Abstract

本发明涉及具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机,包括电机定子和电机外壳,电机定子中心位置设有轴承内支架,轴承内支架上设有霍尔传感器;电机外壳中心穿有卡飞基座,卡飞基座一端设有盘片,盘片的厚度小于等于10mm,盘片上设有敏感元件,敏感元件和霍尔传感器均在电机定子和电机外壳之间。由于霍尔传感器和盘片均巧妙的安装在电机内部且与电机之外的所有部件不相干涉。所以霍尔传感器和盘片上的磁钢能在不受干扰的情况下做相对运动,产生准确的电子信号。另外,霍尔传感器和盘片安装在电机内部后,还使自行车的其他部件不需要改变结构或位置,从而保证了自行车其他部件的精度和运作效果,同时给自行车改装包市场带来了极大的改装简化过程。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轮毂电机,尤其涉及一种具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机。
背景技术
目前,现有的电动自行车轮毂电机,不管是磁电感应系统,还是光电感应系统,传感器元件均是装在电机之外的,有的装在链轮曲柄处,即中轴处,有的装在飞轮上,有的直接将中轴更换成带传感器功能的中轴。这样做的弊端是会改变自行车部件的结构或位置或尺寸,从而降低了自行车机械部件的精度和运作效果。对中高档自行车的中轴和链轮曲柄进行改装时,会遇到安装传感器的空间不足或根本就没有任何空间用于安装传感器的难题;另外,通过更换成断电刹车把或在刹车线上加装断电器的方式实现电机断电也比较麻烦。这些都限制了自行车部件的档次和精度。尤其在改装包市场,更是对有前变速和油压碟刹的自行车的改装无计可施。
发明内容
本实用新型是为解决现有电动自行车轮毂电机所具有的不足而提出的,旨在提供感应装置在电机内部,不会影响自行车整体结构、精度,且安装方便的具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:
具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机,包括电机定子和电机外壳,电机定子中心位置设有轴承内支架,轴承内支架上设有霍尔传感器;电机外壳中心穿有卡飞基座,卡飞基座一端设有盘片,盘片的厚度小于等于10mm,盘片上设有敏感元件,敏感元件和霍尔传感器均在电机定子和电机外壳之间。霍尔传感器和敏感元件均安装在电机内部形成感应系统,并且与电机之外的所有部件不相干涉,使自行车的其他部件不需要为了安装感应系统而改变结构或位置,从而保证了自行车其他部件的精度和运作效果。另外,通过控制盘片的厚度,使盘片可以安装在电机内部有限的空间里。
作为优选,轴承内支架中心位置设有电机轴,电机轴穿过盘片和卡飞基座。通过电机轴穿过盘片和卡飞基座,使电机定子与电机外壳配合。
作为优选,电机外壳中心位置设有棘轮,棘轮外围设有轴承,轴承外围设有轴承外支架,轴承外支架与轴承内支架配合。
作为优选,盘片中心位置设有轴孔,轴孔直径大于电机轴的杆径;轴孔的外围设有盘片螺丝孔,盘片螺丝孔外围设有敏感元件,敏感元件为磁钢。盘片以电机轴为中心自由转动,实现霍尔传感器和敏感元件的相对转动,以便整个感应系统产生感应信号。
作为优选,卡飞基座包括基座头部,基座头部侧边设有棘爪,棘爪与棘轮配合,基座头部上表面设有卡飞基座螺丝孔。棘爪与棘轮组成离合系统。
按照本实用新型的技术方案,具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机将霍尔传感器和盘片均巧妙的安装在电机内部且与电机之外的所有部件不相干涉。通过控制盘片的厚度,使盘片可以安装在电机内部有限的空间里。因此,霍尔传感器和盘片上的敏感元件可以在不受干扰且相互不接触的情况下做相对运动,产生准确的正转、反转、停止等电子信号。另外,霍尔传感器和敏感元件安装在电机内部后,还使自行车的其他部件不需要改变结构或位置,从而保证了自行车其他部件的精度和运作效果,同时给自行车改装包市场带来了极大的改装简化过程。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机,包括电机定子1和电机外壳8,电机定子1中心位置设有轴承内支架13,轴承内支架13上设有霍尔传感器2;电机外壳8中心穿有卡飞基座10,卡飞基座10一端设有盘片5,盘片5的厚度小于等于10mm,盘片5上设有敏感元件6,敏感元件6和霍尔传感器2均在电机定子1和电机外壳8之间。
霍尔传感器和盘片均安装在电机内部形成感应系统,并且与电机之外的所有部件不相干涉,使自行车的其他部件不需要改变结构或位置,从而保证了自行车其他部件的精度和运作效果。另外,通过控制盘片的厚度,使盘片可以安装在电机内部有限的空间里。
轴承内支架13中心位置设有电机轴3,电机轴3穿过盘片5和卡飞基座10。
电机外壳8中心位置设有棘轮9,棘轮9外围设有轴承12,轴承12外围设有轴承外支架14,轴承外支架14与轴承内支架13配合。
盘片5中心位置设有轴孔,轴孔直径大于电机轴3的杆径;轴孔的外围设有盘片螺丝孔7,盘片螺丝孔7外围设有敏感元件6,敏感元件6为磁钢。
卡飞基座10包括基座头部,基座头部侧边设有棘爪15,棘爪15与棘轮9配合,基座头部上表面设有卡飞基座螺丝孔11。
霍尔传感器2和敏感元件6组成的感应系统,可以为磁感应系统,也可以是光感应系统。

1.具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机,包括电机定子(1)和电机外壳(8),其特征在于:电机定子(1)中心位置设有轴承内支架(13),轴承内支架(13)上设有霍尔传感器(2);电机外壳(8)中心穿有卡飞基座(10),卡飞基座(10)一端设有盘片(5),盘片(5)的厚度小于等于10mm,盘片(5)上设有敏感元件(6),敏感元件(6)和霍尔传感器(2)均在电机定子(1)和电机外壳(8)之间,敏感元件(6)和霍尔传感器(2)相互不接触且做相对运动;轴承内支架(13)中心位置设有电机轴(3),电机轴(3)穿过盘片(5)和卡飞基座(10);电机外壳(8)中心位置设有棘轮(9),棘轮(9)外围设有轴承(12),轴承(12)外围设有轴承外支架(14),轴承外支架(14)与轴承内支架(13)配合,卡飞基座(10)包括的基座头部侧边设有棘爪(15),棘爪(15)与棘轮(9)配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机,其特征在于:盘片(5)中心位置设有轴孔,轴孔直径大于电机轴(3)的杆径;轴孔的外围设有盘片螺丝孔(7),盘片螺丝孔(7)外围设有敏感元件(6),敏感元件(6)为磁钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有助力传感和断电功能的轮毂电机,其特征在于:卡飞基座(10)的基座头部上表面设有卡飞基座螺丝孔(11)。
