Abstract

本发明借助虎钳底座贯设心轴螺丝构成虎钳本体可作角度旋转,以及靠虎钳本体两侧平行机身与底座两侧向上延伸支臂间设置可滑动及旋动的横轴结构,构成可沿上述心轴作径向滑动位移而使虎钳可作极坐标位置调整,或靠底座前端设置供耦合心轴的平行滑槽或滑轨以使上述可旋动及作用径向自由滑动;虎钳本体与底座间可沿可旋动横轴作仰角调整而以固定片支撑及锁固;心轴螺丝亦进一步与一可回转调整底座结合,以作回转角度与仰角调整。

Description

极座标调整定位角度虎钳
本发明涉及一种虎钳,特别是一种用于极座标调整定位角度的虎钳。
虎钳夹持工作以接受孔加工的钻孔攻牙或镗孔时,其来自主轴的牵动力量为与主轴同中心,故除强力切削外,在经切削时通常借助内侧向的固定点以抵抗,而外侧向以人力握持固定,并同时靠以内侧向固定点摆动为中心以调整主轴与加工孔的位置,但上述方式在工作台床座与主轴为固定型的孔加工器具上则受到许多限制。
传统虎钳通常具有机身、驱动导杆(或其他驱动元件)及所驱动的活动颚及固定颚,以供夹持工作接受钻、攻、镗等孔加工,除上述夹持结构外,为了方便固锁于工作台及加工点位置调整,通常借助X、Y双轴工作台型基座以实现,此项X、Y双轴工作台型基座或为虎钳本身所具有,或为加工机械本身所设置,前者成本高,后者并非所有加工机械的工作台都有十字驱动结构,因此如何使虎钳具有廉价的可调定位功能成为所必需的。
美国专利No.2,502,784公开了一种可调整夹持工件表面的虎钳,这种虎钳虽然也可调整机身与底座之间的仰角位置,但由于机身不能做径向移动,因此其应用范围不广,且调整不够灵活、可靠。
本发明的目的为提供一种能沿一固定心轴转动虎钳机身的角度及使虎钳机身沿此心轴作径向位移,并能使虎钳基身作与底座间呈仰角调整功能的虎钳结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下构思实现的:
一种极座标调整定位角度虎钳结构为一种能沿一固定心轴转动虎钳机身角度及使虎钳基身沿此心轴作径向位移,并能使虎钳基身作与底座间呈仰角调整功能的虎钳结构,包括:
一组虎钳本体,其上设有导杆、滑轨及受上述导杆驱动的活动颚,以和另一固定颚作相对开合的放松或夹紧功能,虎钳两侧呈平行面供与底座耦合,夹爪可为普通平爪或特殊夹爪;一组底座为具有一向下平面,其边侧设有供固定于工作台之孔、槽或开口,其两侧设有向上延伸内侧平行的支臂,供耦合上述虎钳两侧平行面,底座两侧向上延伸的两支臂,其内侧平行面与虎钳两平行侧面间具有横轴结构,此项横轴结构包括一贯穿虎钳的轴;上述虎钳本体及底座两边侧间进一步设置有可调整及锁固定支撑片;以供作仰角设定;底座沿虎钳机身轴线设有一个或一个以上轴孔,靠心轴螺丝锁固于工作台,以作为旋转心轴或供锁固于另设回转底座;而两端靠结合螺丝以结合辅助止动环,除供作为虎钳机身与底座间仰角调整的可旋动横向心轴外,此横轴结构可沿机身作前后滑动调整,其前后滑动结构调整为由上述底座两侧向上延伸支臂各具有一前后向平行槽孔,以供穿入虎钳两侧轴孔的横轴结构滑行其间。
综上所述,本发明极座标调整定位角度虎钳,借助虎钳机身设置旋转中心轴孔,以及借助虎钳机身两平行侧与底座两则向上延伸支臂内侧靠角度旋转横轴及其中之一具有前后向平行槽孔相耦合,以供虎钳作自由定位调整或靠底座前端设置供耦合心轴的平行滑槽或滑轨以构成上述可旋动及作径向自由滑动,而构成可作极座标位移及仰角设定的角度虎钳,使虎钳应用得以扩大、安全以及利于灵活的自由定位,结构具有加倍效果,经济实用。

其主要构成如图1—3所示:
一组虎钳本体101,其上设有导杆102、滑轨103及受上述导杆驱动的活动颚104,以和另一固定颚105作相对开合的放松,或夹紧功能,虎钳两侧呈平行面106、107供与底座耦合,夹爪可为普通平爪或特殊夹爪;一组底座108为具有一向下平面109,其边侧设有供固定于工作台的孔、槽或开口110,其两则设有向上延伸内侧平行的支臂111、112,供耦合上述虎钳两侧平行面;其主要特征在于:
底座两侧向上延伸的两支臂111、112,其内侧平行面与虎钳两平行侧面106、107间具有横轴结构,该横轴结构包括一贯穿虎钳的轴118,而两端靠结合螺丝119、120以辅助结合止动环125、126(或由轴118直接贯穿支臂平行槽孔121、122),除供作为虎钳机身与底座之间仰角调整的可旋动横向心轴外,此横轴结构并可沿机身作前后滑动调整,其前后滑动调整结构为由上述底座两侧向上延伸支臂各具有一前后平行槽孔121、122以供穿入虎钳两侧轴孔的横轴结构滑行其间(或为虎钳两侧设有前后向平行槽孔,以供穿入底座两侧向上延伸支臂轴孔的横轴滑行其间);
上述虎钳本体及底座两边侧间进一步设置有可调整及锁固支撑片123、124,以供作仰角设定;
上述虎钳本体两侧与底座向上延伸支臂内侧之间,借助横轴与两者之一所设的前后向平行槽孔耦合,除供构成虎钳本体与底座的旋转心轴,以供角度调整,并同时供作为前后向的滑动调整,此外,可在横轴与前后向平行槽孔间加设一可滑动不可旋动的辅助止动环125、126以供标示仰角角度的调整量;
上述虎钳底座沿虎钳机身轴线所设一个或一个以上轴孔127、128靠心轴螺丝锁固于工作台,以作为旋转心轴或供锁固于另设回转底座,其与回转座结合如图4—6所示,图示中的回转座与传统虎钳回转座相同,结合此回转座则虎钳可作广范围的调整。
本发明另一实施手段为借助底座前端的平行槽孔(或滑轨结构)结合一心轴为旋动及径向调整的限制,其主要构成包括:一底座组其横向具一可与虎钳本体耦合作为相对仰角调整的可旋动横轴支架,或其他已知同功能结构如利用虎钳底部与底座间设置弧形相互嵌合结构所构成仰角调整的结构以构成相对仰角调整,其特征为上述供与虎钳结合作仰角调整的底座其前端具有一纵向平行槽(可为封闭或开口形)以耦合一限制心轴供底座及虎钳沿此心轴作旋动或径向前后自由移位,以利于加工位置的选定,图7—9为本发明横轴支架式实施例,图中枢轴131包括由供和工作台结合的心轴螺丝132或供配置于加工机械机身的支柱所构成,而径向移位槽孔133(或滑轨结构)通常选择其滑动范围不与虎钳夹持范围在工作中有重叠部分为佳,以防止加工中因回转刀具的切削牵动力而旋动虎钳,可旋动横轴支架134为与虎钳本体结合与供虎钳结合作仰角调整旋转中心,此外若实施于弧形相互嵌合的仰角调整结构也相同。

Claims (3)

1.一种极座标调整定位角度虎钳为一种能沿一固定心轴转动虎钳机身角度及使虎钳基身沿此心轴作径向位移,并能使虎钳基身作与底座间呈仰角调整功能的虎钳,包括:
一组虎钳本体,其上设有导杆、滑轨及受上述导杆驱动的活动颚,虎钳两侧呈平行面供与底座耦合,夹爪可为普通平爪或特殊夹爪;一组底座为具有一向下平面,其边侧设有供固定于工作台的孔、槽或开口,其两侧设有向上延伸内侧平行的支臂,所述两支臂内侧平行面与虎钳两平行侧面间具有横轴结构,此项横轴结构包括一贯穿虎钳的轴,所述虎钳本体及底座两边侧间进一步设置有可调整及锁固定支撑片;底座沿虎钳机身轴线设有一个或一个以上轴孔,靠心轴螺丝锁固于工作台,其特征在于:
所述轴两端通过结合螺丝连接有辅助止动环,所述两支臂内各设有一横轴结构可在其中前后滑动的平行槽孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的极座标调整定位角度虎钳,其特征在于,还进一步包括一转动及径向调整的限制装置,该装置包括一底座组,其横向具有一可与虎钳本体耦合作为相对仰角调整的可旋动横轴支架和一枢轴;所述底座前端具有一为封闭或开口形的纵向平行槽,其中枢轴由可和工作台连接的枢轴螺丝或可配置于加工机械机身的支柱构成。
3.如权利要求2所述的极座标调整定位角度虎钳,其特征在于,所述转动及径向调整的限制装置为在虎钳底部与底座间设有弧形相互嵌合结构成仰角调整结构,其前端具有一封闭或开口形的纵向平行槽。
