Abstract
本发明涉及一种祛痘净肤液,属日用化妆品领域。其由以下组份制备而成,各组份以重量百分比计,丙二醇:10-60%;甘油:10-60%;去离子水:20—50%;水杨酸:0.5-2%;阿拉伯胶树(ACACIA SENEGAL)胶:0.5-2%;甘露糖酸:0.5—5%;葡萄糖酸钠:0.5—5%;柠檬酸:1—5%;蛇婆子(WALTHERIA INDICA)叶提取物:2—5%;阿魏酸:1—5%;尿囊素:2—5%;羟乙基纤维素:0.5-1%。本方既能彻底清除面部油脂、杀灭痤疮表面之棒状杆菌,又能激活皮肤细胞再生,起到美容增白的功效,从而达到标本同治。疗效好、效果持久、不反弹且无任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种祛痘净肤液,属日用化妆品领域。
背景技术
痤疮俗称青春痘、粉刺、暗疮, 由厌氧性痤疮丙酸杆菌感染引起,属毛囊皮脂腺的慢性皮肤病。青少年代谢旺盛,皮脂腺分泌过多,大量角质层脱落,与油脂尘垢混合后堵塞毛孔,引发毛囊红肿发炎,细菌感染,容易形成红肿疼痛的青春痘、粉刺,比较常见、多发。多发生于头面部,颈部、前胸后背等皮脂腺丰富的部位,影响美容,严重者可导致毁容,给年轻人造成极大的心理压力和精神痛苦。据统计,在青春期男性有95%,女性有85%患过不同程度的痤疮。现有技术治疗痤疮的方法主要有外涂和口服两种方式,通过抗菌消炎消除症状,常见的用品有:抗菌性的口服液、膏剂(软膏)、酊剂、面膜等。这些五花八门的祛粉刺、祛痘的化妆品使用起来,有一定的治疗效果,但不持久,易反弹。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种对皮肤无刺激、疗效好、不易反弹的祛痘净肤液。
为实现本发明目的,本发明技术方案如下:本发明所述的祛痘净肤液由以下组份制备而成,各组份以重量百分比计,
丙二醇:10-60%
甘油:10-60%
去离子水:20—50%
水杨酸:0.5-2%
阿拉伯胶树(ACACIA SENEGAL)胶:0.5-2%
甘露糖酸:0.5—5%
葡萄糖酸钠:0.5—5%
柠檬酸:1—5%
蛇婆子(WALTHERIA INDICA)叶提取物:2—5%
阿魏酸:1—5%
尿囊素:2—5%
羟乙基纤维素:0.5-1% 。
优选如下配比:
丙二醇:20-40%
甘油:20-30%
去离子水:20—40%
水杨酸:0.5-1%
阿拉伯胶树(ACACIA SENEGAL)胶:1-2%
甘露糖酸:2—3%
葡萄糖酸钠:0.5—2%
柠檬酸:1—2%
蛇婆子(WALTHERIA INDICA)叶提取物:2—3%
阿魏酸:1—3%
尿囊素:2—5%
羟乙基纤维素:0.5-1% 。
其制备工艺如下:
1.用去离子水分散羟乙基纤维素,然后加入尿囊素并搅拌加热,85℃保温15分钟。加入丙二醇和甘油,冷却降温。
2.加热,于360℃加入水杨酸、阿拉伯胶树(ACACIA SENEGAL)胶、甘露糖酸、葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸、蛇婆子(WALTHERIA INDICA)叶提取物、阿魏酸,继续搅拌降温。加入步骤(1)所得溶液
,40℃停机取样,检验合格后过滤出料。
本发明祛痘净肤液应用于抑制、去除皮肤上的青春痘、粉刺、痤疮等,同时对各种肤质长出的丘疹、脓胞、结节、囊肿、瘘管出现的红、肿、痛、热等急性症状有护理和治疗作用。用法与用量:洗净面部涂抹于粉刺部位,一日2-3次。
本发明创新点及优点在于:
1.针对座疮形成机理,使用多种有机酸以及盐类,既能有效的溶解过度角质化形成的角质,又能做到温和不刺激。效果持久、不反弹、无任何副作用。
2.使用尿囊素,可以改善皮肤微循环,使皮肤光滑完整。
3、通过合理配伍,疏通收细毛孔、溶脂祛垢、调节及平衡油脂分泌、恢复正常角质代谢,同时具有抗菌、抑菌作用。

将本发明实施例制备的祛痘净肤液应用于210例有青春痘、粉刺等皮肤病患者,观察对象男108例,女102例,涂用本发明祛痘净肤液2~3周后,无皮肤过敏现象,临床症状完全消除且丝毫不留有疤痕者203例,临床治愈率达96.7% 以上,在痤疮治愈后再使用10-15日,皮肤变细、变白,较多油脂分泌得到有效控制。可以看出,本方既能彻底清除面部油脂、杀灭痤疮表面之棒状杆菌,又能激活皮肤细胞再生,起到美容增白的功效,从而达到标本同治。疗效好、效果持久、不反弹且无任何副作用。
典型病例
1、某女 15岁 脸部额头及面颊长有粉刺,较密,涂用本发明祛痘净肤液2周后,无皮肤过敏现象,粉刺消除且丝毫不留,皮肤变细、变白,无反弹。
2、某男 16岁 ,脸部额头较多油脂分泌,较密粉刺,涂用本发明祛痘净肤液3周后,无皮肤过敏现象,油脂分泌较多得到有效控制,粉刺消除且丝毫不留,无反弹。

阿拉伯胶树(ACACIA SENEGAL)胶:0.5-2%
甘露糖酸:0.5—5%
葡萄糖酸钠:0.5—5%
柠檬酸:1—5%
蛇婆子(WALTHERIA INDICA)叶提取物:2—5%
阿魏酸:1—5%
尿囊素:2—5%
羟乙基纤维素:0.5-1% 。
