Abstract

本发明提供一种换气扇用的防火闸,防火闸由百叶窗和设有法兰的支架所组成,在上述支架上设有预留开孔,还设有使预留开孔打开或关闭的活动部件。本发明的优点在于可以共用部品。

Description

换气扇用的防火闸
技术领域
本发明是关于一种换气扇,特别是关于一种换气扇的防火闸。
背景技术
换气扇是一种常见的换气设备,如图1A、1B所示,为公知的换气扇示意图。换气扇100通常包括:设有开口的框架110、设置于框架110内的风机111和驱动上述风机的电气部件112、设置于风机111出风口并与连通室外的管道相连接的接头113以及设置于天花板116开口部并与开口框架110相连通的面罩101。
然而,根据各个国家及地区的法规要求,规定要在换气扇的吸风口安装使换气扇的吸风口与室内几乎完全隔离的防火装置。即火灾时,防火装置切断室内与室外的连通(空气流通)。
因此,需要在上述结构的换气扇开口框架110和面罩101之间设置作为防火装置的防火闸200。
该防火闸200由设有内部形成四角框状的法兰220的支架230和百叶窗210所组成,上述百叶窗210由百叶窗帘211、设置于百叶窗帘211的两侧的弹簧212、由锡合金等的热熔断部件213所形成的百叶窗帘的固定夹214所组成,上述百叶窗210的百叶窗帘211以折叠的状态安装于法兰220的上方(即靠换气扇开口框架110侧)。上述防火闸200固定于上述换气扇开口框架110上,面罩101安装于防火闸200上。
并且,当发生火灾等情况时,热熔断部件213会熔断,弹簧212弹开将百叶窗关闭,从而在法兰220部切断与室外的连通。但是,在换气扇100的面罩101上,例如面罩101上装有照明器具102。该照明器具102用的电源线103一般穿过换气扇100的开口部,然后再与换气扇100的电气部件112相连接,但如果在面罩101和换气扇100之间设置防火闸200的话,百叶窗210关闭时,为使电源线103不与百叶窗210相干涉,电源线需要避开百叶窗210而设置。
也就是说,像带照明器具的面罩那样,通过电源线与换气扇相连接的面罩和一般的没有上述电源线的面罩之间,不但存在无法共用防火闸,而且存在成本高的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种换气扇的防火闸,能同时对应上述两种情况并能满足法规要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种换气扇用的防火闸,防火闸由百叶窗和设有法兰的支架所组成,在上述支架上设有预留开孔,还设有使预留开孔打开或关闭的活动部件。
所述的预留开孔分别设置于支架的上端框体和下端框体上,成对设置。
所述的活动部件设有长条形突起槽,在该突起槽的一侧边对应预留开孔的位置设有缘部;当突起槽正对预留开孔的位置安装时,电源线经突起槽穿过被打通的预留开孔;当突起槽错开预留开孔的位置安装时,缘部挡住预留开孔的位置。
所述的活动部件的一端设有卡合片,卡合片卡在所述的支架的上端或下端上;活动部件的另一端设有螺丝孔,通过螺丝将活动部件固定在所述的支架上。
所述的预留开孔设置于所述的支架的法兰上。
所述的活动部件设有贯穿槽,该贯穿槽的至少一侧边设有长条形螺丝孔;沿所述的长条形螺丝孔的长度方向,在长条形螺丝孔的上部设有挡部;当贯穿槽正对预留开孔的位置安装时,电源线经贯穿槽穿过被打通的预留开孔;当贯穿槽错开预留开孔的位置安装时,挡部挡住预留开孔的位置。
本发明的优点在于可以共用部品,降低产品成本。

具体实施方式
图2A、2B为本发明第一实施例的使用预留开孔的示意图。如图所示,换气扇100用的防火闸200由百叶窗(图中未示)和设有法兰220的支架230所组成,支架230分为上端框体231和下端框体232并形成方形结构,法兰220位于方形结构支架230上下端相交的内侧四周,法兰220被支架230所夹。百叶窗(图中未示)位于上述法兰220所围成的空间内。
预留开孔301和302分别设置于支架的上端框体231和下端框体232上,为成对设置。所谓的预留是指开孔不完全切开,通过设置针孔线结构(齿孔线)使开孔形成未完全切开状态。
图3是本发明第一实施例的活动部件的示意图,如图3、图2B所示,活动部件400是一体成形的部件,一端设有卡合片410,卡合片410卡在所述的支架230的下端框体232上;活动部件400的另一端设有第一螺丝孔420,可以通过螺丝将活动部件400固定在支架230上;活动部件400的中部设有长条形突起槽430,在该突起槽430的一侧边对应预留开孔301和302的位置设有缘部440,该缘部440的宽度略微大于预留开孔301和302的宽度。上述的第一螺丝孔420和缘部440分别位于突起槽430的两侧。还可以如图2B所示,在缘部440上避开预留开孔302的位置设置第二螺丝孔421,用于加强活动部件400固定在支架230上。
如图2A、图2B、图3所示,通过上述结构,当换气扇100使用带感应器或照明的面罩时,只需沿针孔线将预留开孔301和302打通形成通路,然后将感应器或照明的电源线330穿过被打通的预留开孔301和302,电源线330填充了支架230上的预留开孔301和302被打通后形成的通路,并通过上述活动部件400将电源线330固定在防火闸支架上,此时长条形突起槽430包住位于预留开孔301和302位置之间的电源线330,由此预留开孔301和302被打通后形成的通路被完全封闭。当防火闸200百叶窗(图中未示)关闭时,换气扇的吸风口就与室内完全被隔离,即可以使换气扇无法吸入室内的空气。
图4为本发明第一实施例的不使用预留开孔的示意图,如图4、图3所示,当换气扇100使用不带感应器或照明的面罩时,可以不用打通预留开孔301和302。但如果预留开孔301和302已经被打通,则可以使活动部件400的突起槽430错开预留开孔301和302的位置,使缘部440对准预留开孔301和302的位置,从而利用缘部440封住预留开孔301和302被打通后形成的通路,此时第二螺丝孔421位于预留开孔301和302之间的位置。再用螺丝穿过活动部件400上的第一螺丝孔420和第二螺丝孔421,将活动部件400固定在支架230上。当防火闸200百叶窗(图中未示)关闭时,换气扇的吸风口与室内完全被隔离,即可以使换气扇无法吸入室内的空气。
本实施例中,缘部440的宽度大于预留开孔301和302的宽度,是为了便于缘部440挡住预留开孔301和302。但本发明不限制可以使用略微大于或者等于预留开孔301和302宽度的缘部440。
本发明的活动部件也可以采用两个螺丝孔,而不是长条形的螺丝孔。另外,本发明可以不在支架上设对应的螺丝孔,因为通常情况下,只要用力拧螺丝,都能将螺丝直接拧在金属薄壁的支架上。
图5为本发明第二实施例的使用预留开孔的示意图;图6是本发明第二实施例的活动部件的示意图。如图5、图6所示,与第一实施不同之处在于预留开孔303设置于支架230的法兰220上。活动部件500是一体成形的部件,设有供电源线穿入的贯穿槽510,该贯穿槽510的一侧边设有长条形螺丝孔520;沿所述的长条形螺丝孔520的长度方向,在长条形螺丝孔520的下部设有挡部530。挡部530的尺寸比预留开孔303要大。
通过上述结构,当换气扇100使用带感应器或照明的面罩时,只需沿上述的针孔线将支架法兰220上的预留开孔303打通,然后将感应器或照明的电源线330穿过被打通的预留开孔303,电源线330填充支架法兰220上的开孔所形成的通道,并通过活动部件500的贯穿槽510将电源线330固定在支架230上,由此预留开孔303被打通后形成的通路被完全封闭。当防火闸200百叶窗(图中未示)关闭时,换气扇的吸风口与室内完全被隔离,即可以使换气扇无法吸入室内的空气。
图7为本发明第二实施例的不使用预留开孔的示意图。如图7、图6所示,当换气扇100使用不带感应器或照明的面罩时,可以不用打通预留开孔303。但如果预留开孔303已经被打通时,可以使活动部件500的贯穿槽510错开预留开孔303的位置,使挡部530对准预留开孔303的位置,从而封住预留开孔303被打通后形成的通路,再用螺丝穿过活动部件500上的长条形螺丝孔520,将活动部件500固定在支架230上。当防火闸200百叶窗(图中未示)关闭时,换气扇的吸风口与室内完全被隔离,即可以使换气扇无法吸入室内的空气。
本实施例中,挡部530的宽度和长度都大于预留开孔303的宽度和长度,这是为了便于挡部530挡住预留开孔303。但本发明不限制可以使用略微大于或者等于预留开孔303尺寸的挡部530。
另外,活动部件500的贯穿槽510部分可以作为百叶窗帘的定位块,即百叶窗关闭时碰撞的部分,因为无论是否使用预留开孔,该贯穿槽510都存在,既不用改变百叶窗关闭的位置,也不用变更弹簧等,从而可以实现部品共用。

Claims (6)

1.一种换气扇用的防火闸,防火闸由百叶窗和设有法兰的支架所组成,其特征在于:在上述支架上设有预留开孔,还设有使预留开孔打开或关闭的活动部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换气扇用的防火闸,其特征在于:所述的预留开孔分别设置于支架的上端框体和下端框体上,成对设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的换气扇用的防火闸,其特征在于:
所述的活动部件设有长条形突起槽,在该突起槽的一侧边对应预留开孔的位置设有缘部;
当突起槽正对预留开孔的位置安装时,电源线经突起槽穿过被打通的预留开孔;
当突起槽错开预留开孔的位置安装时,缘部挡住预留开孔的位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的换气扇用的防火闸,其特征在于:所述的活动部件的一端设有卡合片,卡合片卡在所述的支架的上端或下端上;活动部件的另一端设有螺丝孔,通过螺丝将活动部件固定在所述的支架上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的换气扇用的防火闸,其特征在于:所述的预留开孔设置于所述的支架的法兰上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的换气扇用的防火闸,其特征在于:所述的活动部件设有贯穿槽,该贯穿槽的一侧边设有长条形螺丝孔;沿所述的长条形螺丝孔的长度方向,在长条形螺丝孔的上部设有挡部;
当贯穿槽正对预留开孔的位置安装时,电源线经贯穿槽穿过被打通的预留开孔;
当贯穿槽错开预留开孔的位置安装时,挡部挡住预留开孔的位置。
