本发明涉及一种消防器材紧固装置。
背景技术
楼房建造时要求每层预留消防排烟口，消防排烟口前面安装排烟口前脸（以下简称前面板），前面板内侧通过铆钉或螺丝与消防排烟口的法兰固定。上述固定方式，安装、拆卸、日常维护不方便，通风口内产生杂物，影响排烟口叶片的正常打开。遇到火灾情况，手、电控制机构失效时，不能快速拆卸前面板，取出异物，无法保证烟雾及时排出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种固定卡，以解决现有技术安装、拆卸不方便，通风口内产生杂物，从而导致排烟口叶片不能正常打开，在发生火灾时不能快速拆卸取出异物，无法保证烟雾及时排出等问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是该固定卡的法兰固定部与前面板卡紧部为一体结构，法兰固定部的截面为┓形结构，法兰固定部的始端向内侧弯曲延伸出固定板；前面板卡紧部的卡紧板向外侧弯曲，卡紧板与法兰固定部的夹角为100-150°，导向板向内侧弯曲，导向板与卡紧板的夹角为150-90°。
采用本发明的积极效果是遇到火灾情况，手、电控制机构失效时，不借用任何工具，用力抬拉即可轻松打开前面板，取出异物，保证正常排烟，安装拆卸方便，不会对前面板和排烟口法兰造成破坏。

如图所示：该固定卡的法兰固定部4与前面板卡紧部2为一体结构，法兰固定部4的截面为┓形结构，法兰固定部4的始端向内侧弯曲延伸出固定板5；前面板卡紧部2的卡紧板3向外侧弯曲，卡紧板3与法兰固定部4的夹角为100-150°，导向板1向内侧弯曲，导向板1与卡紧板3的夹角为150-90°。
工作时，固定卡的固定板扣于排烟口外法兰上，前面板嵌入排烟口即可。遇到火灾情况，手、电控制机构失效时，不借用任何工具，用力即可轻松拆卸下前面板，取出异物，保证正常排烟。

1.一种固定卡，其特征是该固定卡的法兰固定部与前面板卡紧部为一体结构，法兰固定部的始端向内侧弯曲延伸出固定板；前面板卡紧部的卡紧板向外侧弯曲，导向板向内侧弯曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定卡，其特征是法兰固定部的截面为┓形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定卡，其特征是卡紧板与法兰固定部的夹角为100-150°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固定卡，其特征是导向板与卡紧板的夹角为150-90°。
