技术领域
本发明涉及在外部对机动车充电情况下热管理系统和充电管理系统的交互作用。
背景技术
已经公知了可以从外部充电的、插件式混合动力车和电动车。此外还公知了在充电过程中调节电池温度。
在充电过程中对能量分配的控制经常是不灵活的和/或过分复杂的。
WO2009/139277A1公开了一种这种类型的控制方法。
GB2273614A描述了一种用于控制向由电池供给电流的机动车进行能量传输的方法。
US2009/0256523A1描述了一种用于给由电机驱动的机动车进行充电的方法。
DE10252292A1描述了一种用于对交通工具中的能量分配进行控制的方法。其中能源和降能装置/势槽都具有各自的数量级。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,在对机动车充电的过程中灵活且简单地控制对用于冷却和/或加热的不同装置的能量分配。
这一目的由独立权利所述的发明内容得到实现。由从属权利要求给出有利的改进方案。
机动车的热管理系统对电机、电池、(大)功率电子装置等形式的构件的冷却/加热进行控制以及为了舒适性而对乘员空间、座椅、方向盘等的冷却/加热进行控制。充电管理系统对来自外部(能量)源的机动车能量供给进行控制。
在用于机动车的控制方法中,可以从热管理系统向充电管理系统传递多种功率要求,其包括:
-用于构件的冷却功率要求,
-用于构件的加热功率要求,和
-用于乘员舒适性的舒适性功率要求。由所述充电管理系统给所述多种功率要求赋予不同的优先级。
本发明基于以下认识:当充电管理系统识别出热管理系统的功率要求和这些功率要求的优先级时,该充电管理系统能够最佳地控制能量供给和能量分配。
根据本发明,用于构件的冷却功率要求优先级高于用于构件的加热功率要求,这是因为构件过热比过冷更容易造成损害。
根据本发明,用于构件的加热功率要求优先级高于用于乘员舒适性的舒适性功率要求。
优选的是,在所提供的功率不足以满足所有功率要求时,充电管理系统为优先级较高的功率要求提供的功率多于为优先级较低的功率要求提供的功率。
尤其是,从充电管理系统向热管理系统传递功率配额,所述功率配额表明有多少功率可供热管理系统使用。这不必按照功率要求的单个种类分别进行,从而热管理系统能自主地为单个功率种类划分配额部分。
替代地或附加地,从充电管理系统向热管理系统传递一表明能(否)实施舒适性功率的消息。由此热管理系统被告知,有足够的功率可供使用以便实施舒适性功率。

具体实施方式
机动车1具有动力电池形式的蓄能器2。机动车1尤其是插电式混合动力车或电动车,由蓄能器2向其驱动装置供给驱动能量。
蓄能器2可以通过充电过程充电并在必要时也放电。为此该蓄能器与具有相应的控制装置的、变换器形式的充电管理装置3连接。变换器自身与机动车侧的功率触点4连接,用于连接充电站5的充电电缆插入该功率触点中。
热管理装置6通过CAN总线(CAN-Bus)与充电管理装置3、用于对机动车1的乘员厢进行空气调节的空调7以及用于构件——变换器和电池2——的加热/冷却器8进行通信。
从热管理装置6可以向充电管理装置3传递:
1.构件的冷却功率要求,
2.构件的加热功率要求,和/或
3.内部空间的舒适性功率要求。
这三种要求(愿望)具有不同的优先级。特别是构件冷却功率要求的优先级高于构件加热功率要求,构件加热功率要求的优选级又高于内部空间的舒适性功率要求。
从充电管理装置3可以向热管理装置6传递:
1.功率配额,其表明有多少功率被提供给热管理系统,和/或
2.消息(比特:能_内部空间调节),其表明能够实施舒适性功率(内部空间调节,空气调节)。
通过这种控制使来自外部能源5的能量被优化地分配给各耗电器/负载。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于从外部给机动车(1)充电的控制方法,所述机动车具有热管理系统和充电管理系统,所述热管理系统对机动车(1)的构件的冷却和加热进行控制,所述充电管理系统对来自外部能量源的机动车(1)能量供给进行控制,其中能够从所述热管理系统向所述充电管理系统传递多种功率要求,所述多种功率要求包括:
-用于构件的冷却功率要求,
-用于构件的加热功率要求,和
-用于乘员舒适性的舒适性功率要求,
其特征在于,由所述充电管理系统给所述多种功率要求赋予不同的优先级,其中,使用于构件的冷却功率要求优先级高于用于构件的加热功率要求,使用于构件的加热功率要求优先级高于用于乘员舒适性的舒适性功率要求。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述充电管理系统为优先级较高的功率要求提供的功率多于为优先级较低的功率要求提供的功率。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,从所述充电管理系统向所述热管理系统传递功率配额,所述功率配额表明有多少功率供所述热管理系统使用。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,从所述充电管理系统向所述热管理系统传递一表明能实施舒适性功率的消息。
