Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定于树脂制的被插入部件的金属部件,以及设置有上述金属部件的具有金属部件的树脂产品。
背景技术
存在一种结构,其中金属部件(轴衬)固定于具有通孔的树脂产品。图5A至6C示出了一种结构的例子,其中轴衬1通过压入操作固定到树脂产品2的通孔3。主要在图6A至6C中示出,当轴衬1被压入到树脂产品2的通孔3中时,通孔3的内壁被刮擦而产生毛刺4(刮擦残渣)。由于毛刺4形成了导致电路之间短路的异物,所以当产生毛刺时,需要在产品制造过程中去除毛刺4,以致增大了生产成本。作为满足这种情况的现有技术,例如,如图7A至7C中所示,形成一种结构,其中通孔3的内壁分成上压入区域和非压入区域,并且轴衬1具有与该结构相对应的形态,以使压入区域中产生的毛刺保持在内部中(例如,参见JP-A-2010-139018)。
而且,作为用于嵌件成型的轴衬,存在图8A和8B中所示的现有技术的结构。在图8A中,多个凹陷形状设置在圆柱形轴衬的侧表面中。在图8B中,圆柱形侧表面在中央部分的外径小于在上端部和下端部的外径。在这种结构中,正确地保持了轴衬固定于树脂产品的状态。而且,对于螺栓插入其中的轴衬,现有技术提出,在与螺纹相反方向上倾斜的凹槽形成在轴衬的侧表面上,以防止螺纹部件松开(例如,参见日本实用新型No.3103899)。
通常,当通过压入或插入操作将比树脂产品硬的金属部件固定到具有通孔的树脂产品时,根据固定方法恰当地使用不同形态的金属部件。结果,类似部件增多,以致从降低成本或减少管理过程数量的角度出发,需要采取对策。
发明内容
本发明提供用于解决上述问题的技术。
本发明的一方面提供一种金属部件,该金属部件固定于设置在树脂产品中的通孔,该金属部件包括:侧表面,当所述金属部件固定于通孔时,该侧表面面对所述通孔的内表面,该侧表面包括:第一部,该第一部设置在该侧表面的端部附近;以及第二部,该第二部具有比所述第一部的外侧直径大的外侧直径,并在该第二部上具有凹面和凸面。
所述侧表面在两端部的附近两个区域中可以包括所述第一部。
本发明的一方面提供一种包括通孔的树脂产品,该树脂产品包括:固定于所述通孔的金属部件,并且该金属部件包括:侧表面,当所述金属部件固定于所述通孔时,该侧表面面对所述通孔的内表面,该侧表面包括:两个第一部,每个该第一部在截面中都具有与所述通孔相同尺寸的外侧直径,并且都设置在所述侧表面的两端部附近;以及第二部,该第二部具有比所述第一部的外侧直径大的外侧直径,并在该第二部上具有凹面和凸面。

具体实施方式
现在,将在下面通过参照附图来描述用于实现本发明的模式(下文中,称之为“示例性实施例”)。在本示例性实施例中,作为固定到树脂产品上的金属部件,以圆柱形轴衬为例。作为除了上述轴衬之外的金属部件,以方柱形或六角柱形螺母为例。
图1是根据示例性实施例的轴衬10的透视图。图2是与该轴衬10固定的树脂产品20的透视图。图3是该树脂产品20的透视图,示出了轴衬10固定到其上的状态。图4是该树脂产品20的剖视图(沿着图3中的线A-A的截面),示出了轴衬10固定到该树脂产品上的状态。
例如,如图1中所示,轴衬10是由金属制成的部件并具有圆柱形态。如图2中所示,通孔30设置在该树脂产品20中。如图3中所示,通过嵌件成型法或压入法将轴衬10固定到树脂产品20的通孔30。即,该轴衬10形成使得没有区别地用于嵌件成型法和压入法。
在轴衬10中,设置插入孔12,该插入孔在圆柱的轴向(图1中的垂直方向)上垂直贯穿,并具有形成在上表面和底表面中的环形圆表面11。螺栓插入在该插入孔12中。
在轴衬10中,对轴衬10的侧表面13的预定区域上施加粗磨加工,以在该区域形成凹面和凸面,使得当轴衬10固定到通孔30时,该轴衬10不会滑出树脂产品20。此处,当轴衬10插入并固定到通孔30时,侧表面13面对通孔30的内表面。具体地,该轴衬10包括形成在侧表面13中上端部和下端部附近区域中的侧表面端部14,和形成在两侧表面端部14之间的区域中的滚花加工部15。
该侧表面端部14是非压入区域,并且其外侧直径d(下文中,称之为“第一外侧直径d”)设定成等于通孔30的内侧直径r。该侧表面端部14的表面形成为光滑表面,不形成凹面和凸面,从而在压入操作期间不产生大的阻力。
对作为压入区域的滚花加工部15进行截面为锯齿形态的滚花加工而作为旋转防止件(用于防止滑出)。相对于轴衬10的高度h(轴向长度)和侧表面端部14的高度a,该滚花加工部15的高度s设定成s=h-2a。此处,该侧表面端部14的高度a恒定地设置为2.0mm。
而且,该滚花加工部15的外侧直d’(下文中,称之为“第二外侧直径d’”)设定为略大于第一外侧直径d(d<d’)。根据固定操作期间所需的固定力、树脂产品20的硬度以及压入操作期间施加的力,适当地确定作为滚花加工的形态和第二外侧直径d’。
形成在树脂产品20中的通孔30的深度t设定为略小于轴衬10的高度h(轴向长度)。此处,该深度t设定为t=h-0.6mm。更具体地,在轴衬10固定到通孔30上的状态下,上下环状圆形表面11的突出量c分别设定成0.3mm。即,通孔30的深度t,轴衬10的高度h和突起量c具有由t=h-2c表达的关系。
根据这种结构,可获得下述效果。当作为金属部件的轴衬10压入到树脂产品20中时,由于随着轴衬进一步压入,滚花加工部15咬合通孔30的内壁表面,所以可正确地固定轴衬10。而且,压入操作过程中产生的毛刺(树脂残渣)可恒定地保持在图4中所示的区域b中。因此,可防止产生的毛刺作为异物排出到外部。
而且,当轴衬10嵌件成型时,由于树脂流入滚花加工部15的周边而固定轴衬10,所以不产生毛刺。而且,根据滚花加工部15的锚固作用,正确地确保了轴衬10固定到树脂产品20上的固定状态。
以上,根据实例性实施例描述了本发明。本领域普通技术人员将理解的是,该示例性实施例仅仅是示例性的,而通过其组成元件及它们的组合可作出各种修改的例子,并且该修改的例子可包括在本发明的范围内。
例如,在上述实例性实施例中,滚花加工部15形成为在两端处都被夹在侧表面端部14之间。即,该轴衬垂直对称地形成,并可在压入方向上无区别地使用。然而,通过使压入方向无区别,可以使用该轴衬。例如,当下侧的区域b在压入操作期间可确保在压入方向前面时,毛刺不排出外部。因此,滚花加工部15可在压入方向的后侧(附图中所示上侧)中形成为侧表面端部14的一部分。即,该侧表面端部14可只形成在一侧中。
而且,被夹在侧表面端部14之间的区域不局限于滚花加工部(滚花加工部15),可以使用在轴衬压入到并固定于通孔30时咬合内壁表面的形式,并且可以使用当轴衬嵌件成型并固定通孔时树脂流入凹凸形状中而展现出锚固效果的形式。
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种金属部件,在用于将该金属部件压入或嵌件成型到树脂产品的任何过程中,可以使用并固定该金属部件,并且可提供一种技术,通过该技术,在通过压入操作将金属部件固定到树脂产品时,可避免产生毛刺。
Claims (3)
1.一种金属部件,该金属部件固定于设置在树脂产品中的通孔,该金属部件包括:
侧表面,当所述金属部件固定于通孔时,该侧表面面对所述通孔的内表面,该侧表面包括:
第一部,该第一部设置在该侧表面的端部附近;以及
第二部,该第二部具有比所述第一部的外侧直径大的外侧直径,并在该第二部上具有凹面和凸面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属部件,其中,所述侧表面在两端部的附近两个区域中包括所述第一部。
3.一种包括通孔的树脂产品,该树脂产品包括:
固定于所述通孔的金属部件,并且该金属部件包括:
侧表面,当所述金属部件固定于所述通孔时,该侧表面面对所述通孔的内表面,该侧表面包括:
两个第一部,每个该第一部在截面中都具有与所述通孔相同尺寸的外侧直径,并且都设置在所述侧表面的两端部附近;以及
第二部,该第二部具有比所述第一部的外侧直径大的外侧直径,并在该第二部上具有凹面和凸面。
