一种高效节能环保的喷油嘴,在纯氧作为助燃剂的情况下,从油泵到喷油嘴有数十条输油管,每条输油管上都有一个电磁阀,电磁阀由微机控制,喷油嘴上有数十个喷油器,每条输油管与一个喷油器相连接,微机通过传感器从发动机进气管口捕捉到氧气的压力和温度参数,结合油泵输油管出口燃油的种类、压力、粘度参数,经过微机匹配处理,依据燃氧比为氧气过量的标准,选择匹配最佳的供油配比,控制喷油器喷油的数量,发出指令,按照最佳配比喷油,实现过量纯氧燃烧,使燃料瞬时有效的燃烧率达到最高极限值,达到节能减排的目标。本发明的优点是:节能减排。

本发明涉及发动机领域。
背景技术
现有的喷油嘴都是以空气为助燃剂的发动机的喷油嘴,从油泵到喷油嘴只有一条输油管,在工作过程中,无法大范围的控制调整供油量,不能适应未来发展的需要。
发明内容
针对上述普遍存在的问题提供一种高效节能环保的喷油嘴,在纯氧作为助燃剂的情况下,从油泵到喷油嘴有数十条输油管,每条输油管上都有一个电磁阀,电磁阀由微机控制,喷油嘴上有数十个喷油器,每条输油管与一个喷油器相连接,微机通过传感器从发动机进气管口捕捉到氧气的压力和温度参数,结合油泵输油管出口燃油的种类、压力、粘度参数,经过微机匹配处理,依据燃氧比为氧气过量的标准,选择匹配最佳的供油配比,控制喷油器喷油的数量,发出指令,按照最佳配比喷油,实现过量纯氧燃烧,使燃料瞬时有效的燃烧率达到最高极限值,达到节能减排的目标。本发明的优点是:节能减排。

1.一种高效节能环保的喷油嘴,其特征是:在纯氧作为助燃剂的情况下,从油泵到喷油嘴有数十条输油管,每条输油管上都有一个电磁阀,电磁阀由微机控制,喷油嘴上有数十个喷油器,每条输油管与一个喷油器相连接,微机通过传感器从发动机进气管口捕捉到氧气的压力和温度参数,结合油泵输油管出口燃油的种类、压力、粘度参数,经过微机匹配处理,依据燃氧比为氧气过量的标准,选择匹配最佳的供油配比,控制喷油器喷油的数量,发出指令,按照最佳配比喷油,实现过量纯氧燃烧,使燃料瞬时有效的燃烧率达到最高极限值,达到节能减排的目标。
