本发明公开了一种扣式电池。本发明的技术方案要点为:一种扣式电池,包括负极盖和极板组及其之间的弹性部件,所述的负极盖与极板组之间的弹性部件为圆锥形螺旋弹簧,该圆锥形螺旋弹簧的大口朝向负极盖,小口朝向极板组。本发明是一种在负极侧加上弹性范围大、弹性稳定的圆锥形螺旋弹簧的氢镍扣式电池,持续稳定的弹性改善了电池装配松紧度的差异,电池内阻趋于一致,且基本杜绝了电池充放电时曲线不稳的现象。

技术领域
本发明属于扣式电池技术领域,具体涉及一种在负极侧加有圆锥形螺旋弹簧的低内阻扣式电池。
背景技术
    氢镍扣式电池日益成为小型电子设备和智能化仪器仪表的备用电源,然而目前生产的氢镍扣式电池内阻一致性差,少数电池的充放电曲线有时也不稳定,呈现锯齿状,这是由于电池的装配松紧度差异较大造成的。为此某些公司在负极侧加了波形垫片,但由于波形垫片存在弹性范围小,弹性易衰减等缺陷,对上述扣式电池内阻一致性差的问题改善不大。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种在负极侧加有圆锥形螺旋弹簧的低内阻扣式电池。
本发明的技术方案为:一种扣式电池,包括负极盖和极板组及其之间的弹性部件,其特征在于:所述的负极盖与极板组之间的弹性部件为圆锥形螺旋弹簧,该圆锥形螺旋弹簧的大口朝向负极盖,小口朝向极板组。
本发明是一种在负极侧加上弹性范围大、弹性稳定的圆锥形螺旋弹簧的氢镍扣式电池,持续稳定的弹性改善了电池装配松紧度的差异,电池内阻趋于一致,且基本杜绝了电池充放电时曲线不稳的现象。另外,圆锥形螺旋弹簧把极板组与负极盖之间隔开形成一个空间,这样有利于电解液在极板组之间形成循环,降低电池的电化学极化,另外该空间还为电池充电时产生的气体提供了暂存的场所,同时也增大了电化学界面,降低了电池内阻,可有效降低电池内压,减少电池漏气或漏液机会,延长电池循环寿命。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例。一种低内阻氢镍扣式电池,包括负极盖1和极板组9及其之间的弹性部件,所述的负极盖1与极板组9之间的弹性部件为圆锥形螺旋弹簧2,该圆锥形螺旋弹簧2的大口朝向负极盖1,小口朝向极板组9。氢镍扣式电池是由极板组9、圆锥形螺旋弹簧2、负极盖1、胶圈4以及正极钢壳8组合而成的,该极板组9是由连接片结构或者单片结构的镍正极板7、储氢合金负极板5和设置在正极板和负极板之间的隔膜6所组成的。具体组合方式为:(1)、先将翻边负极盖1和和带卡环胶圈4组合一起;(2)、将圆锥形螺旋弹簧2大圆朝负极盖1方向放入组合胶圈4中,再把冲孔垫片或毛刺垫片3放在圆锥形螺旋弹簧2上(是否放冲孔垫片或毛刺垫片取决于电池负极基体材料);(3)、将负极板5、隔膜6和正极板7交叉折叠成极板组9放进前两步形成的组合体中;(4)、加注电解液;(5)、将正极钢壳8扣在加过电解液的上述组合体上;(6)、封口为成型电池。本发明在负极侧加上弹性范围大、弹性稳定的圆锥形螺旋弹簧2的氢镍扣式电池,持续稳定的弹性改善了电池装配松紧度的差异,电池内阻趋于一致,且基本杜绝了电池充放电时曲线不稳的现象。另外,圆锥形螺旋弹簧2把极板组9与负极盖1之间隔开形成一个空间,这样有利于电解液在极板组之间形成循环,降低电池的电化学极化,另外该空间还为电池充电时产生的气体提供了暂存的场所,同时也增大了氧气与负极复合的界面,可有效降低电池内压,减少电池漏气和漏液机会,延长电池循环寿命。

1.一种扣式电池,包括负极盖和极板组及其之间的弹性部件,其特征在于:所述的负极盖与极板组之间的弹性部件为圆锥形螺旋弹簧,该圆锥形螺旋弹簧的大口朝向负极盖,小口朝向极板组。
