Abstract
本发明公开了一种海上能源综合利用发电系统,包括风力机、波浪能转换装置和洋流能转换装置,波浪能转换装置包括顶部封闭下端开口的若干个布置于风力机周围的浮台,每个浮台与一固定于海底的立柱固定连接,浮台之间通过安装于浮台侧壁的连接管连通,有两个浮台的顶端各开有一个气孔,分别安装方向相反的单向通气阀,一个只能进气,另一个只能出气,出气的浮台顶端安装空气透平,其输出轴与洋流能转换装置的输出轴通过齿轮系统实现动力合成,带动所述发电机发电。该系统将海上风能、波浪能、洋流能三种发电形式综合利用,实现复杂环境下电力的互补,保证了功率输出的稳定,有利于并网。此外,波浪能装置还减小了波浪对塔架的冲击及洋流的湍流度。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种海上能源综合利用系统,尤其是一种近海打桩式海上风能、波浪能、洋流能综合利用系统,该系统具有系统稳定性好和经济效益高的特点。
背景技术
[0002] 海洋中存储着丰富的能源,其中风能,波浪能,洋流能是取之不尽用之不竭的绿色可再生能源。目前,单台海上风力机的发电功率达到MW级别,但是由于风速不稳定,风力机输出的电力容易波动,很难直接并入当地电网。波浪能也不稳定,且能量转换装置发电效率低,占用空间大,需要规模化利用才能获得有效收益。洋流能相比之下较稳定,波动有规律性,周期较长。目前单台垂直轴洋流能涡轮的功率为10-100KW。但是洋流能的来流速度容易受海面波浪影响,增大了湍流度,降低了能量转换装置的效率和运行寿命。以上问题都导致了海洋能装置的可靠性以及经济性下降,是目前海洋能利用中急需解决的关键问题。
发明内容

[0004] 为了解决海上风力机输出电力不稳定,以及波浪能洋流能利用效率低,可靠性与经济性差的问题,本发明提出一种海上能源综合利用系统。该系统风力机为打桩式固定于海底,波浪能和洋流能发电装置共用一套发电系统,固定于海底,布置在风力机周围。该系统实现了三种发电形式的综合利用,在复杂多变的海上发电环境中形成互补。

[0008] 所述波浪能转换装置包括顶部封闭下端开口的若干个浮台、空气透平和发电机,所述若干个浮台布置于风力机周围,每个浮台与一固定于海底的立柱固定连接,其侧壁设有气孔,浮台之间通过安装于侧壁上的与所述气孔连接的软管连通,软管出口安装单向通气阀,限定空气流动方向。波浪起伏时使浮台下方的空气压缩或膨胀,沿着软管流动。其中有两个浮台的顶端各开一个气孔,分别安装方向相反的单通气阀,作为浮台内气室与外界的接口。一个单通气阀只能进气,另一个只能出气。出气的浮台顶端安装空气透平,透平的进气口,正对单向通气阀的出口。空气从浮台下方流入透平机叶片,推动轴转动。空气透平的输出轴与洋流能输出轴通过齿轮系统实现动力合成,转换为一个轴的转动带动一个交流电机发电。
[0009] 洋流能转换装置安装于出气浮台下方,采用垂直轴水力涡轮,固连于海底。洋流推动该水力涡轮旋转,输出轴伸入浮台顶部的齿轮系统,实现与波浪能的动力合成。
[0010] 动力合成齿轮系统包括一个锥齿轮系与一个行星轮系。空气透平输出轴通过锥齿轮系将水平方向转动变为垂直方向转动。行星轮系实现双动力的合成。其中外齿圈由锥齿轮带动,太阳轮由洋流能装置的输出轴带动,行星轮绕太阳轮的公转运动作为合成后动力的输出,带动交流电机发电。

[0023] 如图1(a)、图1(b)所示,风力机塔架固定于海底,海风推动风轮I旋转发电。风力机周围海面上布置着若干个浮台2,通过一个与海底固连的立柱3固定,浮台侧壁上开有气孔4,连接软管5将各个浮台连接相通,软管出口都安装单向通气阀6,保证空气流的单向流动。其中有两个浮台的顶端各开一个气孔,分别安装方向相反的单通气阀7,8,作为浮台内气室与外界的接口。单通气阀7只能出气,单通气阀8只能进气。当波浪抬升,海水挤压浮台下方的气室,使气室容积变小,压强增大,空气沿软管5流动,最终从单向通气阀7流出气室。当波浪下沉,气室容积变大,压强减小,大气中的空气从单通气阀8流入气室,沿软管5流动进行空气补充。出气的浮台顶端安装空气透平9,透平的进气口,正对单向通气阀7的出口。空气从浮台下方流入透平机叶片,推动轴转动。空气透平的输出轴与洋流能输出轴通过动力合成齿轮系统10实现动力合成,转换为一个轴的转动带动一个交流电机发电。洋流能转换装置11安装于出气浮台下方,采用垂直轴水力涡轮,固连于海底。洋流推动该水力涡轮旋转,输出轴伸入浮台顶部的齿轮系统10,实现与波浪能的动力合成。发出的电通过电缆12从海底伸入风力机塔架底部,然后伸到塔筒以及机舱内。
[0024] 图2所示为动力合成齿轮系示意图,齿轮系统包括一个锥齿轮系与一个行星轮系。空气透平输出轴带动锥齿轮13水平方向旋转,13与行星轮系的外齿圈14外齿啮合,驱动外齿圈14垂直方向旋转。太阳轮15由洋流能装置输出轴带动,垂直方向旋转,行星轮16绕太阳轮15公转,作为合成后动力的输出,带动交流电机17发电。
[0025] 图3所示为该系统的能量与控制信号流动示意图。粗线代表能量流动图,细线代表控制信号流动图。风驱动风轮旋转,带动交流发电机发电。海浪与洋流分别带动空气透平与垂直轴水轮机旋转,通过动力合成齿轮箱合成为一个轴的旋转再带动交流发电机发电。发出的电一部分为风力机内的塔架电梯,机内空调,变桨偏航机构,控制器等设备供电,剩余的部分为蓄电池充电。风力机输出的电功率与设定功率比较,当低于门限功率时,向控制器发出信号,一方面命令变桨机构启动变桨,另一方面命令蓄电池启动发电,将放出的电对输出功率进行迅速补偿,实现电力输出的稳定。

Claims (9)
1.一种海上能源综合利用发电系统,包括风力机、波浪能转换装置和洋流能转换装置,其特征在于, 所述波浪能转换装置包括顶部封闭下端开口的若干个浮台、空气透平和发电机,所述若干个浮台布置于风力机周围,每个浮台与一固定于海底的立柱固定连接,其侧壁设有气孔,浮台之间通过安装于所述气孔间的连接管连通,其中,有两个浮台的顶端各开有一个气孔,分别安装方向相反的单向通气阀,一个只能进气,另一个只能出气,出气的浮台顶端安装空气透平,所述空气透平的进气口正对只能出气的单向通气阀的出口, 所述空气透平的输出轴与洋流能转换装置的输出轴通过齿轮系统实现动力合成,带动所述发电机发电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述洋流能转换装置安装于出气浮台下方,其输出轴伸入浮台顶部的所述齿轮系统,实现与波浪能转换装置的动力合成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述洋流能转换装置为固连于海底的垂直轴水力涡轮。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述齿轮系统包括一锥齿轮系与一行星轮系,所述空气透平的输出轴通过锥齿轮系将水平方向转动变为垂直方向转动,行星轮系实现双动力的合成,其外齿圈由锥齿轮带动,太阳轮由洋流能转换装置的输出轴带动,行星轮绕太阳轮的公转运动作为合成后动力的输出,带动交流电机发电。
5.根据权利要求1至 4任一项所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述发电机发出的电通过电缆伸到所述风力机的塔筒以及机舱内。
6.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述发电机发出的电一部分供应至风力机中的耗电部件,另一部分存入蓄电池中,当风力机发出的电力因波动而不足时,启动所述蓄电池,以补偿输出功率,实现电力输出的稳定。
7.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述风力机为部署于近海的固定于海底的打桩式风力机。
8.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述若干个浮台均匀布置于风力机周围。
9.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的海上能源综合利用发电系统,其特征在于,所述连接管为软管,其出口安装单向通气阀,限定空气流动方向,波浪起伏时使浮台下方的空气压缩或膨胀,沿着浮台间的软管流动,并实现空气逐级压缩或膨胀。
