陶(瓷)土粉成浆后，混入泡沫聚苯乙烯或(和)木 炭粉的细粒，制坯后烧制，可得轻质微孔陶瓷制品，可 用在美术陶瓷、建筑陶瓷及餐具或其他陶瓷制品。

Description

本发明为一种轻质微孔陶瓷。陶瓷在烧制结束后，产生很多微孔使得重量大为减轻。并有较好的隔音隔热性能。
主要原材料为陶土粉或瓷土粉。填充料为泡沫聚苯乙烯或木炭。
将陶土粉或瓷土粉加水搅成浆，将泡沫聚苯乙烯或木炭粉碎成微小细粒，再将两者均匀混合。即：
陶（瓷）土粉浆料+泡沫聚苯乙烯（或木炭）微粒。
泡沫聚苯乙烯与木炭可作为单独料也可混合料。
混合后制成坯，干后即可烧制。填充料在烧制过程中气化挥发，成品中充满微孔，得到轻质微孔陶瓷。
该发明可用在美术陶瓷制品及建筑陶瓷制品及餐具或其它陶瓷制品。
实施例：桂林美术陶瓷厂用轻质微孔陶瓷作垫片，大大减少废品率。

  1. 一种特征为在制坯前加入填充料一泡沫聚苯乙烯或(和)木炭细粒的陶瓷制品，烧成后成为轻质微孔陶瓷。
