Abstract
一种包皮环切吻合器，由上吻合器、下吻合器和紧固调节部件三部分通过连接装置连接而成，所述下包皮吻合器为不规则圆环形，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁上设有包皮切割槽、该包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的上边缘上设有包皮防滑凸，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的下边缘上设有包皮防滑带，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的边缘口一端上设有系带保护部，在与该系带保护部对应的下吻合器外壁的边缘口上设有系带定位凸起，其中，系带保护部所在的切割面与主体切割面不在同一个水平面上。所述下吻合器能在上吻合器、紧固调节部件和连接装置的协同作用下，对阴茎系带较长或较短的患者均可以使用，可实现包皮环切手术时患者无痛苦，医生易操作，术后无感染,无副作用，适合各级医院作包皮环切手术。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种男性阴茎包皮环切吻合器,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
包皮切除手术对包皮过长、包茎引起的龟头炎、尿道炎、减少性病和降低艾滋病传播、预防阴茎癌的作用，在医学界得到了广泛的认可。随着现代包皮切割手术的不断创新，包皮切除手术的简便性、安全性以及微创手术质量都得到了很大的改善。目前所有的包皮切除手术中，各种切除方式都有自身的优点，这给了患者和医生更多的选择。但是，每一种切除方式都存在着较严重的自身缺陷：1.传统包皮切除手术能完整的保护系带，龟头能正常缩舒，但是手术时间长、出血量大、疼痛感强﹑需要止血、缝合、拆线、换药、术后输液等缺点；2.目前临床上常用的一次性包皮环切器械（包括一次性包皮环切吻合器械）能使手术时间缩短，出血量少、疼痛感小、无需止血、缝合、拆线，术后无需输液，但是，仍不能完全满足临床医学要求，如：专利公开号为CN2424748名称为包皮环扎器和专利公开号为CN1710420U名称为包皮环切手术定位器及一次性包皮环切吻合器等，不能在手术中直观看到龟头、系带、冠状沟及周围组织，更不能在手术后看到龟头、系带、冠状沟及周围组织，基本上处于一种致盲手术，手术时可能会出现意想不到的后果；另外一种如专利公开号为CN201683982U的包皮环切器，虽然能看到龟头、系带、冠状沟及周围组织，但不能完全保留好系带的长度和相关组织，致龟头不能正常收缩，可能会拉断系带导致不良后果。包皮切除手术后系带、包皮、周边组织水肿，这将使手术后愈合时间延长，病人痛苦加剧，术后出现包皮内外板结痂性、慢性炎症、增生、增厚，对性生活造成一定影响，给患者带来痛苦和焦虑；同时给医生带来了相当大的烦恼，尤其对儿童和老年患者，由于这类患者末段小便不能完全从尿道口冲出，使尿液容易浸入伤口，下环时更是痛苦不堪，望而生畏，下环后难以痊愈。
发明内容
为克服现有包皮切除器械的上述缺陷，本发明提供一种新的一次性使用的包皮环切吻合器，用以从根本上改变传统包皮切除手术不规范、无统一标准器械的缺陷，达到手术定位准确、术后愈合时间短、能预防水肿、防止感染和减轻患者痛苦的目的。
为解决其技术问题，本发明人多年来，在大量的临床工作中，对各种手术方式的不足进行了潜心的研究和多年的实验，根据男性生殖器官的特点，采用定位、复合式﹑多切面和弧形切除的方法，基于现有技术，终于设计出一种新的一次性包皮环切吻合器。该包皮环切吻合器由上吻合器、下吻合器和紧固调节部件三部分通过连接装置连接而成，其特点是：1.所述下包皮吻合器为不规则的圆环形，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁上设有包皮切割槽、该包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的上边缘上设有包皮防滑凸，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的下边缘上设有包皮防滑带，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的边缘口一端上设有系带保护部，在与该系带保护部对应的下吻合器外壁的边缘口上设有系带定位凸起，其中，系带保护部所在的切割面与主体切割面不在同一个水平面上。2.在系带保护部的系带方向设有向外、向下或向后、向内，呈椭圆状或三角形状的凸起。
与现有技术相比，本发明有如下实质性特点和显著的进步：由于本发明的下吻合器上设有包皮切割槽、包皮防滑凸、包皮防滑带、系带保护部和系带定位凸起，其中，下吻合器包皮切割槽内还设有乳胶垫，系带保护部所在的切割面与主体切割面不在同一个水平面上；而且在系带保护部的系带方向设有向外、向下、向后、向内，呈椭圆状或三角形状的凸起，因此它能在上吻合器、紧固调节部件和连接装置的协同作用下，对阴茎系带较长或较短的患者均可以使用，可实现包皮环切手术时患者无痛苦，医生易操作，术后无感染，无副作用，适合各医院作包皮环切手术。

具体实施方式
参照附图：设计出的下包皮吻合器，如图1、图2所示，该下吻合器1为圆环形，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁上设有包皮切割槽2、该包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫7，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的上边缘上设有包皮防滑凸3，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的下边缘上设有包皮防滑带4、在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的边缘口一端上设有系带保护部5，在与该系带保护部对应的下吻合器外壁的边缘口上设有系带定位缺口6，其中，系带保护部所在的切割面与主体切割面不在同一个水平面上；而且在系带保护部5的系带方向设有向外、向下或向后、向内，呈椭圆状或三角形状的凸起6。
本发明的材料可以是医用塑料材质或纳米材料或轻质不锈钢材质；本发明可以改变为多种方式，对本领域的技术人员是显而易见的修改，不认为是脱离本发明的保护范围，所有方式的改变将视为雷同，包括在本专利的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种包皮环切吻合器，由上吻合器、下吻合器和紧固调节部件三部分通过连接装置连接而成，其特征是：所述下包皮吻合器为不规则的圆环形，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁上设有包皮切割槽、该包皮切割槽内设有乳胶垫，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的上边缘上设有包皮防滑凸，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的下边缘上设有包皮防滑带，在圆环形的下吻合器外壁的边缘口一端上设有系带保护部，在与该系带保护部对应的下吻合器外壁的边缘口上设有系带定位凸起，其中，系带保护部所在的切割面与主体切割面不在同一个水平面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述包皮环切吻合器，其特征是：在系带保护部的系带方向设有向外、向下或向后、向内，呈椭圆状或三角形状的凸起。
