本发明公开了一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜,采用聚乳酸、酸活化坡缕石和聚乙二醇三种物质共混,得到分散均匀的铸膜液,充分发挥组分材料各自优异性能的协调效应,且利用高分子间的相容性改善和控制膜性能,得到了性能优良,价格低廉,具有应用前景的新型膜材料。

一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及吸附薄膜领域,具体涉及一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜。
背景技术
坡缕石化学式为 (Mg,Al)5(H2O)4((Si,Al)4O10)(OH)2·4H2O,晶体属单斜或斜方(正交)晶系的层链状硅酸盐矿物。具有很大的比表面积和吸附能力,很好的流变性和催化性能,同时,具有理想的胶体性能和耐热性能,在化工、农药、国防、医药、建材、轻纺等行业广泛应用,近年来在环保、汽车、绝缘、陶瓷工业的应用,也有突出进展。
坡缕石的晶体形态和结构特点决定了它具有良好的分子筛效应,可以吸附水和气体组分,对有机物也具有很高的吸附力,尤其是对乙烷、苯、甲醇等有机物有更强的吸附性。还可用于石油、动物油、植物没、粮食、脂肪、醋、酱油、酒类、维生素和水的脱色、净化和过滤。其在环境保护方面也有重要应用,可以用来净化生活污水、工业污水、固体废物及有毒气体,具有永久性处理、减少再次污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜。
一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜制备过程为:
(1) 坡缕石活化:
a.乙酸活化
将坡缕石加入到浓度为0.8mol/L的乙酸溶液中,搅拌0.5~2h,抽滤,再使用去离子水洗涤至pH值中性,然后于真空干燥箱中在70℃干燥12~24h,研磨,过300~500目筛待用。
b.盐酸活化
将a中坡缕石加入到质量分数为5%的盐酸溶液,搅拌0.5~2h,抽滤,再使用去离子水洗涤至pH值中性,然后于真空干燥箱中在70℃干燥12~24h。
(2) 聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇薄膜的制备
将聚乳酸溶于二氯甲烷溶液中,配成质量分数为1~3%的聚乳酸溶液;聚乙二醇溶于蒸馏水中,配成质量分数为2~5%的聚乙二醇溶液。将上述聚乳酸溶液与聚乙二醇溶液等体积混合,加入活化坡缕石和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,室温下搅拌3h。所得溶液倒入铸膜盘中,室温干燥成膜。使用1mol/L的NaOH溶液浸泡1h,水洗至中性,然后将膜置于玻璃板上,室温干燥。
进一步的,在薄膜制备过程中,加入的活化坡缕石占总质量的1~2%,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯占总质量的0.3~0.5%。
本发明的积极效果在于:采用聚乳酸、酸活化坡缕石和聚乙二醇三种物质共混,得到分散均匀的铸膜液,充分发挥组分材料各自优异性能的协调效应,且利用高分子间的相容性改善和控制膜性能,得到了性能优良,价格低廉,具有应用前景的新型膜材料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围并不受此限制。
实施例1 一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇薄膜
将2.5g聚乳酸溶于50mL二氯甲烷中,配成聚乳酸溶液;2.5g聚乙二醇溶于100mL蒸馏水中,配成聚乙二醇溶液。将上述聚乳酸溶液与聚乙二醇溶液等体积混合,加入0.25g活化坡缕石和10mL六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,室温下搅拌3h。所得溶液倒入铸膜盘中,室温干燥成膜。使用1mol/L的NaOH溶液浸泡1h,水洗至中性,然后将膜置于玻璃板上,室温干燥。
实施例2 一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇薄膜
将2g聚乳酸溶于50mL二氯甲烷中,配成聚乳酸溶液;2g聚乙二醇溶于100mL蒸馏水中,配成聚乙二醇溶液。将上述聚乳酸溶液与聚乙二醇溶液等体积混合,加入0.5g活化坡缕石和8mL六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,室温下搅拌3h。所得溶液倒入铸膜盘中,室温干燥成膜。使用1mol/L的NaOH溶液浸泡1h,水洗至中性,然后将膜置于玻璃板上,室温干燥。
实施例3一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇薄膜
将3g聚乳酸溶于50mL二氯甲烷中,配成聚乳酸溶液;2g聚乙二醇溶于100mL蒸馏水中,配成聚乙二醇溶液。将上述聚乳酸溶液与聚乙二醇溶液等体积混合,加入0.5g活化坡缕石和8mL六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,室温下搅拌3h。所得溶液倒入铸膜盘中,室温干燥成膜。使用1mol/L的NaOH溶液浸泡1h,水洗至中性,然后将膜置于玻璃板上,室温干燥。

Claims (2)

1.一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜,其特征在于:所述薄膜制备过程为:
   (1)坡缕石活化:
    a. 乙酸活化
将坡缕石加入到浓度为0.8~1.5mol/L的乙酸溶液中,搅拌0.5~2h,抽滤,再使用去离子水洗涤至pH值中性,然后于真空干燥箱中在70℃干燥12~24h,研磨,过300~500目筛待用;
b. 盐酸活化
将a中乙酸活化的坡缕石加入到浓度为0.8~1.5mol/L的盐酸溶液中,搅拌0.5~2h,抽滤,再使用去离子水洗涤至pH值中性,然后于真空干燥箱中在70℃干燥12~24h;
(2)将聚乳酸溶于二氯甲烷溶液中,配成质量分数为1~3%的聚乳酸溶液;聚乙二醇溶于蒸馏水中,配成质量分数为2~5%的聚乙二醇溶液,将上述聚乳酸溶液与聚乙二醇溶液等体积混合,加入活化坡缕石和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,室温下搅拌3h,所得溶液倒入铸膜盘中,室温干燥成膜,使用1mol/L的NaOH溶液浸泡1h,水洗至中性,然后将膜置于玻璃板上,室温干燥。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乳酸/坡缕石/聚乙二醇吸附薄膜,其特征在于:薄膜制备过程中,加入的活化坡缕石占总质量的1~2%,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯占总质量的0.3~0.5%。
