电子喷油嘴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机喷油器领域，尤其是指一种电子喷油嘴。
背景技术
喷油器本身是一个常闭阀，由阀针上下运动来控制阀的开闭。当ECU下达喷油指令时，其电压讯号会使电流流经喷油器内的线圈，产生磁场来把阀杆吸起，让阀门开启好使油料能自喷油孔喷出。喷射供油的最大优点就是燃油供给之控制十分精确，让引擎在任何状态下都能有正确的空燃比，不仅让引擎保持运转顺畅，其废气也能合乎环保法规的规范。
作为电喷发动机的关键部件之一的喷油器，喷油器中的阀杆、阀针与外壳密封不良，将造成喷油器抗密封性差及漏油，将直接影响发动机的性能。现有的喷油器为加工方便，进油管、衔铁及出油管为分体式制造，然后依次焊接于一体后，装配入针阀。由于各端面采用焊接方式连接，往往存在焊接处易泄露，以及各部件的同轴度难以保证的问题。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足与缺陷，本发明提供一种电子喷油嘴，主要解决现有电子喷油嘴在使用时存在易漏油及同轴度难以保证的问题。
本发明的技术方案是：一种电子喷油嘴，包括外壳，以及套装在外壳内的进油管、阀杆和阀针，所述阀杆套装在进油管内，且轴心处设有第一通孔，所述阀针的轴心处设有与所述第一通孔相对应的第二通孔，所述阀杆与阀针之间通过弹性件相连接，所述阀杆外圈套设有衔铁，所述衔铁的一端与所述阀针的上端面相间隙配合，其特征在于：所述阀针与衔铁外圈套装有出油管，所述出油管与进油管同轴套接或同轴一体连接。
所述阀杆内设有与所述弹性件一端相贴合的限位件。
所述进油管的一端嵌套在出油管内，并与出油管相焊接。
所述限位件为滤网。
所述弹性件为弹簧。
本发明的有益效果：由于采取上述方案，本发明的电子喷油嘴，衔铁内设于出油管，同轴套接或同轴一体连接的出油管与进油管设置，有效的解决了针阀内各部件同轴度差及易漏油的缺点，具有密封性能好、同轴度高的特点。

具体实施方式
下面针对附图对本发明的实施例一作进一步说明：
由图1所示，该电子喷油嘴，包括外壳1，以及套装在外壳1内的进油管2、阀杆3和阀针6，所述阀杆3套装在进油管2内，且轴心处设有第一通孔31，所述阀针6的轴心处设有与所述第一通孔31相对应的第二通孔61，所述阀杆3与阀针6之间通过弹性件5相连接，所述阀杆3外圈套设有衔铁4，所述衔铁4的一端与所述阀针6的上端面相间隙配合，所述阀针6与衔铁4外圈套装有出油管7，所述出油管7与进油管2同轴套接或同轴一体连接。啧油器为常闭阀，高压油由进油管2的轴心处进入针阀容腔内，此时为喷油器未打开，高压油在容置腔内存储。当ECU下达喷油指令时，其电压讯号会使电流流经喷油器内的线圈，产生磁场把阀针吸起，让阀门开启好使油料能自喷油孔喷出，形成雾状，便于充分燃烧。衔铁与阀针之间设有6-8mm的间隙，当磁场把阀杆吸起时，衔铁对阀针具有最大活动范围的限制，防止电流过大导致喷油过量。衔铁内设于出油管，以及进油管与出油管的一体式设置，避免了进油管与出油管衔接处的焊接，有效的解决了针阀内各部件同轴度差，焊接点易泄露的缺点，具有密封性能好、同轴度高的特点。
所述阀杆3内设有与所述弹性件5一端相贴合的限位件8。所述阀针内设置的限位件对弹性件一端的轴向限位后，另一端相对阀针的弹性形变来控制阀针的运动范围，达到了更精确的控制流量的效果。
作为优选，所述限位件8设置为滤网，对弹性件5一端的轴向限位，得以准确的控制喷油精度，并具有滤油的效果，防止堵塞针阀，造成油压过大，引起泄露。
作为优选，所述弹性件5为弹簧，节省了制造成本。
实施例二相对实施例一的不同点在于：
由图2所示，所述进油管2的一端嵌套在出油管内，并与出油管7相焊接。衔铁内设于出油管，出油管与进油管的分体式嵌套的方式设置，除去了出油管、进油管与衔铁之间的两点焊接，采用两管直接焊接方式，进出具有制造方便，保密度好，同轴度高的效果。

1.一种电子喷油嘴，包括外壳（1），以及套装在外壳（1）内的进油管（2）、阀杆（3）和阀针（6），所述阀杆（3）套装在进油管（2）内，且轴心处设有第一通孔（31），所述阀针（6）的轴心处设有与所述第一通孔（31）相对应的第二通孔（61），所述阀杆（3）与阀针（6）之间通过弹性件（5）相连接，所述阀杆（3）外圈套设有衔铁（4），所述衔铁（4）的一端与所述阀针（6）的上端面相间隙配合，其特征在于：所述阀针（6）与衔铁（4）外圈套装有出油管（7），所述出油管（7）与进油管（2）同轴套接或同轴一体连接，所述阀杆（3）内设有与所述弹性件（5）一端相贴合的限位件（8），所述限位件（8）为滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子喷油嘴，其特征在于：所述进油管（2）的一端嵌套在出油管（7）内，并与出油管（7）相焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子喷油嘴，其特征在于：所述弹性件（5）为弹簧。
