本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种节能保温材料。
背景技术
随着我国经济发展与房地产业的迅速崛起,建筑垃圾也越来越多,做为一种固体废弃物,如果放任不管,是一种极大的浪费和污染。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以砖块和瓷砖为主的建筑垃圾,制造出了一种节能保温材料。
所述节能保温材料的制备过程为:
(1) 将主要为砖块、瓷砖的建筑垃圾100~120份破碎后,与等量生石灰混合球磨粉化15min后,烘干; 
(2) 将建筑垃圾、生石灰、450~500份水泥、80~100份石膏、2.5~6份憎水剂、10~15份增强纤维投入强力搅拌机,以转速1300~1500rpm搅拌5min后,加水250~300份,继续搅拌3min至浆料均匀;
(3) 将上述浆料在恒温容器中密封,设定温度为23~28℃,消化2~2.5h。
(4) 消化好的浆料投入搅拌机中,以转速450~500rpm搅拌5min,再以转速1300~1500rpm搅拌2~3min。
(5) 将上述坯料成型成所需尺寸,静养后蒸压,得胶凝材料。
(6) 将胶凝材料与100~120份膨胀珍珠岩在一起强力搅拌,充分混合,然后设定所需压缩比,在所需尺寸模块中成型,静养后脱模蒸压,得所需材料。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能保温材料,其特征在于:所述憎水剂为甲基硅醇钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能保温材料,其特征在于:所述蒸压过程,温度为170~190℃,保温6~10h。所述静养过程,时间为16~24h。
在本发明中加入建筑垃圾作为硅质原料,制备了一种环保,节能的建筑材料,本发明中材料具有强度高,保温效果好,吸湿性差,防火,耐酸碱,耐老化,施工方便等优点,具有巨大的应用前景和发展潜力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围并不受此限制。
实施例1 一种节能保温材料
(1) 将主要为砖块、瓷砖的建筑垃圾100份破碎后,与100份生石灰混合球磨粉化15min后,烘干; 
(2) 将建筑垃圾、生石灰、500份水泥、100份石膏、4份憎水剂甲基硅醇钠、15份增强纤维投入强力搅拌机,以转速1500rpm搅拌5min后,加水300份,继续搅拌3min至浆料均匀;
(3) 将上述浆料在恒温容器中密封,设定温度为25℃,消化2.5h。
(4) 消化好的浆料投入搅拌机中,以转速500rpm搅拌5min,再以转速1500rpm搅拌2min。
(5) 将上述坯料成型成所需尺寸,静养24h后180℃蒸压,得胶凝材料。
(6) 将胶凝材料与100份膨胀珍珠岩在一起强力搅拌,充分混合,然后设定所需压缩比,在所需尺寸模块中成型,静养24h后脱模在180℃蒸压,得所需材料。 
实施例2 一种节能保温材料
(1) 将主要为砖块、瓷砖的建筑垃圾120份破碎后,与120份生石灰混合球磨粉化15min后,烘干; 
(2) 将建筑垃圾、生石灰、450份水泥、80份石膏、4份憎水剂甲基硅醇钠、15份增强纤维投入强力搅拌机,以转速1500rpm搅拌5min后,加水300份,继续搅拌3min至浆料均匀;
(3) 将上述浆料在恒温容器中密封,设定温度为25℃,消化2.5h。
(4) 消化好的浆料投入搅拌机中,以转速500rpm搅拌5min,再以转速1500rpm搅拌2min。
(5) 将上述坯料成型成所需尺寸,静养20h后190℃蒸压,得胶凝材料。
(6) 将胶凝材料与120份膨胀珍珠岩在一起强力搅拌,充分混合,然后设定所需压缩比,在所需尺寸模块中成型,静养20h后脱模在190℃蒸压,得所需材料。

Claims (3)

1.一种节能保温材料,其特征在于:所述节能保温材料的制备过程为:
(1) 将主要为砖块、瓷砖的建筑垃圾100~120份破碎后,与等量生石灰混合球磨粉化15min后,烘干; 
(2) 将建筑垃圾、生石灰、450~500份水泥、80~100份石膏、2.5~6份憎水剂、10~15份增强纤维投入强力搅拌机,以转速1300~1500rpm搅拌5min后,加水250~300份,继续搅拌3min至浆料均匀;
(3) 将上述浆料在恒温容器中密封,设定温度为23~28℃,消化2~2.5h;
(4) 消化好的浆料投入搅拌机中,以转速450~500rpm搅拌5min,再以转速1300~1500rpm搅拌2~3min;
(5) 将上述坯料成型成所需尺寸,静养后蒸压,得胶凝材料;
(6) 将胶凝材料与100~120份膨胀珍珠岩在一起强力搅拌,充分混合,然后设定所需压缩比,在所需尺寸模块中成型,静养后脱模蒸压,得所需材料。
