，使基材经纬线之间的受力间隙变小，增加粘接点量，增强其力学性能和抗撕裂性能。当然，也可以将基材直接通过胶水浸渍或是刮浸，将剑麻短切纤维植入到基材当中。
除了剑麻短切纤维，所述麻短切纤维还包括剑麻、黄麻、亚麻、青麻、苎麻、大麻其中一种的短切纤维，或是多种短切纤维的混合物，以及一种或多种短切纤维与棉的混合物。 
在上述技术方案中，所述底胶和胶水为下列材料中的一种或多种：脲醛及其改性树脂、酚醛及其改性树脂、环氧及其改性树脂、丙烯酸及改性树脂。

Claims (7)

1.一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于包括基材（1），所述基材（1）中植入有磨料或麻短切纤维中的一种，或两种都有。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于所述基材（1）是通过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理过的，浸渍或刮浸的胶水中包含有磨料或麻短切纤维中的一种，或两种都有。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于所述基材（1）面上通过胶水刮浸形成了一层或多层刮胶层（3），基材（1）另一面背刮胶水，刮胶层（3）上涂覆有底胶（2），底胶（2）上通过植砂形成有磨料层（4），磨料层（4）上涂覆有复胶（5），其中的刮胶层（3）、底胶（2）、复胶（5）和背刮胶水，其中至少有一个当中包含有麻短切纤维。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于包括多层基材（1），且多层基材（1）经过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理植入了麻短切纤维后叠压在一起形成多层结构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于包括多层基材（1），且多层基材（1）经过刮浸或背刮胶水植入了麻短切纤维后叠压在一起形成多层结构。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于所述底胶（2）和胶水为下列材料中的一种或多种：脲醛及其改性树脂、酚醛及其改性树脂、环氧及其改性树脂、丙烯酸及改性树脂。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种基于麻短切纤维的工业用砂带，其特征在于所述麻短切纤维为剑麻、黄麻、亚麻、青麻、苎麻、大麻其中一种的短切纤维，或是多种短切纤维的混合物，以及一种或多种麻短切纤维与棉的混合物。
