管道静态混合器，涉及水处理装置，包括加药管和管体，所述的管体共设2-10节，管体侧面设有连接孔，管体与管体间通过螺栓对穿连接孔连接，管体与管体接触部位设有密封圈，管体内设有漏斗，漏斗出料口设有球体，球体与出料口间有间隙，球体通过焊接条接在漏斗出料口。本发明结构简单，设计合理，根据水厂的大小增减节数，水力自身通过漏斗会产生一个压强，急速喷出，在漏斗出口处设有球体阻挡，水从间隙中急速喷出，达到下节管道同理，制造简单，混合效果好，适用性广泛。

技术领域：
本发明涉及水处理装置，具体涉及管道静态混合器。
背景技术：
目前市场上水处理装置的混合药剂环节中运用广泛的是一种双螺旋混合器，这种混合器造价高，在使用时水流通过正反螺旋，产生对分流。交叉流及漩涡方向旋转，达到混合药物的目的。但由于双螺旋混合器加工工艺复杂，特别是小口径的混合器制作难度更大，不适合在小规模水厂中应用。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种制作简单，适用性广的管道静态混合器。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
管道静态混合器，包括加药管和管体，其特征在于：所述的管体共设2-10节，管体侧面设有连接孔，管体与管体间通过螺栓对穿连接孔连接，可根据不同的需求增减节数，小于2节，达不到混合的效果，大于10节，水力无法达到，管体内设有漏斗，漏斗出料口设有球体，球体与出料口间有间隙，球体通过焊接条接在漏斗出料口。
所述的管体与管体接触部位设有密封圈，增强密封性。
本发明结构简单，设计合理，根据水厂的大小增减节数，水力自身通过漏斗会产生一个压强，急速喷出，在漏斗出口处设有球体阻挡，水从间隙中急速喷出，达到下节管体时同理，制造简单，混合效果好，适用性广泛。

如图1所示管道静态混合器2节管体实施例，包括加药管1和管体2，其中管体2共设2-10节，管体2侧面设有连接孔21，管体2与管体2间通过螺栓3对穿连接孔21连接，管体2与管体2接触部位设有密封圈4，管体2内设有漏斗22，漏斗22出料口23设有球体24，球体24与出料口23间有间隙，球体24通过焊接条25接在漏斗出料口23上。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的管道静态混合器，其特征在于：所述的管体与管体接触部位设有密封圈。
