4) the anticipated demand amount of will charging reports to communal facility (7), provides alternative charging scheme of having optimized to the user by communal facility (7);
5) between charge period, intermediary's management server (1) receives a lot of charge informations, as the affirmation information of the start and end time of charging, charge volume total value, charging failure information and different system, after charging process is finished, the data that intermediary's management server (1) can be located based on these information and relevant electric automobile user data with from communal facility (7), electric network source (6) and charging pile data etc. are finished bill clearing program one time;
6) process all charging data by the electromobile charging management scheme, leave the bill charge to the user, pay a bill to communal facility (7) and electric network source (6).
